Property Ratings at ReNew Woodland Ranch North
One of the big draws of these apartments for my roommate and I was the amenities, namely the outdoor pool. However, we were soon disappointed as the pool didn’t end up opening until September, just in time for it to be closed a few weeks later. We didn’t get to spend our summer by the pool like we envisioned, and we are hoping this isn’t the case next year, as we signed a 14 month lease with the thought of being able to use the outdoor pool the last few months of our lease (ending in July. When we contacted management about it we were repeatedly told that they were working on it and that the sun deck was still an option. First world problems, I know, but nonetheless. We also have a roach problem in our apartment, which management has also kept pushing aside. We keep our apartment pretty darn clean and don’t leave much laying around that would be of any interest to a roach, but they still show up in the pantry, on the kitchen counter, kitchen floor, bathroom, and bedroom. Luckily, we only get one or two showing up alive every few weeks, but where there is on, there are many more. Some of the work orders that we have submitted have been fixed, only to be broken again the next day as if nothing was ever done. We’ve also had to call the police for noise complaints (loud music all evening and into the early hours of the morning…4am). The walls are also just pretty thin…we can always hear the crying baby in the apartment below us. Probably somewhat typical for what you’ll get in this price range for the area. On the plus side, these apartments are close to a lot of good shopping and dining places. They also seem to be in a good part of town; we feel safe here.
We love are apartment. They put a new filter in the outdoor pool and now it’s amazing and it’s like right in our backyard.
We have lived in Woodbridge Apartments for almost 2 years now and have liked it a lot. This summer has been great since the outdoor pool got a new filter and is almost right in our backyard.
Paid application fee and deposit. Could not get anyone to call us back or talk to us about our application or lease for a week at any of the numerous numbers provided on their site, paperwork, and application. Very bad customer service. Told that deposit and application fee are non-refundable when we finally got to speak to someone 7 days later. Better to lose this money now than pay rent to this place for the next year I guess.
I think it is a safe neighborhood! Awesome location the mall is five minutes away.. Walmart..Mejiers. ..Sams club .. Target ..Aldi.. Red lobster ... Dennys ... Dave n Buster all within minutes there is tons of stores around.. Not happy the rent is going up and we now will have to pay trash and water .We need newer appliances as well...
The grounds of our apartments are much to enjoy, were here again from another state back home but we'd love to go back respectfully. Our stay in Woodbridge includes a 11,000, Its seems as if our rent is going to began at one point to match the websites because its pricing is changing. The place is much expected to be just what you need, I will tell you are much enjoyable, even that breakfast in the morning in the clubhouse, hit the hot tub and later go for a run around the properties golf course like grounds. There has been a change in business and changes are already here and they are appealing. What we'd love to experience is Georgia's Duluth county where we came from. That was the true experience.
If you are looking for a roof over your head; these are your apartments. If you are looking for maintenance staff that are quick to fix a problem; these are your apartments. If you like a quiet place with some toleration of noice every now and then; these are your apartments. But, if you are looking for a place where the rent doesn't jump hugely every year you sign a new lease (mine went up $40 last time); find somewhere else. If you don't like an innefficient admin staff that frequently forgets arrangements and resign upgrades; find another place. If you mind not being able to use the community center at the complex because your entry badge doesn't work (and hasn't for the 4 years you lived there even though you've had them try and fix it many times); this place isn't for you. Woodbridge is okay as far as apartments go. Nothing is really great and nothing is really bad. I'm moving out at the end of my lease just because the rent is getting up to the point where I could live in a nicer place for the same amount.
This apartment complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. I have lived here a little more than a year, and have very few complaints. Secure entry, in addition to deadbolt on the doors, outdoor pool and beautiful paths to walk around the complex. Free access to the clubhouse at the neighboring property, which includes an indoor pool and hot tub, workout room, and free continental breakfast M-F. Monthly community parties, called Happy Hour, to meet your neighbors and sometimes win prizes! Conveniently located near 2 shopping malls, numerous restaurants, and not too far from the highways. I love it here!
