I love the office staff especially Charlotte she is wonderful. She really does a outstanding job making sure all customers are treated with respect and dignity. She is very helpful and professional. Charlotte is a amazing. I appreciate all that she has done for me.

The staff at the office are incredibly friendly and organized. I just recently transferred to another unit onsite and the staff made it straight forward and easy to ensure a smooth move. The community itself is beautiful, clean and quiet and the apartments are well maintained.

This complex is very poorly ran the apartments are in terrible condition maintenance staff doesn’t do the work they close repair orders with out doing any type of work gardeners never come out to clean up the property it’s disgusting and I have had ants in my apartment almost since I moved in and haven’t had any luck getting them removed this place sucks

The area is a nice location with a lot of things to do in walking distance.

Not now…..I have always raved about the property …..but I’m feeling let down by the new owners

The office does not respond in a timely manner. They close out repair orders when there has been no communication on how or why it was closed. The issues continue to happen and the office puts in the least amount of effort and begins to ignore the residents that have continual problems. Would never recommend anyone to live here.

Woodcreek used to be somewhere I disnt mind living. With drastic rent increases, no open parking. I have been considering moving before lease renewal. Appearance within the community has went down. Open projects not completed from when I moved Here.

When we first moved in we thought it was great, more space with having a garage, everyone seemed really nice in the community but as we settled and time went by everything changed. The maintenance , it takes for ever to get a service call, you have to repeatedly request for someone to come and look and then it takes them months to fix it. Constantly having to take time out of your day to go to the leasing office, because they do not answer the phone. I was told that they don't have enough man power to take care of each call and you'll just have to wait! Toads in the summer: since there is masses of water, starting in March frogs come and croak all through the night until end of the summer Pools: Last summer the hot tubs and pool were out of service for a majority of the summer, and now there is an early restriction of the pool time. Parking: After signing our lease with no fee for parking and there was open spots for all cars to park, they are changing their policy to a paid parking system, and there are not enough spots for all apartments and not have any guest parking with limed street parking in the area. Save your self the trouble and don't be fooled by the pretty trees, and what it looks like, the apartments are outdated with high rents and customer service is the worse!

When we moved out here two years ago, we really enjoyed the Responsive service from the leasing office and the maintenance staff to deal with any small issues we might’ve had and now it’s all gone downhill. It takes weeks for maintenance to come and fix anything to use the guise That they are understaffed to take 2 to 3 weeks just to get to you. And now one of the benefits of living here was the additional parking spots available to us are now being taken hostage by them unless we pay an additional fee. They took away our pool and promised a dog park months ago and they yet to do anything so now if we want to go to the pool, we have to walk three blocks to get to it. If I was you I just stay away

If I was here, I’d stay away. I don’t know who’s running this place but in the last two years, it’s gone downhill Services just lackluster.

Don’t expect any maintenance on your apartment. It takes forever to get anything done but they will send an email to everyone saying they are understaffed

We moved to Wood Creek and fell in love. It’s such a beautiful, picturesque and peaceful community. The neighbors are friendly and the staff does an awesome job addressing any needs we have, which are very little. We are so happy we found Wood Creek!

Wood Creek is a peaceful community where it is great to relax by nature. Yes you might encounter a couple more bugs because of said nature but it is completely normal. My living experience is for the CedarWood style floor plan: Structures are getting up in age so the only thing is that maintenance must be increased to mitigate bigger problems with the buildings. Window fixtures are old and do not seal, glass panels are thin and not efficient at all. Appliances are also a little bit older, but they function as they should so no big deal. Sinks/faucets could use an update or replacement but that may just be my own case. Good news is that the decks/balconies are spacious and the trees give a sense of natural privacy, the ponds and fountains really make you feel like you’re in a peaceful garden. Plenty of walkable areas for taking pets out to exercise. Parking is a bit of an issue but it’s still way better than other areas in the SF bay. Garages are a really nice option but they often require thorough cleaning by pressure washer to get grime and residue off of concrete.

I love this community and the team that is providing services with a heart in fact I am a returning tenant. We lived here 2018 to 2020 we just moved out because of Covid, we can’t afford the rent since we lost our jobs, now we are back to enjoy this community.

