This has been a horrible experience I would not recommend to anyone. I am actively looking to move.
Lived here for about 15 months. Used to love the community, but it has gone downhill drastically.
They do not fix stuff. I haven’t had hot water over 2 months in my shower. I open tickets so they could fixed, and the maintenance close the tickets as if they fixed the issue. I’m so over this place and ready to move.
I truly love the location. He's very convenient to the highways and I can get to work in a timely manner. I don't like the entrance on Trinity drive, it's kind of risky making the right turn into the community during rush hours. Traffic is directly behind you it makes it real uncomfortable making the turn and worrying about being rear-ended. The speed bumps throughout the community I totally understand the residents walking, exercising and or children outside. I love the serenity that was unfortunately taken away due to the construction, but that part I understand.
I'm going to try to keep this short and simple, work orders are marked complete when they are definitely not complete. Water issues, the water is either scorching hot (my roommate and I have been burned al multiple occasions) , even the toilet tank water is hot (sounds absurd, but it's very true)we have submitted multiple work orders and our concerns have not been addressed, not even a " we are working on this, you can expect this to be fixed in said amount of time. Secondly the a/c doesn't work very well in my room, it's currently close to 80 degrees in my room ( I had get a thermometer for my room to prove my point) it's near 12:30 in the morning, I have two fans blowing and still no relief, don't even get me started on the temp during the day. For this issue it has also not been fixed and maintenance keeps marking it complete they say they have checked pressures, and they keep changing the filters (this was done maybe a week and a half ago, so I'm not really sure what good that is going to do. If you live in Texas in the summer, you know good and well you need a/c, I wake up multiple times at night covered in sweat, so sleep is becoming an issue. Secondly , there is constantly dog poop left by lazy owners, I have a dog myself but I for one pick up after her. I've addresses this with the office multiple times. I've recently seen a homeless person emerge from the bushes of the building closest to the Post Oak entrance, I've also sent an email about this to the office with no reply. We pay for valet trash, it's not so valet, multiple times the valet trash people just leave our trash, and we in turn have to take it ourselves, if we are paying for a service that is considered an ammentity, it should be done, and if not done, we shouldn't have to pay. As of recent the dumpsters overflow with trash. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but if you are considering this property I would look elsewhere. Laundry room by the office has been "under construction" for months now, I have not seen one worker in that facility and it still remains closed, meanwhile the perfectly fine leasing office has gotten an upgrade (priorities, am I right?)
This is a good community for working class/retired people.
Staff is lovely but my time here has been extremely stressful from pest to consistent work orders.

I have been living at Wood Hollow Apartments for almost a year. It has been a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is very quiet, even with a playground across the street. . Though I don't use the amenities, they are in work condition. Parking is excellent. FedEx and UPS deliver to your door, I have been gone for days on vacation and came back to my package still waiting at the door. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds maintenance staff keep the grounds in great shape.

This by far was the FASTEST resolution to such a small inconvenience. I could not feel any more valued as a resident just moving in ! Awesome ! And they left replacement kitchen bulbs that I didn’t even ask for! Awesome

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been in constant contact with the management here regarding a laundry list of errors caused by their neglect. This place treats residents horribly and I have had nothing but appallingly terrible experiences with this establishment and its management. Cheap but still overpriced for having almost no useable amenities. Death by fees paying for services you don’t need or use. Awful laundry facilities with bare minimum maintenance, zero communication from management about anything but when rent is due. No updates on broken laundry facilities or maintenance. Sloppily put together run down apartments that lack appliances, space, and views.

My apartment which was a showroom, is falling apart. Windows, cabinets rotten. Bathroom shower is peeling each time I use & clean it. Some windows are broken and won't stay opened.. A/C has a bad smell to it. I would have to turn it off & turn on my fan... When I moved here from Florida, the management made a mistake on my actual unit. So I was to move to this unit, showroom. It'll be temporary unit until a resident move out 4 months later. Well I'm still here.. Now I'm told that if I'm moved to a new unit, I have to pay more. So basically I'm stuck in a unit that is old and smelly. Again, it was a showroom when I moved in 2020. I was suppose to move in the actual one I picked, but next thing was Covid. No one moved. Then this management brought & took over in 2021. I was hoodwinked from the beginning... Now my rent went up, again. But nothing is being fixed. So no, I do not recommend.

The location is excellent for commuting to and from work. The local Walmart isn't far. I'm relatively new to Texas less than 2 years but Wood Hollow has made my transition from Chicago a nice one

The wood hollow apartments are a great place to stay for any small family (I’m speaking for myself it’s only 1 of me) but ever since I moved in it’s been a great experience. There has been no problems around the area, apartments stay clean, trash pick up almost everyday is a plus!, neighbors are friendly just has been a good experience overall I would highly recommend.

