Bad emergency maintenance service call the emergency number and you can not leave a voice message I have a minor and we pass if I air all night I am disappointed in the complex I will not renew the purchase

As a single mother its hard to have options but, Woodcreek did not shut me down. I loveeeee the two bedroom floor plan and the property was very clean. Returning to the office they provided me with all the information I needed. I was a little sad that it was out of my price range. When I told Yanira she said nooo problem we can split your rent. I was surprised that they offered to let me pay my rent in two partial payments (on the 1st and the 15th) I had never heard of that before. I'm happy that they didn't just turned me around they helped me and my family find a home.

Woodcreek is my home!!! I have been a resident for 6 years and continuing. They make me feel appreciated and proud to be part of this community. They also go big on events with activities for everyone providing food,snacks and drinks. Karaoke night was my favorite of all we had so much fun!! Thank you Woodcreek staff for everything that you do for us!!

While shopping around in the area my wife and I stopped for a visit at Woodcreek. The staff was very nice helpful did not need no appointment for tour. The property is very well taken care of the pool looks refreshing and blue. It was a plus for us that they are Cy-fair school district area, washer and dryer connections and the hardwood floors. My wife loved the fact that they have a FREE after school kids club where our children can enjoy arts and crafts while she does errands. Can't wait for our lease to be over and apply at Woodcreek.

Disrespectful staff they'll even get in your face, very poor maintenance and quick to fine you for absolutely anything. I had a rug drying for not even 2 hours and they took pictures and wrote me a fine. This place is a nightmare. Not to mention I pay for parking and they can't even repaint the "reserved" you can't even make out the numbers by the wear and tear caused by the rain . It's been like that for almost 6 months! I have it all documented .

They have deleted my comments numerous times. Now they want to kick me out and not give me a month to month options. They are horrible apartments and take everything personal so they kick you out ... it’s never any hot water people in the front are always very rude and can never talk to you with any respect. They show favoritism to there kind apartment are cheap but you get what you pay for don’t move here you will hate it

Woodcreek is great! Kids Club is awesome and free. I don't have to pay for day care. Office staff is very friendly and always helpful. The grounds always clean and maintanance staff is very good. Yes we didn't have water for a week but it was fixed the right way so we don't have that problem anymore. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The hot water is always going out and they always have the same excuse which is they're waiting on a part and give us a false date and ask us to be patient but I'm sure that they wouldn't be patient if they didn't get the water bill paid, they are always lurking around trying to find something off on your patio, windows, etc so they could take a picture of it and threaten to charge a $50 fee, it can't be a boot on the patio, but some guest here get special treatment, they points out that you could only have, 1 small plant (come and look around,a lot of tenants have a garden on their patio) 1 bbq pit (I've literally seen someone with 2 and it's still there) and patio furniture ( you will see childrens toy, bikes, balls as you pass by everyday) I feel like they choose who they want to bother with, so if you come here, DON'T MIND YIUR OWN BUSINESS AND BE A GOOD AND QUIET TENANT, because then you will get picked on without a cause and this is the honest, truth.... Another thing, I had a Superbowl party and that very next morning they knocked on the door telling me to take down the decorations on the door, but no one got that during the holidays or birthday parties, they stays up long after, Not A Very Good Place To Live, You Can Do Better, can't wait to leave here in a few months.

Whoever said best complex ever is obviously the leasing staff. No one in their right mind could say that about this place. This is the worst community ever. There is never hot water the boiler is always broken and the water bill is over priced higher than a house. They don't fix anything properly. Their maintenance satisfaction guarantee is a lie. The dumpsters are uncovered and fill up with stinky trash all over the place. The pot holes are ridiculous. They will tow your car and write a lease violation every second instead of investing their attention into making the community better. Also the gates are always open they never work. If you care about safety and a place that doesn't just take your rent and wont fix anything do not move here.

