I have lived here for about 4 to 5 years now. At first everything was cool and nice, but after moving out to here we realized that it’s extremely dirty. The washer and dryers never work well and I tried to call the office to let them but they said i have to call the washer and dryer company to let them know that their machines are not working properly which is crazy lol. The second thing is everywhere in this building in and out smells dogs pee and poop. It’s so disgusting like I can’t handle it anymore. Every time i open a door to get in or to get out the dog’s pee makes me throw up. In the building there’s always dog's poop and pee. The elevator is so slow and old you have to press the bottoms 100 times for the door to get closed. The rent is too expensive for a dirty place like here. The only reason i’m still here is because I don’t have the ability to pay another deposit. Nowadays the house rents are extremely high even apartments. The soonest i get enough deposit i’m moving out from this place. I don’t recommend anyone to move here if you wanna live in a clean apartment.

The leasing agents are extremely nice and accommodating at first because they are trying to rent you a unit. That level of accommodation disappears once you move in. First, they do not show you the unit you'll be living in but a perfect model unit. The leasing agent told me it looked exactly the same, but the kitchen was different as well as the storage space in the apartment. Additionally, do not expect clean units upon move-in or a clean living area. Residents do not care and will leave trash everywhere. Luckily, my unit did not have a problem with pests but I wouldn't be surprised if it was an issue for others. If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor, you'll hear everything above you. The floors are so creaky and weak that it sounds like an earthquake everytime someone moves. Carpet is outdated and appliances are outdated too. Save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else to live.

I've lived here for about a year now and the apartments are okay, way too expensive for what it is and as far for everything else it's horrible. First there's always garbage all over the parking lots, all over the fields and no one picks it up it just stays and blows around. Second there are drug dealers here in the buildings and have many times walk through their shady drug deals with shady looking characters. The neighbors are very rude and inconsiderate of everybody forget ever trying to sleep in this place as people let their children run around all hours of the day not to mention the middle of the night. A lot of people that live in this building are extremely dirty they just leave trash everywhere inside the building, they smoke anywhere they please in the building. The staff seems very nice but they don't do anything about any of the complaints just send out emails asking people to stop. All I can say is I cannot wait to move out of this place and I suggest you don't move in.

You need to place cameras in the parking areas. Been here less than 2 mos and vehicle was broken into!!!! Mgmt doesnt care and wont do anything about it. Not renewing

we have been here a little over a year now and only thing that is nice about this place are the property managers. the door to the side of our building has been broken for weeks, we pay extra for the amenities (pool, gym etc) monthly and we are unable to use it without notice sometimes. the buildings are not kept up, maintenance is hard to get in touch with, maintenance does not assist in a fashionable timeframe. parking is not assigned and residents drive way over the speed limit. The fire alarm goes off randomly multiple times a month at whatever time and the elevators don’t work half of the time.

Place not worth money, In summer cooling don't work in winter Heat. Complain about they will change filters and that's it, From past six months squirrel in attic and no one bothered to take care of problem complained more than 15 times, If you are renting here forget you will sleep. Overall worst experience

This is a nice place to live in, the property equipment you pay for is not always available to the residents such as the laundry card room and gym. They are quick when it comes electricity problems.

Since living here I have complained many times about dog poop being all over, garbage and it's gotten alittle better but still there. There has been a few break in with cars, tires and rims taken and I tried to go to management to figure out plan with things that has been happening and telling them to up the security, but there excuse is the money. Some of the management here does not care about your safety and well being here. They do not follow up with you about a lot of things that has happened here. Rent goes up with no reason behind it. Just not satisfied with this place and cannot wait to move out. Some maintenance people are good and others are okay. It just seems you have to go over to leasing office many times just to get things done or make the safety more important here.

MICE MICE MICE!!! I have lived at Woodcliff for about 2 years now. I have complained about mice for over a year and a half. They have tried to take care of it but nothing has been successful. I have 7 registered/documented complaints of Mice. This is not due to recent construction in nearby areas. The residents here aren't clean. The hallways ALWAYS smell like Marijuana, residents smoke in the hallways and put out their cigarette butts on the windows. Resident leave their garbage in the hallways, and people on purpose leave garbage in the elevators. The Elevators ALWAYS have some type of issues. They breakdown at least 2 times a week. Laundry machine in current building has been broken for 2 months now and no one fixes it. Everyone that works at the administrative if great, but unfortunately the people that live in this department complex do not care for their surrounding and are not respectful.

