Property Ratings at Woodchase Apartments
I have been here since August 2008. (I'm well acquainted with 2 residents who have been here longer than I.) I made concessions to surly management and indifferent maintenance because of the price (20% below most apartments in the area). A few years ago (2? 3?), we got a whole new management team, and our head maintenance gentleman is extraordinary. I have had no fewer than 3 recent interactions with the team, and I have been blown away by the attention to detail and customer service follow-up. The trees have been trimmed, the parking lots refinished, the security gates are kept in good repair, resident vehicles are clearly labeled with identifying stickers and pets are always on their leashes, residents pick up after their dogs. I have lived in apartments all my life. This property is now an undiscovered gem!
I have lived here over 2 years and management has been very nice. The property is kept up very well. It is unfortunate that one fellow resident can be so ignorant and ignore the fact that other residents are in the management office while he throws his tantrum. The apartments are kept up very nicely and the management staff is great.
I have been living here for 6 months now and the entire time I have lived here the water doesn't really work. It comes on but it will be either ice cold or so hot it WILL burn you and it alternates between them rapidly. On top of that today the Office manager did not like my question and instead of trying to work with me or give me an alternative route to take she proceeded to scream in my face. I found Pat to be extremely unprofessional and rude. She was clearly taking enjoyment out of the act and appeared to revel in it. This apartment complex has violated the lease agreement with me and instead of acknowledging their mistakes they instead have decided to blame the resident. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in response. I hope the managing company takes swift action in this matter. Having people that happy to be rude and scream at you is disheartening.
This is an acceptable apartment, but I don't live here because I have a lot of options. It took management 10 months to fix rain coming into my apartment, and then it was only because I sent a letter via certified mail stating my rights as a tenant. There is a rodent living in my wall. They renovated the laundry rooms with a credit card machine that is frequently out of order. They seem to spend all their money on landscaping, even though we are in a perpetual drought. Very hard to get in touch with CFP. Would not recommend apartments unless you didn't have anywhere else to go.
I recently visited this complex and filled out an application.. I was pleasantly surprised of how well kept the property is
