Woodburn Apartments

I have a great experience with this community,especially when I called them for help with fixing any problems,the staff always is very professional and good people.

Moved in 1 week ago and so far we love it! The office staff has great customer service and the property is clean and well maintained! Hope to be here for a while !

So far the experience has been great, Very quiet community, and clean. Son is very excited to meet all the kids in the neighborhood to make new friends.

I can honestly say this community is very calm the maintenance staff keeps it clean and well kept outside. I find it a quiet community and have never had any issues living here whatsoever. The office staff is super friendly and help you right away. I would recommend this community anytime.

It was a very Fast and easy move in. Couldnt ask for any better everything was clean and ready to go little to no issues. I plan to stay for a while.

If on bottom level be prepared for a lot of noise or hope you have good neighbors . They have a pool and gym but everything closes as soon as the office closes at 5 pm then that’s when towing starts

Woodburn apts are very nice place and the help from office is always good maintenance help very much they are nice people . Location is convenience to go to mall grocery store,

The staff is always friendly and accomodating. I have never had a bad experience with anyone that works or lives in thr complex. They also handle any maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Honestly, love it here. The staff is amazing and the community is so welcoming. Love being able to enjoy the pool and our neighborhood this summer.

Very small and quiet neighborhood. You can have pets if you want to pay the fee. Fast maintenance service. Very small pool and no amenities but will get you through.

My experience here at Woodburn is great. Neighbors are friendly. There’s always available parking. Outside maintenance is always kept up to par. The admin office keeps everyone informed in a timely manner. Neighborhood is very safe and sound.

I have recently moved here in Woodburn Apartments. I feel peace, cool with greenery and safe living here. Thank you so much Woodburn Apartments Family for maintaining good environment.

I been here since 2022 and I have no complaints this is a very nice community, the staff is very friendly and very helpful as well as Maintenance staff they very friendly, very respectful. They keep this community clean.

Great place to live! Quiet, safe neighborhood . Management takes care of it's residents. Speedy repairs when needed. The property is kept clean. I see maintenance out on the property sweeping n keeping the property looking nice.

I love the community and staff. Staff is very supportive helpful and caring. Always ready and willing to help and fix anything that needs to be fixed. The community is very clean.

Love this community. It’s very quiet and calm. Now that the weather is getting hot we genuinely enjoy kids running around outside seeing them be kids. Maintenance is always on it fast if we have an issue we love it here.

Cindy, Angie, & Chris always answered all my questions. The entire staff is friendly and have a good attitude. Not to mention Maintenance is very fast at responding to any maintenance requests. I love my apartment.

Nothing but good things about this place I've lived here for about 3 years , no complaints. From the Manager to office Staff to the maintenance staff everyone is been nothing but helpful. A special thanks to Angie and Cristian they are always helpful with any questions and concerns , and any maintenance problem gets fix right away . Great Community to live in

Nice. Could have been kinder. Quick Maintenance work. The area is clean and tidy. Playground is good too. I hope the pool opens soon. Can't wait.

Just moved to Va & I believe this an amazing place to live! Very quiet neighborhood & nice staff! Cindy was an awesome help throughout the process, so ask for her when looking to apply! She’s the greatest!

Overall this is a good place to live in it’s not loud here the neighbors are somewhat respectful. The cost of living here is somewhat decent.

Super nice neighborhood with some super sweet neighbors. Super grateful to live here. Everybody is pretty nice. We haven’t had any issues living here.

Woodburn is an excellent place to live. The community is very welcoming and friendly. Staff has an excellent communication skills with them. Maintenance staff answers questions and calls at an appropriate time.

Other then office staff and grounds and maintain crew. Living here has been a real downer for the past month. I have slept in my apartment maybe 3 times since new tenets moved in. I feel as though some people don't have respect for other who need to sleep at night. I have had not one night of sleep since they moved in.I have to work and try and finish packing in the next 4 days and move into a hotel. .... So I am a very unhappy tenet at this point.

This is my second year renewing my lease , and overall it was an easy process, i am very satisfied with everything , maintenance is always so quick to respond to any problems and the office staff is always so friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Definitely recommend, it’s a wonderful Community. it’s always well maintained and they have a huge snowman in front of the office that my son loves taking pictures with.
