Property Ratings at Woodgate Farms
First apartment with my wife after we got married and moved to middle Tennessee. This place is everything we could have asked for. Affordable. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful. Have never had an issue with noise. Plenty of parking. Amazing internet with AT&T. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manor. Property manager is nice. Joe at the front desk has helped me numerous times with anything I needed. Don't read any of the super old reviews from over 4 years ago. This is a great place to live.

We're so glad to hear that you and your wife have found such a great fit for yourselves here at Woodgate Farms! We hope that you continue to enjoy all that the community has to offer and our team looks forward to assisting you at the next opportunity.
I would like take a moment to thank our new manager Kim. I met her as she was here only on her second day. Kim has bent over backwards to accommodate any of my needs. And let me just tell you sometimes I'm not very easy to get along with when I want something done. But regardless of any given situation at that moment, Kim has conducted herself in a very pleasant, professional, and personable manner. Today I would like to give a special thanks and 5 stars to Ronnie, Chris, and Skeeter. This maintenance team came over and replaced a bad water heater and did an excellent job. While they were in my home they conducted themselves very professionally and courteously. They completed their work in a timely manner and I'm very happy with outcome. My wife and I really like it here and things are looking up at Woodgate Farms. Thanks Randy and Donna.
We recently moved in, had a few things that needed attention. David, the property manager, has gone out of his way to rectify our concerns. We were very impressed with his display of customer service. And the maintenance crew are very kind and helpful. So far so good.
Read all fine print. BEWARE. They will take a deposit before the lease signing and will not refund it back if you change your mind. Take your time reading all contracts (especially applications with sly legal wording) and pay attention to reviews. I am blessed to be only losing a small deposit. Who knows what could've of happened if I signed an actual lease! Hopefully this review will help the next person.
We just renewed our lease for a second year. It was rough going at first, as they were phasing through some new staff and our apartment was not really move-in ready. But the new maintenance and office teams are great. They fix what needs fixing, and are prompt in response time. The grounds are humble but clean, as are the units. We are close to the road so we hear a lot of road noise and St. Andrews is a hub for emergency vehicles. Otherwise, convenient location and the cost is reasonable.
I moved in a couple months ago and I love it so far! Anyone who says the staff is rude must have an attitude problem of their own because they are the friendliest staff I've ever encountered! I've had to call maintenance a couple times for new light bulbs or other small repairs and they have fixed it that same day every time.
This complex is awful. They do not upkeep it. Basket ball hoop has been broke for over a year. The pool is closed 9 out of 12 months of the year. The office staff are horrible and rude. The have maintenance in the apartment multiple times a month. The hallways and stairs are disgusting. They changed the locks on the front door with short notice. Inconvenience you to go pick up the key when they are available and then they act like they are doing YOU a favor. Do not move here.

We are sorry to read your review. The staff of Woodgate Farms takes great pride in the appearance and service provided to our residents. We would be happy to discuss any issues with you personally - we certainly want you to be happy and proud to call Woodgate Farms home.
i live here and am waiting to move out. management sucks, rents are too high for this dilapidated place. management is very rude and obnoxious; they sound like they are doing you a favor. beware of occupants as the other review points out
The very first apartment I lived in had a multitude of problems, from the management staff to the residents. After my lease was up, I rushed to find a high-quality apartment and found Woodgate Farms Apartments. Living here has seriously been a breeze. I haven't had a single problem. The staff is incredibly nice, responsive, and flexible. This is the best apartment complex in Murfreesboro by far. Plus, you can't beat the price per square foot ratio — even in the one bedroom apartments!
While the apartment itself was pretty nice for Murfreesboro, I have a few issues that have left me bitter towards Woodgate: 1. Some people moved into my building who were clearly drug dealers (smell of pot wafting from the apartment, lots of "guests" in and out, loud arguments both in about out of the apartment, and one time a guy tried to break down their door because they "stole" from him. I reported this stuff twice, and all the management did was put notices on the door. The neighbors then went around the building and tried to intimidate all the other residents. Within four months, most people moved out of that building, and I feel legitimately bad for anyone who moved in. 2. The charges for the "move out inspection" were absurdly high. 3. The management can be polite but have no flexibility if you need an extension on rent. If you have financial issues, they can be downright condescending. This applies to all policies. These people live and die by the book. 4. Every year for three years the rent was raised $50. Every. Year.
We are in such a great location. We are convenient to grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, & all types restaurants. The apartment team are so great and friencly. They are always there to help. Maintenance is also great. They have work orders and have 24 hours to do , but most times it is done with 2 or 3 hours. We have a great pool and volley ball courts. Everything is well lite and very safe.
This is the place to call home. Been here for 3 years and I love it. Management is super friendly. The maintenance staff is very quick.
Woodgate Farms has a very friendly staff who makes it their purpose to know their tenants names and apartment numbers. Anytime we've gone to them over any concerns they've reacted immediately along with follow ups to ensure satisfaction. The swimming pool is beautiful and well kept, plus they have someone who checks at the gate to make sure that people who don't belong at the pool aren't there. The location itself is great, right down the street from Kroger, shopping centers, along with gas stations and very close to the interstate. The apartments themselves have the largest square footage for the best prices in town. Check them out!
We moved into Woodgate Farms Apartments October of 2013. We applied for the apartment while in California, drove straight across the country, pulled into their parking lot, walked in and signed our lease. The apartment has been the perfect little home ever since. We are on the 3rd floor, so we NEVER hear our neighbors, which is unheard of in apartment living. Our 2 bed/2 bath is extremely spacious, especially compared to our California apartments (which we dubbed "Cracker Jack Love Shacks")We a big living room and HUGE walk in closet in our master bedroom. It's all the space we need for our fast paced lives. The staff in the leasing office is wonderful. They are always there ready to answer any questions you have. I think we will stay here until we are ready to buy a house. And I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spacious apartment at an affordable price.
The apartment is nice and the size is great but the matience dept. is not the best. Takes them forever to fix a leak in the bathroom. Need to move to first floor for health reasons and office wants to charge us new deposits and a new move in fee.
We moved in back at the beginning of February and wished we had moved here sooner. Apartment is very modern and we love the 3rd floor with the high ceiling.