I was considering this place for renting when I moved to this area. I filled out their application, paid the application fee, and did the lengthy reference checks procedure. The person who was managing my application told me that there would a discount in my deposit if I paid $100 towards the first month's rent while I was filling out the application. And if I decided not to rent there, that money would be refunded. Eventually, I found a better place, with a better location and price. So I ended up not going with them. When, after 1 week, I told them that I decided to not go with them and asked them to refund my $100 (towards the first month rent), they refused! They gave me an excuse about telling them 3 days after the application. The person did not tell me about this rule while I was applying. I doubt they have any such rule in place in the first place!

Worst place that i lived in by far and had my own place since 18. Fist the maintenance would come into my apartment without my concent and say it was an emergency, but twice a month or more is kind of ridiculous it was like they wanted to see what you are doing. Invation of privacy to the fullest. Then you pay for the pool but most of the time in the 3 years i lived there it was barely open. Also just a dirty place and rude staff not worth a red penny i spent there wouldnt recommend anybody to live there they will try to sell you on it but once you sign the lease they change and it feels like the maintenance is baby sitting you and always being noisey ??????

The maintenance were always coming in my place with out consent or a work order. I complained about it and nothing happened. The place smells and the pool was NEVER OPEN in the summer. They try to make seem perfect at first but then you see what that place really is like once you sign the lease. The rent goes up every year and it felt like the staff was baby sitting you instead of them minding there own business. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT MOVE THERE THEY WILL DRAIN YOU MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY!!!!

Please stay away from this place. Lived in the "pet" building and there is poop and pee in the hallways all the time. Neighbors are so loud, parties all the time and no one cares. Trying to get maintenance is terrible. My dishwasher was broken 8 of the 12 months I lived there. Brown water. Dirty carpets. Air conditioners barely work in the summer and the head barely works in the winter. Supposed to have safe, locked enterances but they're always broken and random people are always in the hallways and lobby all hours of the night and it's very uncomfortable. The girls at the front desk are far from helpful. I once called every single day for 3 weeks straight to talk to property manager about my concerns of maintenance people coming into my apartment unannounced and without my consent, they never once let me speak to her. They tell you you have 60 days to notify them if you plan on moving out. But shoe you away and tell you only ONE specific person can witness you sign the paperwork and then makes it impossible to meet with that one person. Made me wait so long for assistance that it went below 60 days and they fined me $800.. now they're attached to my credit and they have ruined my life even after thinking I was free from them by moving out... they're a money pit and they will do anything to squeeze a dollar out of you. Please stay away. They are just terrible people with no values or remorse for what they do to people.
If I could, I would give this place a lower rating. The people in the main office are rude, and they ignore all complaints. Multiple tenets have made noise complaints and the people in the main office ignored all complaints, even though it is a violation of the lease.
Coming from Brooklyn Ny.. this place is Horrrible!!! Staff is Horrible!! You hear All the noise above and below your apartment. Something is always breaking. Lots of drug addicts/ 2/3 drug dealers in each building! This place will try to destroy not only your Peace. but also your credit! Dont Move Here!!! I stayed 2yrs. And it was the Most Horrible 2yrs of my Life!! So happy this is my last month here! Living out my security because im sure they'll find 1000 reasons to keep it. They smile in your face and dog you behind your back! and they cover for each others mistakes and lies . Im sure they'll even try to respond to this. as if their so great But theres Plenty other reviews besides mine. telling you how bad this place is!!

Don't move in here. The apartment is infested with Mice, they are every where. Also, heat and hot water are not included in the rent and everything is electric (stove, hot water etc); so your electric bill will be exorbitant like crazy. If you have extra money to WASTE, then this place is the right place. My lease will be ending shortly and I'll bolt.
The rent is outrageous, hot water runs out in 15 minutes theirs no way that you can take a bath, I don't even have a drain stopper in my bath tub and the maintenance does a really poor job , the air conditioner never works and theirs nothing todo in the winter time.. this place sucks

hallways smell very bad, air conditioner does not work efficiently, the energy bill very expensive, the park always dirty with poo, and I can say more and more.
Woodcliff estates is one of those establishments that tries to reel you in with its amenities although they are decent it's apartment size seems relatively small especially the one bedroom the two bedroom isn't much bigger and once you get past the high expenses you'll find sketchy neighbors and a staff that tries to reassure you the area is safe oh yea and they will tow guests cars if not stickers or parked in a certain area at your expense
The office staff are horrible. They never return your calls. You can not have vistors if you do their cars get towed. Your mail is never delivered correctly. The apartments have old appliances, the ac hardly ever works an you cant get anyone to fix it..
The staff was very knowledgable and professional. Rated we're competitive yet fair. The apartments are well maintained and clean.
This apartment home has been the best place I have lived. I use the gym every day and maintenance staff is great.
