Disappointed to say the least. Apartments are too small for the price.
I am a recent tenant to Wood Creek Apts. I should have taken these complaints about roaches more seriously. I however did not. I called the office to make them aware of my urgent request for pest control. They very sternly informed me 'pest control is Thursdays'. There was nothing else that could be done about that. I spoke with a man in the maintenance office. Despite two urgent work orders being submitted. Who called to let me know Pest control was given last Thursday off and would be coming this Thursday. The trash was overflowing for the entire complex (into the street). I can only imagine what this has meant for this roach issue. I am being told to basically live with my new roommates until Thursday and be sure I keep them warm and comfortable. Do not recommend signing a lease here. I will be leaving the moment my lease is up. 13 months to go.

Very unprofessional people. This place is full of roaches, there are rats and the place needed to be fixed up properly. Upon moving in there was a long list of things that needed to be fixed. They didn’t take the time to prepare the place for renting. Getting the runaround when trying to deal with the issues. The place have a nice layout but have a lot of issues. The staff is very unprofessional. This place isn’t fit to live in until the rodents and roaches are rid of.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Was it perfect? No. But it was as close as it could get. The staff was never anything but warm and polite toward me. All of my needs were always met. Need pest control? They’ll have someone out within 24 hours. What about a repair? Same situation. I really hate to see so many negative reviews about this place. I will say that maybe my experiences with the property had a lot to do with my specific building. I lived in building 200 for one year. All of my neighbors were extremely friendly. There was no weird or sketchy activity. No late night noise. I did not have any pest issues outside of the norm. This building doesn’t have German cockroaches as other commenters expect you to believe. There was the occasional centipede, millipede, jumping spider or Smokey Brown Cockroach, but as a pest control professional myself, I can tell you that you’re going to see these every once in a while, no matter where you are. There are lots of younger kids here, so if you want your child to be social, this is a great place. Our daughter made lots of friends with the neighborhood children. I will comment on that further to say that it takes them about 8-10 minutes to all board the school bus so if you need to leave early for work, definitely give yourself that extra time in case you get caught by it. The pool and playground were both nice. The dumpster would get full by the end of the week, so I would recommend the apartment complex either getting a second dumpster for the property or perhaps moving it to the back of the property as I found that neighboring communities used our dumpster because it was closer to the road and therefore more convenient for them. I strongly recommend this community if you’re looking to live in Roswell on a budget. The staff is helpful and wonderful. I feel blessed to have gotten to stay with them and they really turned around my view on apartment living. *Responsive staff*Nice Neighbors*Quiet Area*Nice Amenities*No Pest Issues*Great Community*

The staff at Woodcreek Apartments have been helpful and caring. I was able to get an apartment in an excellent school district at a reasonable rent. Staff are always attentive to my maintenance issues and pleasant and helpful whenever I go into the office.
Wood Creek Apartments has proven to be situated in a very convenient location for me to be able to access anywhere I needed to go with ease. Claudia, in our leasing office, has been extremely helpful in guiding me through renting my first apartment here. There is always someone around maintaining the common areas and trash area so the complex is kept pretty clean. My unit is spacious with enough room for a person who has just moved out on their own to live. The cost for this space, in this area, is pretty decent as well. So far I haven't experienced any issues, so I can't personally comment on how the complex handles them. The only issue I can bring up is the immediate surrounding area requires you to be more aware of your surroundings and to be smart, if you catch my drift. But, on that note, the apartment complex doesn't, in itself, seem to have the same issue as the surrounding area. Overall my experience here has been a good one, so no complaints yet from me. It is definitely worth a look if you want an apartment in the Roswell area for a decent price the won't break bank.