I rate maintance as excellent service provide, prompt response and professional work completed...

This is possibly the worse community to live in. Old luxury apartments that are run down with plumbing issues and bad maintenance team. Dont say you were not warned...

Great location, responsive staff, nice room configuration. We're in a townhouse layout with a private courtyard, a patio, a balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private 2 car garage, and are greatly enjoying it. Take a tour to see what I mean.

Beautiful cozy home surrounded by trees, ponds and trails. Pet friendly, quiet and inviting environment. Easy access to everything you would want, including freeways to get around quickly! Management are friendly, very helpful and great personalities!!

Wood Creek's setting is pleasant and the location convenient, but the property is poorly maintained. The "creek" that runs along our building has been dry for almost the entire time we've lived here. The landscaping is unattractive in our part of the property, with large patches of bare ground and dying plants. Some ground cover and native plants would make a big difference. There has been caution tape on our neighbor's broken staircase railing for over a month now. Sometimes the parking lot is strewn with trash and the garbage can is overflowing for 2-3 days. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and well-intentioned, but communication and follow-through is sorely lacking.

For the most part, it’s been a great experience living at Woodcreek most I are very friendly. We’ve had multiple issues with the property management team. Maintenance team has always been very friendly.

Nice place to live within reach of everything distance wise. A little on the older side but happy to see some of the more dilapidated aspects being actively renovated.

I think it is well maintained considering it’s 30 years plus. Great staff

Between the roaches, dirty water, poor maintenance response, and run down living conditions I would not only not recommend this complex but I would actively work to steer people away from the high rent for horrible living conditions! If I’m not fighting roaches and flies entering the living area, then I’m fighting to get basic equipment fixed! Not one single closet door works, mold, filth, and let’s not Even discuss the hazards of the balcony and patio fencing. If I know someone who wants to Throw 1000’s down a toilet I will definitely recommend them here. Of course I couldn’t guarantee the toilet would flush!!!

I’ve only been here since July and here are the things that have not been resolved and some gripes about the apartment itself. - AC central cooling doesn’t work. We live in an upstairs unit but, regardless of the location the cooling should work. We run the AC day and night and it will never go below 82 degrees. Summer heat here is unbearable. - Cockroaches, huge ones, I’m not talking about small little roaches, I’m talking about the huge suckers you see outside on the street. We’ve put in a work order for them and all they did was set up adhesive traps around the dishwasher and flooring of the kitchen. It is DISGUSTING to find these at anytime of the day. - windows jam and are very hard to open. The screen that goes on the windows don’t fit, a little push and the whole thing will fly off. It’s very frustrating that they don’t purchase ones that actually fit these window dimensions. - the apartment didn’t seem ready by move in date, our move it was pushed back almost a week because it wasn’t ready, and on move in day, we still had people in the apartment getting it ready. It was mildly irritating. - the dishwasher is from the 80’s, how they charge so much for such outdated appliances is beyond me. It’s been broken for almost 2 months and they are still to fix or replace it. - our washer and dryers in the unit are also from the 80’s, had to put in a work order the first week of move in to have it fixed. - the pool was closed up until late July, and even once it was opened, the chemicals still had to set for another 30 days. The jacuzzi is still not operational as of August 31. - there doesn’t seem to be anyone who picks up the trash that travels around the apartments. I’ll see pieces of trash just laying around the complex. It takes away from the beauty of the landscape here. Don’t move here. I’ll be moving once my lease is up

I love living here! It’s peaceful and quiet! I even recommended living here to my friends and they ended up moving in a couple weeks ago!

I have been a resident for two years and have seen even worse management with Greystar than the previous corporate entity managing the property. I am a single renter with a single income, and they consistently raise rent despite offering similar units at different prices. The office staff is often not in the leasing office for community questions. The property is dog-friendly and one of the ONLY large dog friendly properties in the area, but now that I no longer have my large dog, there is not much else keeping me here. In the past, myself and my neighbors have had issues with office staff sending other renters' private information over email. They follow an "Essential Workforce Housing Program" income adjustment and make you submit your tax info or three paystubs, and I am currently paying them 42% of my total post-tax income. Seems par for the course in California, and they do not seem to care about their residents or inconveniencing them. The outside property management is shoddy at best- blocked gutters, roof litter, broken sprinklers. I had high hopes moving here but it has been constant downhill. I had my bike stolen from my garage right after Greystar took over and the property manager never even acknowledged my forwarding of the police report.

