The tranquility and security that is lived within the complex is great. The spacious living room and large windows in each space are perfect to admire The beautiful forests that surrounds the place. Some of the staff are clueless from leasing office if you ask them something. Staying here is good experience till now. Sometimes maintenance takes ages to resolve the issue.

For the accommodations and price, the complex is very nice. Trash concierge is convenient and I like the amenities. There are a lot of families with children who play outside.

I recently moved in and had to request replacements for broken, tangled, and rusted trays in both the refrigerator and dishwasher. Unfortunately, they closed the ticket, dismissing it as normal wear and tear, despite the clear health risks. It was long conversation to fight back and get this resolve. Finally they agreed to resolve after 7 days from move in. They yet to finish and they said they will do in couple of days. Am not sure how long I have to wait since moved in. There was no compensation provided for this issue. But they had high late fee and other fees if you miss even a second or so, doesn’t justify when compared to service and quality they provide. The service and upkeep don’t justify the cost and quality they promising.

We moved to this community in the middle of june. The apartment is good and located in a peaceful location. All the good rated elementary, middle and high schools are accessible from this community.

Everything looks good. It plus be great if we reduce the rents for th existing tenants as well as new tenants are paying less rents comparatively with existing tenants.

Swimming pool and play area closed during summer when it is most required by kids.. they opened it after summer break. Posed unnecessary rules which are annoying for the residents

Very bad experience. They don't respond to the tickets on time. If we raise a request they close it with out any action. Since last week my electric cook top warning light is on. No update until now

Well maintained community. I like that they keep the grass mowed and leaves blown. The staff is also quite polite and well mannered and does a fair job of repair and maintenance

Apartment move in experiences and delay in maintenance work is the worst i have seen in any apartments that I have styed so far. The walk way and patio always are dirty not pressure washed at all. so many open issues in apartments and put the onus on tenants to raise them all after move in and get it addressed.

I like to live in Woodbridge apt. Currently I live here more than 9 years. Management and maintenance team does excellent job. Woodbridge apts. very convenient place. You can reach out Costco,Walmart ,Publix easily.
Staying in Woodbridge apartments apartment has been a very good experience, well maintained but only it would have been great if they can make it a gated community.
It was good experience staying here. Also apartment have lots of light and greens to cherish the environment leasing apartments are very easy here

Living in the Woodbridge community is such a pleasant experience. Everyone here gets along pretty well. The apartment offers many amenities too.
I am a current resident and have been hearing lots of attempts to break in. There is no security gate at the entrance nor no security cameras installed throughout the neighborhood. Leasing office folks never care about these issues and don't take any action to take it up with their corporate office to get this sorted out.
No cameras and security at the entrance. Frequent attempt at break-ins. It just feels insecure.
Great experience and location !! Neighbors are very friendly and community building is excellent. Schools in this area is rated very well and Iam happy that we found our nest here !!
Overall just good. Easy accessible to the highway. School zone is good for all elementary, middle, high schools. This is the main point for this apartment.
Good experience , but maintenance can be little quick . Move in day apartment is not clean and has some issues and I could not move in immediately and waited till evening.
The location and the green ambience make this place a great one. Park bridge road is covered with trees and it gives a nice vibe. I have been staying here for 4 years now and am very happy with this place.
Everything looks good but need to improve in addressing the service requests created as we see delay in closing the service requests compared with previous years.
I love living here! Very quiet and walkable neighborhood. I get my work orders filled out very fast. No issues since I moved in. The staff is very nice and responsive

We loved staying at this property. The home is very nice and has everything you need. The office stuffs was above and beyond. They took excellent care of us. WE are staying here for 4 years and now stepping into 5th year.
So far, it’s good! I enjoy the community and my apartment is nice!! I’ve only lived here one week, but I have had no issues yet. Really enjoying it
