This is a quiet neighborhood. There is very little noise pollution. The landscaping is upkept. Some units are remodeled but if you want to spend less there are units that do not have upgrades.
The transition was great and Vicky was super nice. I just keep finding some apartment issues but nothing to serious. Love the amenities plus a quiet neighborhood.

If you desire a quiet neighborhood then you will find that here. Every apartment complex periodically has noise but overall, the majority of my neighbors do not make noise. It is peaceful.

I've only been here a few months and so far any issues I've had was addressed in a timely manner. A tenant let their dog out and it did it's business in the breezeway and management addressed that issue immediately.

There's been multiple car breaks ins including mine. After months a camera was finally installed in front of my building. If you stay in a gated community you expect more safety but here is not the case.

Peaceful neighborhood Vicki is very helpful !!!! I have no problems here and it ever a maintenance issue it’s handled in 24 hours max. Very affordable and accommodating
Carliss was extremely helpful in my leasing process, I had car trouble on the day of my appointment and had to take an Uber to the office and she went out of her way to take me to where I needed to go to get one document, I forgot to bring with me. The whole experience was very easy and stress free.
Have been great very quiet area and by some local store for everyday life don’t need a car so that’s what I love the most about the apartment

I moved in August of last year and it has been one of the best places to move for my bucks.. My dollars have to make sense but also my comfort has to make sense!!! On day one I fell in love and I called WCV my new home.. I have all the things that help me to maintain my peace of mind! My neighbors are friendly, the management and staff are great and it got even better as the staff has changed!! Everyone here as the new regime has settled in smoothly I can say that change is good however I never had a bad day here, always happy to come outdoors on the property and take in the ambiance of calm!! So far the complex has been quiet. It appears clean aside from the overflow of trash from both dumpsters. Very simple, no frills complex with affordable units. Not much to complain about.

Overall it’s a good neighborhood. Depending on what you’re looking for you can get. Amenities are what’s listed. Nothing more. Nothing less. I can’t speak to rent because across the board rent is at an all time high. Noise levels are low throughout the neighborhood. I feel overall it’s a safe place. The office employees are just that employees. If you find one that is concerned about your needs and ensuring that all is taken care of be nice. They are hard to come by anywhere.

The new management is better than the old they are more personable. However the communication needs work I received my lease renewal call and ask to have it emailed to me was told I would get it EOD I had to call 3 other days to actually get it and after I signed it I got a call a week later asking if I was going to renew. Also maintenance takes about 3 weeks for someone to come. I enjoy my apartment and neighborhood

Overall this is a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are kept clean. Rent prices have risen in the past few years but the square footage of the apartments are larger than most.

There is always an issue. The wiring is terrible. I cant have my heater and my microwave on at the same time or half my apartment unit cuts off. Ive been here barelya few months and there always something wrong in the unit.

The reviews about how great this place is has to be fake. Roaches, mold, cracks in walls, horrible management and maintenance. When you go to look at a place, they’ll show you this beautiful model but when it’s time to move in it will look nothing like the original. Leasing is very helpful and is always available. Maintenance comes when needed, I needed a new AC and it only took a week to get it fixed, pest control is also very good about coming when you schedule them

I had a good experience. Sterling was my leasing agent. She was super sweet and answered all of my questions. Move in day was fairly easy. The room was renovated and looked great. I moved in easily.