I moved in from out of state so I didn't have the luxury of touring the apartments to look at living conditions. And upon move in several issues where noted, such as black mold in the laundry room, rats and roach infestation, water damage, and outdated kitchen appliances.

we lived here for one year. I wanted to write a good review, because in some ways it was a blessing, but we really hope other people don't have to deal with what we have, maybe the management can actually change something here before someone else has to live here. before all of my cons to living here, I must say the only thing making this place with it is Craig. he works here, and is the most amazing person and so helpful. he remembers everyone, and he seems to actually care about people. he is personable, fun, and the only person here quick to help. he should be running the place, for his orderly work and customer service. now for my rant, it's a lot but there are a lot of reasons not to live here: the complex is roach infested. From day one of living here, there have been roaches. we had a baby so we moved out before our lease was up it was so bad. no matter how clean or how many traps we set, they did not stop. there are both American and German cockroaches here, and maybe a few more that we couldn't identify. they do not pick up trash. after a year, they picked up trash maybe 5 times total like they said they would, and took 2 months to get us the bin to use. the water had to be turned off at least 6 times while here, and it looks like our building isn't even fixed yet. the pool is rarely cleaned and rarely working. the property is always a disaster, we have seen many workers walk by and see the trash and never clean up. always cigarette butts, glass, and clumps of plastic dumped. and it will be there for months at the very least. windows are single pane, so very noisy outside and most neighbors get more rowdy at night. it didn't bother us until it interrupted sleep constantly and we were worried about our baby waking up. there are foundation issues, we had a Crack grow exponentially in our living room. and even worse, when we first moved in they promised a move in date and then after moving across state told us the last second the unit wasn't ready. we waited 5 whole days to move in, while every day they said we could move in then saying we could not. we had to pay for nights at a hotel with no compensation. when we did move in, the unit was not renovated as promised, nor were there washer and dryer hook ups as previously stated. do not believe what they tell you, please see it in person if you really want to live here. to top it all off, the other night in the unit's laundry facility that house washers and dryers that rarely work, there was a homel

Okay considering the price. Never had an apartment that did not have lights in the bedrooms before. Don’t expect them to let you know when any work orders have been completed including if the AC goes out, they just expect you to figure it out even if you had to get a hotel they don’t care about that or your families health. From my experiences here so far.

Way too overpriced, dated and damaged interior, CONSTANT water issues. Maintenance does not fix your issue and the office people couldn’t care less. They are rude. I will not renew my lease and I suggest you look elsewhere.

Worst management company ever. 2 whole months to get dishwasher replaced and it's falling out onto me when I open it. Was never screwed into counter. That's just one of many foul ups. Recorded them all
Leasing staff is very professional and easy to work with.
This is not a safe place, nor is there consistent communication. The actual staff that is at the facility needs to be increased. Management themselves I don’t even know who they are. We hve had a roach problem since we moved in. They have gone through 2 pest control companies.
The technician who fiexed my A/C was AWESOME. He explained what the issue was and fixed it promptly. I appreciate the great customer service and followup.

Wood Hollow has had many resident complaints but if you just learn to have patience your work order will get done we have to remember its not just our apt its 360 apartments here. Lets not be selfish and be considerate we are a community lets act on it

I've lived here for 2 plus years and I love it. BH staff is wonderful, maintenance is usually responds within the same day. I did have an plumbing emergency on a Sunday and they were here within an hour!! Location is great!!

I am here because of convenience to work. However, other residents are not conscious about their trash, dogs, and other which makes things unpleasant. Residents don't even know how to put their trash outside the door. Every night dozens of bugs are outside the door. But I am the only sweeping them into the grass so birds can eat them. They are not pleasant outside the door.
The facilities here are great as well as the office and maintenance staff. I love living here and look forward to being a longtime resident granted the issue with the neighbor above me is taken care of.
So far, so good!! There have been a few issues but I would expect that in any place. Everything was clean and in good condition when I moved in, everything continues to hold up. Im not a big fan of the vertical blinds that hang in front of the patio, but what can you do? Beautiful view of the pool from my apartment, not a lot of noise and any time Ive had an issue, theyve been on top of it. Im really happy with it so far, and Ive had many friend who have lived here that share that sentiment. Dont expect perfection, but its pretty close!!
The whole process was smooth! Things were fixed so fast that I didnt even notice the repairs.
