Woodbury Crossing Apartments and Townhomes

The best part of living at Woodbury Crossings is the fantastic maintenance guy. Very responsive and always professional with tenets best interest in mind. Unfortunately, that’s where the service ends. Reading previous reviews, I’m sad we missed Rochelle who sounds like she took the customer service with her when she left. Specifically, the office staff disregard respectful communication. They blatantly ignore language in the lease (most recent was the move out procedures stipulated in the lease)- all for their convenience opening tenets to liability with no written alternate instructions. As tenets we routinely received email blasts talking down to renters by suggesting renters are ignorant to a rule or consequence rather than just sending reminders directly quoting a rule. This behavior from a management company is tough to read but I chalked it up to poor leadership skills and a lack of professionalism. However, the personal interactions with the office staff was even more disappointing. When asked if I could see options for alternative lease renewal periods (after our first year) I was told if I don’t like 12 months I should just buy my own house. Regulation was referenced with “it’s the law” but clearly the office staff have actually zero legal knowledge (let alone credential) to know actual regulatory compliance in the space and berate tenets for asking reasonable questions. In addition to terrible customer service, the management company allowed chemical spraying of weeds with no notice to pet owners. They also allowed sprinklers to continue twice daily into the winter resulting in 2 occasions where sidewalks were transformed to ice rinks, I know of at least 3 falls. We had a pet pass and upon sharing the information and asking for an update on our pet rent, we were still charged pet rent for months. Ultimately I decided not further engaging with the office staff was worth the monthly fee. I have never been so glad to leave.

Upstairs neighbors extremely noisy, stomping on the floor above as we try to sleep. Management suggests we call the police, rather than intervene. At these prices I would expect to be able to sleep at night but it's impossible. I definitely regret renting here and urge others to avoid this place if you like your rest. Crappy management.

I have leased my entire life, and Rochelle is hands down the best leasing manager I've ever encountered. I can't thank her enough for her consistent great communication and attention to details. She is truly a rare find!

The rental group Milestone is horrible to work with, very inexperienced staff with 0 professionalism. They only want to take your money and not provide the residents with what they need. They built these duplexes so fast and they were barely done when we moved in. It took them 6 months to get any landscape in and since have not maintained it at all. The quality of the construction is very poor, you can hear everything that’s going on at your neighbors. The construction group has trashed a nice neighborhood by building more unfinished units that never seem to get completed. Do not waste your overpriced rent on these duplexes, you will regret moving in as we have.
