The apartments are never maintained. The bedroom and tiolets have peelings.They just do like cosmetic cover up when someone moves out.After one month the paints start to peel. This place is really falling apart, nearly habitable and the management do not care Recently the whole place os infested with rats The heaters don't work. Management is very poor,always very rude and uncaring towards the so many things going wrong in the apartment.

Its been 3months and not received our security deposit back !!!

When we were living here we faced maintenance issues, the roof of the washroom was such that many ants use to popup. We raised complained many times, it was fixed but still the same use to happen within a week. We finally decided to move out once the lease was over. After moving out, we have been waiting to get back our security deposit which we have paid initially. We cleaned the apartment so nicely and left it in just perfect condition. We have all videos of the rooms after we It has been 3months since we moved out and we are chasing behind for the security deposit. We have moved really far away and they said they will mail us the cheque. We gave them our address while leaving apartment and they said the address was wrong so the mail returned back to them. They asked for the address again, and we gave them again, still the response was same. Then we decided we will go and collect it from office as it is really an hour distance from our place, so we finally decided to go and collect the same. We went to the office today morning and was told there is no such cheque in our name kept for us. There was some other female over there and not the one we were coordinating with. My husband got late to work for half an hour because of this, and it was of no use. Really upset with the service provided and I wish they could have left happy customers behind !!! We are still waiting for the refund of our security deposit cheque and there is no email where we can communicate either. No sms, no emails, only phone calls which most of the time goes to voice mail !!!!! How do we contact then?? Be careful while moving in such a place.
