Woodglen Apartments

Air-conditioning repeatedly stopped working and sometimes it would take them to three days depending on if it was a holiday weekend before anyone will come out.Heating unit repeatedly stopped working, and then January no less and took them more than two weeks to come out and see about it and they just kept replacing a fuse and told us not to change the temperature. Then the water company told us there was a leak and it was on the apartment side and they did nothing about it for over three months until the water bill was over $200.

I had to live with mice running between the floors for about 6 months with no compensation. I caught 2 mice and a rat. I had to fill all the holes myself around the pipes. To try to prevent them from getting in the apartment. I had to live with the sound of them running and gnawing. After months of complaining and sending videos of the sound they finally figured out they were coming from the neighbors unit. I had to deal with a pond out my back door because the gutters were falling off and didn’t have a down spout. I put my own downspout up to try to help. The storage into our back had mold/mildew in it and you couldn’t store anything on the ground unless it was water proof. After it rained the back patio would be caked with dirt. Bought a blower hoping I could just blow the dirt off, nope it was caked thick! Constantly picking up trash around because I didn’t want to live like a dirtbag but apparently not all the tenants felt like that. Spent over 3 hours cleaning before moving in, had to mop the floors 3 times to get all the dirt up. Kitchen was greasy and when pulling out the drawers found all kinds of goodies. When using the pool you had to clean it most days before you got in it, skimming and cleaning out trap for the filter.

They really take care of you here. All my concerns have been met with genuine respect and interest as well as problem solving. I would recommend.

Love the mgmt, and maintenance team! They are very kind, and always make me feel cared for. I'm enjoying being a resident here.

This place tops every other apartments in Carrollton. No other place will treat you the way they treat you over here. Always here to help you out with anything. This place is pet friendly and a great place for the children to play and run around. We also have access to our own private pool and park. Nothing but good vibes here.

We really like it here. It is quite, the handyman is awesome, and the property always looks nice which makes it feel like a place I am comfortable having my children play.

The apartments are spacious and pretty well maintained. The complex is surrounded by trees that make living here pretty relaxing. The pool area is nice and well maintained and gets lots of sun. It's pet friendly.

The apartment complex is well maintained and the units are spacious. They've made an effort to update them and the community is generally quiet. Definitely plan to stay for awhile.

Great place to live! Pet friendly. Office is super kind & on top of things. Pool and tennis courts are fun & clean! We love it here! Not even 10 min from the square.

We've lived here almost 2 years and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The grounds are well maintained and kept up weekly. Utilities are very reasonable. Pet friendly!

We enjoy living at woodglen. it's me ,my mom and dad and there's plenty of space.i really enjoy the pool and tennis court.i also swing on the playground some , don't have to be a kid to have fun.they remodeled the apartment's.its a nice quiet community.

It's a good place, quiet. The management is pretty on top of things. The maitenence guy, Gary, is absolutely amazing. He can fix anything, and does it really quick too.

Management is very helpful and kind. The property is great! The area is also peaceful and safe.

We love living at woodglen .they remodeled everything got rid of the old crappy carpet.they redid the outside with beautiful trees and flowers.we also love the pool, tennis court, and playground.the office and maintenance staff are the best!if you want a clean and quiet community come to woodglen townhomes.

The maintenance team is Fast and Nice, The neighborhood and/or neighborhood are Quiet and Nice and Friendly and you rarely ever have to worry about your safety or peace out here

I have lived here since Jan. 2022. The community is quiet, safe, and very family oriented. The staff is kind and always very responsive. Woodglen is a place that I love calling home!

I love this place. The landscaping and feel of the property are amazing. Wendy has done a great job managing it. Not only that, but the apartments are spacious and the price for them is actually less that I would expect for a community like this. I would recommend living here to anyone. I have had friends who have lived here too and they will all tell you the same.

The price is great for what you get. The town home is clean and updated and the landscaping is always maintained. Office management is super nice and very helpful. If i ever have a maintenance issue its usually fixed with a day or two. I would consider this a safe place to live.

I lived there for 3 years back from 2003 to 2006 and I absolutely loved it. Never had any maintenance issues that weren't promptly handled and everyone was always super nice to me. It was a great place for a young guy like me at the time and I enjoyed my stay there. At the time they offered free cable and I just thought that was the coolest thing. Anyway, i would highly reccomend these townhomes to anyone looking for 2 bedrooms and great amenities.

We just signed our second lease, and we are starting to feel as if it was a bad idea. Price is pretty high (and keeps increasing), especially for what is provided. When we originally signed the lease, we were told we would have all new (black) appliances. We moved in, they are all used and white. The dishwasher didn't even work and took over a month to get replaced. Requests to get the toilets fixed have been numerous (a constant issue) and take about a week to get checked out. Our shower was leaking (what I've been told is considered an "emergency"), it took a month to even get looked at. By that time we fixed it ourselves. Jeff is a superhero maintenance man, but it seems like hes the only person who can get a job done. Don't expect to be a top priority when you have an emergency. Cleaning the premises comes first, then they will get to looking at your broken AC unit in 90 degree weather. (I say this because it's currently 82 degrees in my apartment and it's a hot mess, but no big deal.) Other than that, I've never felt unsafe here. It's pretty quiet. We probably won't sign another lease and move elsewhere once ours is up. My only advice is to do a lot of research. Ask a LOT of questions and be sure to tour YOUR apartment before you sign the lease. If they say new appliances, fans etc.. make sure they are actually in your apartment before you are stuck.

