Please do not live here unless you want to slowly collect a roach army. At any point in time, even in a clean kitchen, empty sink, counters scrubbed, floors vacuumed and moped, you can still catch about 6 roaches each time you turn a light on. In a day you will easily see DOZENS of roaches for no reason. It's gross here and no matter how clean you are, you're gonna have roaches in your food. Yes, roaches in your food. They get into sealed containers..... Not to mention if you have a service request, you might as well throw it in a storm drain (because the toilet probably doesnt flush right) live anywhere else. It's so bad that I would literally rather live with my parents. Please don't do it.

Parking is horrible, the property management has done little to nothing to remedy the problem, crime is relatively high. Cars and apartments have been broken into. With the exception of the maintenance, office staff are unprofessional and rude. You can get a lot more for your money at one of the other surrounding properties in the area.

These apartments are roach infested I’ve never seen so many roaches, no matter how much you clean the roaches still come. They have maintenance come & spray but it does not work it actually made the infestation worse. I can’t even sleep comfortably at night or even sit in my living room without seeing roaches climbing the walls & floors. It never use to be this bad & ive been here for 5 years. Please maintenance spray the entire complex. By the way Norma is amazing! The only problem I’ve ever had is the infestation.

Went to the leasing office on the 4th of the month to drop off money order for utility bill payment as a favor for someone. The payment is considered to be late after the 15th day of the month. Notified the customer service staff that the payment was for utilities and that I would need an acknowledgement copy; she probably wasn't listening and her first comment was,"With late fees?"..obviously presuming the occupant was late on rent payment..very rude!!. She collected the money order and asked, "Is this all of it?"; I responded in the affirmative, she dropped off the money order with the manager, Norma, without bringing the acknowledgement copy I requested for. I asked about the copy but was told that I had to either pay $1 to get an acknowledgement copy from the leasing office or go back and get the duplicate copy of the money order for them to sign off on. As said earlier, I was dropping the payment off for someone and did not have the duplicate copy of the money order; we were going back and forth on this (the manager, Norma, was implolite during this conversation) and they ended up returning the money order back to me. These are people that will post notices on your door for late payment penalties even after you have made payments to them well ahead of time (evidence of inefficient/ineffective record keeping process); reason why it's important one obtains an acknowledgement copy from them after any payment. Who returns a client's payment just because they are unwilling to provide an acknowledgement copy to the client? #smh#. I have a zero rating for this experience but will be unable to submit my review without picking a star, that's why they got one star.
I just moved in to this property and it has been just wonderful the staff at the office were so nice and helpful. Been here for almost 3 weeks and the only issue I had was on my move in day my dishwasher started leaking but they came that same day to fix it and haven't had anymore issues ever since, it has been really peaceful and quite!
Nice apartment for the area. There’s limited parking. Not fitness center. Despite the two cons, the only thing I’d change would be the office staff.
Parking seems to be a luck of the draw here. You can pay the additional $25 a month for covered parking, but there is no guarantee that it will be close to you apartment or that it will be available when you get home. I've seen several people parked in covered parking spaces that belong to other residents and the office has informed me on 2 different occasions that there were no open spots for me to lease near my building. There have also been times that people have covered parking but park in the free parking spaces along the fence line. This prevents people who do not have covered parking from having a parking space to park in. I get home at around 8pm daily and the closest parking may be near building 6. I live in building 23. So a hike across the complex is my daily work out routine. And no management has yet to resolve this issue.
This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The women in the leasing office are so rude and dismissive of your valid concerns. It takes them weeks to fix repairs and they blame YOU for being upset even though your upset because they take their time. Nobody ever knows anything and they are never on the same page about anything. I don’t understand why they think telling residents ‘I don’t know’ and not being inclined to get an answer is good business practice. It’s disheartening giving your money to them because u don’t have a choice even with their blatant disrespect. I won’t be renewing my lease. Chandra and Norma need to be fired. 80% of their negative google reviews are complaining about THEM. THAT SHOULD TELL ARI THAT THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!
Pest control can always be a huge issue when living in an apartment. The question of whether not the outside elements play a part, filthy neighbors, or merely poor maintenance by the leasing office to better control an unacceptable nuisance like Roaches. Once of the major questions I asked about during the time I toured the property. I was advise merely to call pest control but they hadn't heard of any complaints. The moment I began moving my property in I began to see small Roaches... In the kitchen, coming from the vents, bathroom sinks, and on walls. Irritated because it wasn't just one here or there... I now can't wait for the office to open for someone to explain to me what's going on. I have purchased my own pest control products and hope this rids me of the situation, otherwise I will be miserable for the next 12 months ??????????
