Living here for five years and having a new management team that cares really shows. My calls are returned, maintenance shows up when they say they will and overall, a feeling of community. Keep up the good work.
I’ve lived here for 16 years. This is the best management so far. The units are being completely remodeled and the complex gets cleaned everyday. I have not had any issues with maintenance in a year and a half. The virus has been hard but it’s better then it’s ever been.
Management is horrible. Request for maintenance is never answered. They want rent but will not make upgrades or repairs. Please don't move here you will regret it. Can't wait until my lease is up to move.
I've been living here for @ decade with squirrels living in my walls, carpet hasn't been changed for @ 8yrs, still have popcorn ceiling paint since 1990s,... Management decided to increase rent to an extra $430 during coronavirus stay at home order despite the fact that i always pay my rent on time and in full. Maintenance is MIA … owners are unable to manage a "Dog House".

They are slow with everything. They need to hire more maintenance, keep up with the repairs, need more professional staff and overall they just need to act like they care about the people who reside here. A new company takes over and they still are trash was better off with Altman.

Good Day! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on this site. We would love to hear from you to better understand what repairs are needed with our home. Please give us a call at the corporate office to identify how we can help. We also recently hired 2 additional full-time operations professionals to assist with all the changes and updates we are making and have made.
Any other review you see about this place on another site that is positive is because those reviews are from years ago when it was under different management. The new management is horrible. The building is infested with bedbugs and roaches. The office staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional and the maintenance is nonexistent.

They never fix anything when you call maintenance. They raise the rent tremendously every year. They don’t care about their tenants.