I moved in less than a week ago from out of state and the staff has made the transition as smooth as possible by answering all of my questions. It's a quiet community. People are friendly and the townhouses are clean and safe. It is an older complex but they are continuously making improvements.

I just moved here over a week ago and I LOVE THIS PLACE already. It is very quiet. You can barely hear a pen drop. The neighbors are friendly. The property keeps the outside well kept and it has a great home feeling. This is a wonderful place for you and your family to move to. The move in process was very easy and the management team is easy to work with. I would recommend this place to any one especially if you are looking for a place for your children to be safe.

A quiet neighborhood, FINALLY! This complex is great and you pay for what you get. It's great. Its tucked away but close to all the good stuff. 5 minutes from the Square, 2 minutes from the brewery, etc. Worth it.

My boyfriend and I just moved into our new town home a few days ago and we are still getting used to what it's like living somewhere AWESOME where management is actually responsive to our needs! We come from a really bad Carrollton complex (Northridge!) and assumed that anywhere would be a step up. The first day we moved in to our clean and spacious Woodglen townhome, we noticed that our shower knob wasn't working. I notified management that day and they fixed it THAT DAY, along with a few other minor things. They are responsive and considerate of our time and desires. The whole process was a breeze and Tammy made sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. She understood that we had preferences regarding how our unit was remodeled (the whole complex is undergoing a lovely transformation), and she got us exactly what we wanted. It's like living in a new home! The grounds are clean. I've actually seen people pick up after their dogs. The neighborhood is really quiet and I feel safe there. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Love, Taylor and Zack!

you will regret moving in! the front office ladies are absolutely rude, not as caring as they make it seem, and inconsiderate. unless you’re ready to be talked down on and treated with no respect, skip moving into Woodglen. I cannot wait to end our lease.

Everything is so old and the only upgrade what is broken so if you get a run down apartment then you are stuck with it until you move !

This is a horrible place to live. Your not allowed to grill out. The office manager is very rude. She will fine you for anything she sees wrong. They do not keep up with maintenance work the rent price is going up. People speed through going 50 mph while kids are playing . I've seen more spiders and roaches crawling around then any bug ever ! Ants get everywhere. Our light switches where not working our air has froze up multipul times , our water Fossetts leak and are on backwards , our power is so high because of the old windows the floors squek horribly bad. This is one place I do not recommend living at period. When we first moved here I loved it and over time things keep breaking and more problems add up we have spent hundreds of dollars trying to keep this place up because they won't send maintenance out to fix things.

Great town home community. Apartments are very spacious! Ours has brand new kitchen/bathroom floors and new kitchen appliances. I love the covered back patio; great place to relax in the evenings. The pool is very nice and regularly cleaned/treated and there is plenty of seating for laying out. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. This place feels like home.

We are in love with woodglen!! It is such a great quaint little place to live. Although it's in a college town it is quiet and nicely secluded from the college students. It is very safe and a great community to live in. The managment is very helpful and awesome to work with. They have been extremely helpful to my roommate and I with anything we needed! It is a great location as well! Our apartment is great, it is very updated and clean, thankfully!! Great price for a great apartment! Couldn't ask for more.

We came to visit my sister and we all went to the pool. Apartments are well maintained and the pool was very clean. Very impressed.

This place is. Amazing an very kid friendly . i took the kids to the pool an mrs tammu came out an brought every child out there a popsicle even the adults. This place is very well kept up 1with. Clean quiet an again kid friendly which is a A plus for any parent . thank u again mrs tammy!

Love these apartments! They are town homes so no annoying neighbors above you making noise. Quiet, friendly complex! I love Tammy and Justin!

Very old apartments. They only upgrade what's broken,if they ever get time around to fix it. I've been there almost a year, and Im trying my best not to break my lease. Very outdated apartments.

I highly suggest wood glen apartments it has been a pleasure ever since we have been here. The management has been more than helpful, and proactive when it comes to the amenities and upgrades. This apartment is very spacious for the price and we love the large attic for extra storage. Ask for Tammy in the office she has been ready to meet any request for us and is dedicated to making this a great living experience.

My husband and I recently moved into these town homes, and are very pleased with them. There are many renovations happening that have really made a difference in these town homes, including our, flooring, appliances, front door, and paint. The management has been nothing but helpful with any of our needs; and the maintenance has been very prompt and polite. It is a quite area and we are excited for the new pool area. we are excited to have a nice place to begin our time here in Carrollton.

I would like to thank the staff at Woodglen Apartments for the tour ! The staff was very professional and courteous. The homes are spacious and well-appointed with an eat-in kitchen. I was very impressed with all of the extra storage and attic space. I've toured many apartments/houses in the area and I feel that Woodglen has the most to offer. The staff explained all of the benefits of living in this area and also told me all about the future projects. I will definitely move here.

I've just moved in this past week and love my new home! I'm very impressed with all of the new upgrades inside and out and the staff is terrific!

We moved here in May 2016. At first we hated it here because the management and staff were terrible. With a complete management "house cleaning", things have drastically changed. Things are actually getting done to the Townhomes, maintenance is being kept up with and the office staff is wonderful. They have done an AMAZING job transforming Woodglen Townhome Apartments. We have had no issues since the new management team has come in and changed everything, and we are so grateful for them coming in and fixing it up. They are accomplishing things we never thought we would see being done at these Townhomes. We are very excited to be renewing our lease in May!!
