Lived here. Great place, safe, good management, great neighbors. They sent repair company quickly when a/c went. I have auto immune and did NOT experience any mold problems. Clean. I’d recommend it to friends.

Upkeep is not very good ! The setting however is perfect ! Hiking , biking , beauty! Close to transport . Easy to walk to stores , bank etc
rent price is so unfair compared to neighbors moving only one month away for same type of unit