Have been a resident of Wood Creek for several years - office Staff has been welcoming; workmen, have done their work carefully and satisfactorily.

Beautiful grounds and water features…like living in a park

The surrounding is more on nature, many trees. It is a quiet place and a nice place to live into.

Woodcreek Apartments is an amazing place to live. The apartment is freshly painted, new carpet and well maintained appliances. The unit is very clean. Brooke is very professional and patient. I asked alot of questions and she was always kind/considerate/helpful with my inquiries. The location is great. The property is in a park listed like setting and the neighbors are quiet. If you are looking for a peaceful, clean and well maintained property, I recommend Wood Creek Apartments!

I just rented a one bedroom at Wood Creek Apartments. I did a lot of research prior to my route. I found this page to be the best value for the money a couple selling points for me were the larger square footage in addition to a detached garage, the detached garage is big enough that I can actually put some storage in in addition to my car. The ponds and trees everywhere make it feel very intimate. The patios are oversized. It can fit large patio furniture. But best of all it’s facing the pond so I can actually use it. So many of the other apartment buildings did not have patios or balconies with any type of view. I didn’t see myself sitting out there. The washer and dryer, and every unit is a great addition. In addition, it has a very large walk-in closet with shelving. The layout is spacious. It does have a fireplace. It’s wood-burning I don’t know if anyone uses that? But it actually looks nice. It has an open kitchen, so it doesn’t feel closed and everything I need in the kitchen. Some of the apartments I looked at seem to waste square footage in the kitchen. Maybe if someone does a ton of cooking that’s a selling point. But for me, I would rather have space in other areas of the house. The bathroom is OK. It’s actually one of the weaker points for me personally. Just not a lot of storage or cabinetry to store towels. But there’s plenty of space in the closet. The management was very responsive, they seem like they’re on top of things, and they answered all questions, and a very timely manner. If you’re looking for a place, I would highly recommend woodcreek

Lived here many years - am satisfied with the staff and workers and pleasant surroundings.

One of the most appealing things about living at Woodcreek is the nature-like setting. It is very pet friendly and the grounds are well maintained.

It is a nice community, quiet just been living here for a month or less. and due to nature like community there are few bugs like roach and small insects. Parking are first come first serve that is why we have one or two car garages. Overall is it nice.

Wood Creek is a great community with reliable support staff and a beautiful setting of trees and nature and yet just a block away from shopping centers.

The complex is incredibly peaceful and has lots of beautiful paths to walk.

Unsafe living conditions, management is negligent and property is in poor condition. Worst place I've ever lived.

I have made Woodcreek my home for many years. The grounds are beautiful with multiple water ways, mature landscaping . The maintenance staff is wonderful and the office staff is accommodating and very helpful. I feel valued as a resident and highly recommend Woodcreek as a peaceful, well maintained property.

Nice quiet complex with well-maintained grounds. The private garages are a great feature. Management makes a good effort to to create community events (food trucks, first day of school breakfast, etc). The location is great---close to shops, restaurants, and freeways.

I would not consider Wood Creek a luxury apartment. Dont move here with the expectation that the property management will be responsive...the manager hides and will never show her face or return your calls. The pools are often invaded with non residents and homeless people. Its a joke how the maintenance team will not fix but only patch and minimally address issues. The lawns are nicely maintained but the residents are very neglectful in piecking up pet waste. Doggy bags are never available.

The pool was closed for over half a year during summer CA heat. The communication is not processed properly. Confidential notices are being taped on the door, no emails, no phone calls. WRONG water/sewage usage bills, accusing the debt on the rent!!! Rental increase notes posted on the front door,- again no emails, no phone calls. SUPER POOR MANAGEMENT. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Having enough space when mostly working from home has been very convenient. The townhouse we had provided that. Location of the property is situated within close proximity to entertainment and freeways.
