The vibrant traditions and culture of the south come alive in Memphis, a robust and historic Mississippi riverfront community of over 600,000 neighbors. Memphis is legendary as an incubator for American musical titans, with landmarks like Sun Studios, the Stax Museum of American Soul Music, and Graceland serving as some of the city’s most popular attractions for visitors. The city’s musical tradition continues today, with a packed roster of live music representing every conceivable genre. Just as famous as the music is the food, with Memphis-style barbecue widely available and internationally recognized as a true American delicacy.
But beyond the neon of Beale Street, Memphis offers a delightful living experience steeped in southern charm and modern flair. The cost of living is quite affordable, with apartments, condos, and houses to fit any budget. The rental market is incredibly diverse, from urban efficiency apartments to stunning historic homes on sleepy suburban streets.

Property Ratings at Woodglen Village
First off I would like to say they did a horrible job getting this new manager in the office. She recently sent out a letter to every resident stating what we can and cannot do on the property. She treats the residents like they’re high schoolers. She’s never in the office so residents can pay rent on time and if she doesn’t submit your payment before the 6th then she charges you a late fee because of her mistakes. I highly do not recommend staying there.
My kids and I just moved out a 2BR to a 3BR at Woodglen Village due to me expecting a new baby I needed the space. The Resident Manager (Cynthia) was able to get that done with no problem. Since Ms Cynthia been over the property she have done a good job with the upgrades. She also reached out to me to see how I like the new unit, I thought that was so nice. So if you looking for a nice place to stay with friendly neighbors Woodglen would be good choice.
These Apartments are very nice, very quiet, very safe, and have a very good Resident Manager (Cynthia) who don't play when it comes to her residents and property she is one of the best Resident Manager I have encounter at Woodglen....How do I know all of this because, I have lived in these apartments (Woodglen) for 18 years and I've never had any problems, since living here at Woodglen...
I love this nice, clean, safe and kid friendly community. Ms.Cynthia in the office always ensures everyone is taking care of and knows all her residents by name bases. Communication is great and maintenance team is just as amazing.
They will not fix anything but still want rent. My air unit has been out for over two months. I have children including a new baby and nothing is being done. It is approaching cold weather an the unit still hasn’t been fixed. They will not return calls or fulfill any maintenance requests.
Lived in these apartments for over a year. The on-site manager harasses the tenants and is trying to hold our deposit. We did everything we were suppose to do and still they are trying to hold our deposit. I tried reaching out to the on-site manager's Supervisor, only to be hung up on and told that she had more to do other than speak to me about my deposit. I don't recommend anyone lives in these apartments. It's located across from a huge dump site and they are trying to expand. The neighbors are all related and its a strange place. RUN, don't walk.
