Dixie Valley is a suburb just 15 miles south of Salt Lake City and less than five miles from the heart of West Jordan. Although small, Dixie Valley has a lot to offer. It conveniently borders South Valley Regional Airport to the west and Highway 154 to the east, making travel accessible. Residents enjoy exploring the Utah Lake Distribution Canal Trail, running through Skyview Basin Park, and visiting the shops and restaurants scattered around town. This place is the worst. I was suppose to move on a certain date and was delayed by 10 days and was told the day off. Key in hand. Van rented friends ready to help. I had to sleep in my car because they could careless. You would think waiting extra time would give me the perfect apartment. The water heater didn't work for a week. In winter! For the price point you'd think it would. Water was leaking from the sink. They put the washer on the wrong side. And never sealed the top of it so it would move. Washer broke 3 times. Every time they would say it's a new washer. How could a washer that's new break every time. I'm not running a laundry service. I'm just washing clothes like a normal person. They like to give fees all the time. Literally for anything. Trash looks werid fine. Left it out to early or too late fine. Left your broom out fine. I leave a broom but people can leave there dogs our. Make it make sense. The land lord special is real. For a newly renovated place. It's like the put lipstick on a pig. Unlike a pig this not cute. Worst place ever!! They suck. Unprofessional and will not help you with your problems until they feel like it.

dog owners are picking up their dogs poop and also the apartments are quite and nice. Also they clean around the place pick up the garbage. the management is wonderful always knowing your name.

Since last manager left things have gone down hill. Things never get cleaned, garbage is everywhere and people are not afraid of leaving mess in the halls of buildings. New management doesn't care about anything and if you say something needs to be fixed or replaced it will never be done. High rent rates crappy service!

Management does nothing to enforce residents picking up their dogs waste. The dog park looks like an overused litter box. Management has stated that “they are looking into it.” They have said this for over a year. The community is quiet. The location is great.

If you want an apartment that charges you a fee for everything, makes you pay for most of others water, and are not transparent on the utility fees you are paying this is the place for you. I have lived here for 5 months and pay more for water/sewer/trash/and community area maintenance than I did in West Jordan for a 5 bedroom home. The utilities are based on how many bedrooms and people you have The more of these the more of the building's water/sewer that you pay. My bill this month is $201.75 for a 2 bedroom apartment (860 sq ft) with 2 people (one of which is my son that isn't home often since he is a teen and has a job and social life). This is ON TOP of the outrageous rent/parking/internet payment and my other utilities that I pay for (gas/electric). BE PREPARED to pay this kind of money on top of your rent if you live here. Also, the trash valet is horrible (you cannot opt out of it) and everyone's trash in the hall leaks and stinks. It's disgusting. There is also dog poop everywhere and the dog park is disgusting! Other than that the location is great to walk to Jordan Landing, but I am not sure that it is worth the price.

from day one they will squeeze every last dime out of you. the rent is way to high for the square footage. also, don't live here if you like working amenities. my toilets were broken most of the time and it took at least 3 cycles in the dryer for my clothes to actually dry. the parking is a nightmare. and you will probably never use the fitness room or the pool. stay away. ps the staff is really nice and maintenence were easy to work with.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. They’re nice at first until you give the admin fee. I went last Wednesday with my mom to rent 2 different apartments. One helped my mom one helped me. Both of them gave us a specific monthly rent with a specific time of move in. Upon paying the 299 and 40 for 3 people over 18, They decided to change the price multiple times.” They”wrote the price down in their own pamphlets 3 different times so at they end they raised the rent by $100. All of this in a matter of a day. After that they were completely rude and told us that they way of fixing the problem was to give up the apartment. My mom received her money back. But they refuse to give me my $299 back. All of this happened in a matter of a day. Horrible people. Specially the manager and her assistant. They didn’t try to find a solution they just plain and simple kicked us out for asking for clarification on the price.

I’ve been here for a year now, and It’s been a great place to live! The quality of service from the staff, and the quality of living is well worth the price. The office staff does a great job, and the grounds are well maintained. I don’t need to travel far for anything I need because of its great location as well.

I have lived here almost 4 years with my daughter and enjoyed it very much. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out. The location is quiet and we have a great view of the mountains from our balcony. The maintenance staff is great as well. Very prompt if there is an issue and always out early clearing the snow in the winter months.

The space is decent. The staff is willing to help, but are limited in numbers. Each apartment doesn't have the same appliances or counter tops. Really enjoyed living close to Bangerter and Jordan Landing. Wish that the apartment was cleaner when we moved in.

We have been here 4 1/2 years now and have seen many changes and efforts through management and maintenance of the property. The property has just been currently renovated and looks amazing. The property is conveniently located next to Jordan Landing shopping center. I really like it here and have always received outstanding service from management and maintenance on any issues that has arose. The apartment complex it self is amazing. The staff is super nice and helpful. They make sure that your requests are met. The neighbors can be a little routy at times but that's normal when living in an apartment. All in all it's a great place to live.

There are hidden fees everywhere and then they take away the dumpsters which makes throwing big things away easy. And they never even put it to a vote or said anything about it.

I've lived at Woodgate for awhile and i hate it. They charge you for stupid things and up your rent so you pay more. If you have a rodent or insect problem they wont fix it, they say they will but they wont. Wouldn't recommend living here.

I lived in Woodgate Apartments for about 9 months. I absolutely loved it! Honestly, I don't know why there are bad reviews at all. Super friendly management and best of all very calm place to live. I would recommend this place 100%.

I was living there for 6 month and i thought this place was going to good.People underneath me smoked even tho its smoke free, some people don't pick up after there pets. By the end of my lease I didn't get most of my deposit and charge me for every single thing to add close to my deposit. I know it wasn't in bad shape. Even clean it when I left. I guess they got to make money somehow. I recommend looking somewhere else.
While the Staff are wonderful and the Apartments are great for the price, my only complaint is the neighbors and the neighborhood climate. With one guy Hacking up his lungs all hours of the day or night outside our bedroom windows, and neighbors who slam doors without regard to their fellow neighbors, I hate it here. I even heard a Gunshot around midnight. I had my car broken in to as well. These are all outside of the control of the property management, but West Jordan is quickly becoming Kearns and West Valley City. If you keep in touch with the management and pay your rent, Woodgate is a good choice, just keep track of your stuff and treat neighbors nice. I work at a local News Station and I see the crime stats all over the state and because of that I am moving elsewhere for the safety of my family.
Honestly woodgate apartments is one of the best places to stay near Jordan landing. Everywhere you go there access to anything. That and the people that live here are very nice and kind to eachother.

Has 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom. Little balcony.maintenance takes forever to get too your apt. Its been a good place for me and my kids. There pool is good. Need more umbrellas tho. Friendly environment.pet friendly. Grass is really green. I like it!

The woodgate apartments at Jordan Landing are awesome apartments at a reasonable price. The management is awesome to work with and is willing to help you with whatever you need. They have an awesome pool as well as exercise facilities. Allow pets and even have put in a dog park for your dogs.
When moving from Tennessee to Utah, I did not have the opportunity to physically view my choices 1st hand. I asked the leasing agent to send me actual photos and they did. Our move in was stress free and they have been on top of every maintenance request immediately and have always done a great job. My ONLY negatives are my neighbors who like to disregard the No Smoking Policy at every turn. Some issues with noisy neighbors but again management is working on it.