I’ve lived here a few years and loving it. The staff in the leasing office are helpful and super nice Units are very spacious and affordable. They have a wonderful kids club they offer free of charge for tenants. Definitely recommend this place.

The area is very convenient no need to drive long distance to find your favorite retail stores. WoodCreek offers a free kids club and they also give you the flex pay option where you can pay half your rent on the first and the second half on the fifteenth.

What I like from this property is the space of the apt. They do a lot of activities for the residents I have saved alot of money on daycare due to the after school program the only bad part of the complex it's parking maintenance it's good

The area is very nice everthing is close food store , grocery store. The property is quite clean. The property have pool ,playground , after school program is free,laundry room party ever month . Also paid flexible rent . Came in visity the Woodcreek Apartments

This is the best place i have lived in my apartment history. I went through some storms while being here. The office personnel was right there with me with umbrella's of love and care. They empathized and sympathized during one of the most trying times of my life. My mother was very ill and then passed away. These ladies were there for me with smiling faces. Johanna, Yanira, Fatima are what makes WoodCreek Apartments a great place to live. I have had a great experience living at WoodCreek. I have not had any bug problems,neighbor problems. Been here since 2012 seen it all. I was about to give my notice 2 months ago but changed my mind. I didnt even know we had yet another new manager. Just like the others she made promises, but I'm glad to report she actually kept her word. I have seen some changes. Less people standing around, cleaner surroundings, a new area for pets with pet stations. Last but not least better service. The ladies in the office seem happier and more helpful.. it's a work in progress the new manager said and I can see she is committed to bring new changes.

I been living here since 2014 I have seen my share of managers and maintenance staff come and go. But I must say in the last few months I've seen a great change. The new manager is always out in property running off bad kids, talking to residents and is always available to talk to. The staff has more smiling faces and maintenance has been more prompt. I love the recent Fall Festival and outdoor movie, it shows that this new management cares about us residents more than ever. Keep up to good work!

I have just renewed my lease here at Wood Creek Apartments. I have been a tenant with SMI Realty Management for over 10 years. A resident at Wood Creek Apartments for two years. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for me, close to my job, has major retail shopping in walking distance, and close to highway 290. One of the main reasons I like Wood Creek Apartments and SMI Realty is their Maintenance Service (one of the best). They have been very responsive with all my maintenance request. My experience here has been good. I would recommend Wood Creek Apartments. David

Price is great since it is very spacious. But after living here 3 years I've learned that it's horrible! Leasing agents are nice at first but as soon as you move in you find out that they are extremely rude! They don't help with any problems that you may have. There's a roach and bed bug infestation. A lot of unsupervised kids running around and vandalizing. And not to mention multiple assaults and robberies. Property does not have cameras or security so if anything were to happen to you or your family, well then your on your own. Apartment manager does not care. Your better off somewhere else!

This property is very convenient. you are within walking distance of several restaurants. The metro line is down the street. The apartments are very spacious. Great outdoor space and a grounds. Very family oriented. Very quiet at night.

I understand the area isn't the best and that's why your getting the rate that your getting. Its located to lots of food establishments and shopping centers, the area just isn't the most keep up with/presentable. The parking lot is absolutely horrible especially if you live in the back of the apartment complex. Their is constantly police officers in the complex and multiple times I see some type of issues having to be resolved with police. I have more than once heard other peoples arguments past dark. Don't expect to have pleasant neighbors either; if you want anything fixed in your apartment be prepared to wait months. You will be needing to call more than once and maybe even threaten to call BBB or their manager. Apartment complexes should worry more about pleases their customers and having a better response to them. I don't know what the apartment spends all their time on, but I do not like the response I always get when dealing with them. It took weeks to change our kitchen light, which is crucial if you want to live comfortably and not step on all the roaches that are a constant problem. Good luck on your search, but do your research for yourself. You get what you pay for.

I feel that they charge you with unnecessary things (hidden fees) And The water bill is high. Luckily, I do have a 6 months lease so I will be moving very soon.
