Wolf Point West

Lived here for 3 years and everything is broken! Unable to use part of the facilities for over a year with no compensation. Unable to open our windows for over a year due to construction. Dogs only have 1 small area to relieve themselves or you get yelled at. The management team does NOT care and overcharge on everything. The only great thing is the door individuals and package lady, they were wonderful.

Wolf Point West has a fantastic location, friendly staff and fellow residents.

I have only had great experiences since moving to Wolf Point West! The management and maintenance teams are kind and accommodating. It is a very welcoming environment with kind neighbors and great amenities. The views are also incredible and the location is convenient.

Pool is very disappointing, but the rest of the apartment is great.

The apartments are fine but the majority of the amenities are rarely available and if so, usually they are not as advertised. Management is unwillingly to really make any effort to move things along and get them up and running again they just make excuses. The people who live here are great everyone is kind but, the amenities need work, to say the least.

Wonderful community that makes you feel safe and at home with all of the convenience of downtown/River North Life. I love that we have everything we need right at the community- office space, outdoor living space, printing, dry cleaning etc.

I love living at Wolf Point West- I think the staff and residents are all very welcoming! I would like to make use of all the amenities though!

Ruben is an absolute highlight of my days. I love my apartment space, its cozy and hard beautiful views of the iconic Chicago river.

The staff is incredible. Its always clean and well kept, neighbors are nice and there's every amenity you'd want in a building.

Moving here has been one of my greatest experiences. From waking up to a beautiful view, making coffee surrounded by a clean, fresh space. Heading to the gym whenever I want, to then start working in one of the multiple amenity spaces that offer mesmerizing views. I love working in a conference room and then head to the Riverwalk for fresh air. I also love working from the 46th floor to see the sunrise or the sunset, taking breaks for coffee or to read a good book as I marvel at the view. Thank you all for making this happen everyday!

My experience so far living at WPW has been great- the staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. The amenities and unit are all up to date.

The location is perfect and the views from all of the common amenity spaces are amazing. Having direct access to the Riverwalk is also a huge advantage. Quality of apartments is slightly lower than you would expect. Management is responsive and tries to handle problems as effectively as they can and front desk staff are great! Having to get large packages from the Dry Cleaners can be a bit annoying sometimes because their timings aren't too compatible with my work and they also open/close before and after they are scheduled to very regularly.

From the day we moved in, we felt like we were home. The location is perfect and away from the busy streets of downtown. The amenities are all top of the line. The management staff, leasing team, and door personnel are so unbelievably nice. I cant think of a single complaint.

Moving to WPW was a great decision! My husband and I were looking for a nice building with amenities for us and our dog that also included parking! WPW has all of this and for a decent rate. Youre getting what you paid for when it comes to amenities, location and views. We also have a balcony which our puppy absolutely loves. The front desk staff is SO nice, and package delivery is super easy. We are happy with this move!

Wolf Point West is arguably one of the greatest apartment buildings in Chicago. The building is well maintained and management is very welcoming and helpful. The amenities are top notch as well.

This apartment is in the most ideal location if you work in the loop. Everything about this apartment is luxurious and prestinely kept. Their gym on the 46th floor has the most incredible views out if any gym Ive ever seen. River views from the apartment units are great as well.

Luxury apartment building that lives up to its name. All amenities are first class, the whole building is kept pristine clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The views are amazing and the layouts are very well thought out.

Wolf Point West is a beautiful building over-looking the city of Chicago and the river. The floor to ceiling all glass style is fantastic and in the world of working from home; my home has been the best office I could ask for. The amenities and staff are exceptional and I am so glad I moved here.

This is the best luxury apartment building in Chicago. I have lived in several here over the past few years, and never felt more at-home & happy than at WPW. The units are perfect - excellent appliances and furnishing. The location is literally the best possible for downtown. It feels like you're on an island away from all the traffic, and the riverwalk is just a short block away. Views are unparalleled. Our unit faces southwest, which is great since there is some new construction to the east. We don't hear any noise from it. The amenities are truly unrivaled, with a rooftop gym (including private sauna & steam room) and lounge. This building is also VERY dog-friendly - indoor and outdoor spaces for dogs, a great dog-walking service (Wolf Point Walkers), and a social community of dog owners who meet up regularly. The building is full of vibrant life & residents, which means amenities like the pool can be crowded. But everyone is very friendly. The workers are especially great - especially the front desk team & Carlton in the leasing group. The only few cons I can think of: - Taxis for the hotel across the cul-de-sac often drive into the area at dangerous high speeds, they really need to cool their jets. - The construction means that one of the sidewalks exiting the cul-de-sac is closed for months, which is an inconvenience when walking to work. But with few cars, walking on the street is barely ever an issue. - Porch spiders! This is a problem anywhere in Chicago, but yikes, those are some big spiders. The window cleaners do clear them off each season, but you'll need to do your own clearing often too. I highly recommend checking out WPW, you won't be disappointed.
