I’ve been living here for six years, and this apartment complex has been a great place to call home. The on-site property management team, led by Giselle and Joshua in the front office, is top-notch. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating and always go above and beyond to ensure that residents are taken care of. Whether I had a question, needed assistance, or had a special request, they were always quick to help and genuinely kind. The maintenance team, Troy and Sergio, is equally great. They know how to handle anything that comes up, and I’ve always been impressed by how quickly they get things fixed. Their expertise and efficiency are outstanding. I recently upgraded to a new apartment within the community instead of looking elsewhere, and that really speaks to how happy I’ve been living here. It's not often you find a place with such great management and maintenance teams that truly care about the residents.

I have recently moved in with my pregnant wife and little boy, I'm a proud father, and extremely happy to say that moving into Woodcreek apartments has been nothing short of excellence. The community management is quick to respond with any issues, they provide each person with specialized care and empathy, anything going on within the community is brought to our attention in a timely manner. The community team has been polite, cordial, and extremely knowledgeable, and if there was ever an issue that they themselves could not figure out, they knew where to go in order to get the answers, the community is welcoming to pets, and accommodates them with love and excitement. I strongly believe that this is a community to raise a family in. My experience so far has been exceptionally grand.

My experience at Woodcreek Apartments has been absolutely amazing. I was still in New York as I was looking for apartments in Cary, but I could not have made a better decision. This is one of the few apartments that had raving reviews on so many different websites upon touring virtually it made my decision set in stone, and the price was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful for the entire process of applying and moving in. This was my first apartment I rented by myself. I am a young working professional (21) and was not familiar with typical apartment application processes, but they made the process smooth and clear. It was especially nice to have the paperwork made simple. Anything I needed was quickly addressed. I always appreciate a willing and helpful team. Additionally, I LOVE the loft-style floor plan and it was totally worth the extra monthly cost. It has great natural light.

Woodcreek Apartments have been amazing since moving here. On move in day one of the maintenance men helped me move my couch in and told me if I needed help with anything else to just ask. A week or so later I was walking my dog when Omari stopped me and asked how everything was going, to say the least this has been a great experience!

So far has been nice living here. Have some delay problems when first move in but Omari has been helpful. Maintenance team is nice and fast service but some fixing may take fews time. So far all experiences is great.

I have lived at Woodcreek for only a short time, but it is genuinely a pleasant place to live in Cary. Great location. Wonderful amenities. Beautiful neighborhood. I would reccomend it to anyone in the research triangle area!

Woodcreek is a very quiet, clean and nice place to live. I have been very satisfied with the maintenance needs and service. Nevertheless, for me to recommend the place management would need to specify that the pool and fitness center are nice thoughts and the rent you will be paying does not include those amenities even though they are advertise as such. On the website you can read under amenities included: "24-hour Strength and Cardio Training Center / Resort-style Pool". I have been living here for almost a year and for the whole time the pool has remained closed, and the fitness center have been closed for over 6 months now.

I recently moved into Woodcreek Apartments and I could not be happier so far. My apartment was extremely clean during move-in. There were a few maintenance quick fixes that were taken care of within 2 days (I put that they were low on the priority scale). The community is extremely clean and I really enjoy the picnic table area with its lush green grass. The complex is in a wonderful location, quick access to the highway and shopping center without getting stuck in crazy traffic or hearing the hustle and bustle of the town. I have so far not been able to hear my neighbors, I am either incredibly lucky and/or the complex did a good job with the soundproofing. Either way, I would recommend this complex to other people looking for a nice place to live in Cary.

I found Woodcreek at what I though was a good price compared to nearby complexes of similar quality. I liked how close it was to both Cary and Raleigh. After I was contacted and told that renovations would make my move-in date impossible, the staff at Woodcreek moved me into a nicer apartment for the same rate as compensation! That was something I didn't expect but for which I am very grateful, and it seemed to be an answer to prayer.
