Property Ratings at Woodfield Park
they dont clean the snow theres dog poop everywhere you will step in it everyday car will get broken into packages will b stolen
Management is horrible, liars and make rules as they go. No residential support at all. This is an Ardent issue they continue to flip management and it continues to get worse. If you want your hard earn work and money to be valued. Ardent communities are not the place to call home and they are filling every hole they can in Columbus. High pricing, poor quality, and very disrespectful management employees, they'll smile it get you in once your in it's a wrap. You be ready to go asap.

Hi there. Due to the anonymity of this review, we are unable to identify you as a resident. Please stop by our office so we properly can address these claims in the most efficient way possible. Thank you and we hope to hear from you promptly.
This place is trash and there needs to be an option for no stars, management is trash and it will be the projects in less than a year from now. Walls are paper thin if you live on the bottom floor you will not get any sleep because it sounds like your upstairs neighbors are going to fall through the floor. They had my hot water connected to my neighbors apartment. The electric bills are astronomical and I believe that they do not have that hooked up correctly. I have reported them. Trash outside of trash bin, people leave fast food bags and other trash all over the place. Parking is horrendous they don’t clean the parking lots after a snow so good luck getting the heck out of here until it melts. I cannot wait until my lease is up god this place is so bad it makes me want to get evicted. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here!

I have lived here for about 5 months and really like it here. Love the kitchen space the most and that my roommate and I each have our own bathroom. The staff was nice and welcoming to us. There are more families here then I expected but this is definitely a place that I would say is geared more towards young adults with no children. For the deal I had and it being a brand new apartment, the price isn't that bad. There is a bit of cell service issues with Verizon here, but the wifi we have works, and I grew up in the middle of nowhere so it is not that big of a deal. There are 2 gas stations near the place, a Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Donatos, Subway, and Tim Horton's near the place. Not too far away from the Easton Mall or Airport either. I definitely recommend this place a lot to my college friends since it is like a 15 minute drive to Ohio State.

There are many negative traits about this complex, unfortunately the biggest one is not being treated like a person from the leasing staff. If you value your sanity you'll look elsewhere.

If you move in on the middle of the month they will tell you that you only have to pay 1/2 rent. They will send you the other 1/2 to your bank account. Well I never received the other half from Ardent Properties. They said that they sent it and then told me if I didn't pay they would have to evict me. The workmanship of the property is poor. Looks like it was built with no quality in mind just get it done to make money. The hallways aren't clean from concrete workers so your track dusty concrete dust into your apartment every time you walk in. Property Manager(Dansha) doesn't return phone calls and leaves early often. If you have an issue they will tell you to call the number on google.... That number is useless as I haven't had anyone answer that number for 3 weeks. You can't leave a message for them to call back. All in all I feel line Ardent Properties don't care about their tenants and would rather make a quick buck being shady and unprofessional with their billing and misc charges. There are many other properties in the area. I would try those first.

Thank you so much for your kind words and five stars! We appreciate you!
I’m a current resident here and I have to say that the way Ardent Communties especially the property manager handles complaints is abysmal. Dasha the property manager, will give noncommittal answers and have you doing the runaround. Ardent Communities refuse to institute a no smoking policy on the property grounds so if your apartment smells cigarettes/drugs tough luck call the non emergency police line, which is absurd. You shouldn’t have to call the police to have have basic decency issues resolved. It completely defeats the purpose of having management onsite. There is ongoing construction 6 days a week here and be prepared to be woken up early to sound of hammers and drilling. The trash is constantly overflowing due to a inadequate compactor and resident negligence.
