Serious car theft and break in problem that this management refuses to do anything about. In building 98 a fire sprinkler went off over a year ago that flooded the building and the floors had to ripped up. They still aren't fixed.

Hello! Everything is amazing so far shy of two weeks living here. Recently moved in October 2024, me and my daughters are excited to see what the property has to offer us. Torrea is great!!!

I was guided through the move in process so smoothly! The leasing team are very welcoming to their residents. I was able to show my family what a great community Woodfall truly is.

Lots of amenities,gym,pool good shopping area and close to the airport and city for a good night out. I would recommend this place for single people and families as well. I always wanted a gym at my finger tips that is convenient for a 30 mins workout

Team always good and helpful with any things needed. This was a transfer and it was as smooth as if I was a new resident. I referred a friend because of the care the community gives.

Moved in a week ago and the leasing team has made this smooth the smoothest. Submitted a maintenance request and that same day the team was in the apartment resolving my issues. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing you’re living somewhere and being treated right.

We absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing and so helpful! We have yet to have any bad experiences here and we have been here for almost a year already!

My experience has been positive thus far. The buildings are clean and quiet. The grounds are also clean, and the neighbors are either friendly or mind their business. I had one issue during my stay that was addressed to my satisfaction.

So far so good. It's only been day 1 and I love it. My daughter loves it as well. I can't wait to decorate. My family and friends says it's very nice and beautiful.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful and address any concerns you may have. There are a lot of outings that support the community. The club-house is great for hanging out or party events.

Loved living here so much I got a bigger place to stay longer and grow a family here. Everyone is so kind and the building always smell good because of how often they are cleaned

Woodfall Greens has the best apartments in the area! I have rented here eight months now. I really enjoy living here! Apartments are very nice. Staff is friendly and accomodating! Amenties are wonderful! There's a pool, fitness center, valet trash removal, game room, mail room, lounging area, conference room, and more. I highly recommend Woodfall Greens!

Woodfall Greens is a great community. Leasing office staff is great. Maintenance is always on top of things and will respond quickly (within a couple of hours) when you put in a ticket. Property is kept clean. Security officers are on site if you have an issue. My only complaints are that the walls and ceilings are paper thin and neighbors can be a bit noisy.

Always welcoming. The staff is phenomenal. The grounds are kept pretty clean. Sometimes a neighbor or two will leave their trash at the door for days. But still not too bad. Wonderful atmosphere.

I love the staff and cleanness of the building. The parking is becoming a little tight though. I recommend this place to all my friends. One of the people I told did move in.

I have lived at Woodfalls since 2019. Woodfalls Greens is truly a great place to call home. Their attention to detail is amazing. Incredible staff with great attitudes. Giving a personal shout out to Torrea in the front office. Always smiling and has a positive energy.

Over the years, our rating has fluctuated but overall its a decent experience being a resident at Woodfall Greens. Management has also had some major changes which at first seemed like a concern but I would say the quality has improved.

I love it here so far very clean, nice staff and such a beautiful apartment I really suggest moving here if you’re looking for an apartment it’s the best!

This is my second year.1st year was a good quiet clean building then switched to a bigger apartment and hate it. very noisy and trash outside of the doors even when it's not a pickup date, leaving the hallway smelling horrible. The walls are not painted. The staff in the office and the cleaners on the property are always great. Will not renew the lease

Everything has been great! The neighbors are helpful. Our apartment is nice and cozy. And the ladies at the rental agent are awesome. Always polite!!

Overall great experience. Even with a slight noise complaint the leasing agents did their due diligence and it’s much quieter now. Also glad the mail room is open again.

The property, amenities and apartments are always beautiful and clean. Never any problems with the property itself. It’s the area and people living here that are always causing problems unfortunately….. i would still recommend to a friend because it is a guarantee the apartments are always bug/mice free unlike all the other outdated apartments in glenburnie.

I’ve always felt safe and part of a community while living at Woodfall Greens! My apartment has all updated amenities. The pool area is very nice. It’s very convenient to have an office space as well as the clubroom. I love it here!

I enjoy staying here. The close proximity to everything and the night way. The leasing office goes out to their way to help us. The response to repairs is great.

The move in process was seamless. The office and maintenance staff was very helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed.

Living here at woodfall greens was great , i love love love the amenities they have such as the beautiful pool, grilling area fitness and community room overall a 5 out of 5!

Love the staff, the on-site cleaners are amazing as well. Wished rules were enforced more with trash being out when it suppose too or building taken care of better. Walls are terrible when visitors come.

Everything fine until our car was stolen from the parking lot…. Inaccessible mailing room is another issue… aside from that so far so good … we have good memories here

Awesome apartments with great amenitites! There's a fitness room, swimming pool, conference room, loungeing area, somewhat of a game room. Close to many restaurants, shopping, Route 695, etc. Love it!

My experience at wood fall greens has been a great experience the amenities are nice my child has really enjoyed the pool this summer and made new friends within the community

Great community, loving the amenities, and the accessibility of many stores around. Only real issue is the thin walls and ceilings, in which I can hear people talking or walking.

I love it here! the staff here is very welcoming. There’s always a different activity each month to keep the community engaged. I feel safe living here is amazing I like not only what’s here in the apartment but what’s around the apartment? I love that there’s a grocery store right there. Everything is kind of accessible without a car walking distance and I think that’s amazing.

Came by to view unit for sale the other day. The property was very clean and has great amenities. The leasing agent was very informative however, wasn't vey welcoming. It was almost as if I was hindering the staff member from completing other tasks. Warm greetings to residents but no warm greeting for me which was a bit of an odd interaction. As a prospect, I may have to reconsider renting here.

Move in process was completely wonderful! I have absolutely no complaints. Torrey was really helpful & patient with me. I love my apartment.

Great place to live! In a rough neighborhood but the apartment is worth it! Pool is clean, gym is functional, office center is a plus, and the rec room is a huge bonus!
