Flagstaff is surrounded by national forests and is ideal for those who enjoy hiking, camping, mountain climbing, skiing, and snowboarding. Woodlands Village is a fantastic Flagstaff neighborhood, located just south of downtown and adjacent to Northern Arizona University. It is bordered by I-40 and I-17 for fast commutes throughout the region, and the neighborhood features a large shopping district along Woodlands Village Road.
Woodlands Village is attractive and wooded, offering beautiful mountain views, the Flagstaff Urban Trail, and nearby parks. Downtown Flagstaff is just over a mile north, and Northern Arizona University is about a half a mile from Woodlands Village.

Property Ratings at Woodcrest
I will rate this as 0 star. This is the worst apartment ever! If you ever thinking of moving in this apartment I'm telling you right now don't do it! and you will regret it! aside from over price the apartment is old and definitely not worth the money you are paying for. They don't care about you and they are just milking you. Trust me don't move in this crap apartment!

Hi there. We're disappointed you feel this way and hope we can come together and address these concerns. Please give us a call when you can. Thank you.
The apartment has outdated, stained, and damaged cabinets, and is over priced especially because of damage and un-cleanliness at move in. Also the Hot-tub never worked for the entire year I lived there, neither the jets nor the hot water, and it was drained for half the time for maintenance but when they re-filled it, it was still broken. Then when I went to move out they tried to charge me for a bunch of damages I did not do. I got over half of them dropped, but I had to re-send information that I had already provided and speak with higher management. But they did not seem to care that they had clearly made mistakes in the closing forms for my apartment. Bad business if you ask me, and the worst money-grab I have experienced renting in flagstaff.
had so many thing wrong with the apartment and put in so many requests and never got an answer or anything fixed. very high priced and it isn't nice at all.
I have lived at Woodcrest for 2 years now and have enjoyed it so far. The staff in the office and maintenance are all really nice and are quick to help. They have free food on Fridays for lunch which is awesome! They are putting in fiberoptic internet right now and its been kind of a headache because they've had to enter our apartment many times to install everything. The nice thing is fast internet and the maintenance people are always with them when they go in so if I'm not here it's not a big deal. They also gave us a lot of notice about each time but sometimes we had to move our stuff so they could access that spot in the room. Even with this little headache I really like it here and plan to stay for as long as I can. I would suggest anyone looking for good pricing to come here.

Strangers have been granted access to my apartment on an on-going basis for the last few months and the staff at Woodcrest refuse to answer my questions regarding who has been allowed in my apartment while I am not home. They are currently in the process of updating the fiber optic lines throughout the complex which is a project that was contracted out to a third party. On three occasions we have be told that we had to remove all of our belongings from closets in our apartment and keep our dog locked up for weeks at a time so workers can have access to our apartment. When I called to ask the Woodcrest staff about the scope of the project and how many more times the staff from the third party company would be granted access to my apartment, they were unwilling to give me information. When I asked what the name of the third party company was so I could contact them myself the office staff refused to give me a company name. I called again and asked for the information at which time I was told that legally all they had to do is give me two days notice that someone would be entering my apartment. They have been unwilling to hear my concern and seem uninformed of what is happening in the complex. I don’t not believe they value the privacy of their tenants or care about providing positive customer service. If you have the option of considering other apartments I would strongly encourage you to find a different place to call home.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review Woodcrest Apartments. We apologize that you are unhappy with the Fiberoptic Install project. Unfortunately, this process does take some time as there are several steps but we have been working diligently to notify everyone of every step the minute we know about it. It is true that only 2 days written notice is required by law but we have been sure to give more than this for the entire project. We have also had a staff member escorting the contractors into the apartments in an effort to avoid any concerns that may arise about non-staff members entering your apartment. If you have a concern I would be your main point of contact and, if necessary, I can have someone from the 3rd party's corporate office reach out to you. Please feel free to email me through the resident portal or call Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm if I can help with anything. Thank you again, Carrissa R. Community Manager Woodcrest Apartments
I lived here with my bf and our pup for almost 2 1/2 years with no major problems. There was also plenty of parking and we never had an issue with noise. The apartments aren't the most up to date but everything worked just fine. Maintenance was probably the best part about the place, they always responded swiftly. I'd give them 5 stars if prices didn't go up so much after the first years lease and if the water temperatures were better(cold or hot water... sometimes it was a guessing game). I recommend these apartments if you are going to NAU because it's just a short bike ride or walk away.

Hello! Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are so glad you enjoyed your time at Woodcrest Apartments! We truly appreciate your comments. Thank you again! Carrissa R. Community Manager Woodcrest Apartments
I lived here for about four years. The first two were wonderful, we didn't have any problems whatsoever. Then the new management came in and we got new upstairs neighbors. It turned into a living nightmare. The noise was so unbearable, it leaked through headphones and earplugs. The ceiling didn't just creak anymore, it would shake along with our ceiling fan. We could see all the people going upstairs to party and then we could hear it too...for hours. For over a year we complained to management who would promise to take care of it, but the noise never stopped. The new management doesn't do their job. They even left us a notice after 4:00 pm saying the law required 48 hours notice to enter the apartment but then said that they were going to enter it sometime the next day. This is so unfortunate because the location was wonderful and we loved living there before it changed for the worse. I would seriously suggest living absolutely anywhere else if you can.
