My apartment is very nice for the price. The 2 bedroom apartments are just under 1000 square feet and the 3 bedrooms are slightly over 1200 square feet. There is a good amount of closet space and each apartment has its own washer/dryer hookup. The down side is that the neighborhood is not the best and there are no amenities on the property. The property manager does a pretty good job of screening tenants though and people that don't make good neighbors don't seem to stay very long. Definitely a good value - there is a waiting list though.
