Love this community and my amazing neighbors . However the running of the community with outrageous rent increases and total lack of access to amenities ( that renting families pay for) is unacceptable. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are clean, the experience is very stressful and uncertain

Wish we had the previous cleaning company back. Otherwise I have no complaints. Also can you remind residents they cannot leave garbage out all weekend. The building smells and it might cause rodents.

Very nice place to live. We plan on staying here as long as we can. Apartment is well designed. The Clubhouse and amenities are keep in excellent condition and lovely place to use for entertainment, exercise, and relaxation. Nice grounds to walk or run outside. We enjoy living here.

I have been living at Woodgrove at Sterlington for a little over three months now. The apartment complex is clean and well taken care of. Management goes above and beyond to help with any concerns you might have. Maintenance is top shelf and always with a smile. The amenities offered include a pool, fitness center, game and theater room and a barbecue area. Parking areas are well lit. Comfortable living.

Dishonest
There is cigarette and Marijuana Smoke all over the property. You will frequently find dog poop and cigarette butts littered throughout the complex. Maintenance is nice but has suggested that you are better off fixing things yourself as they don't have access to many replacement parts. 4 BBQ grills and a tiny workout room for 300+ apartments is ridiculous. Management frequently restricts the use of amenities by leasing out the amenities to a select few

Nice but loud.
Nice complex. Moved into a brand new apartment in building 4. Was shocked at the road noise. You can hear every truck on the Thruway. Never mind Route 17 right next to the building. To think I was paying around $1200 a month less then they are charging now. That includes the two months free I got. Stayed for my 14 months and had to leave. The road noise was a deal breaker for me. Otherwise nice place. Ridiculous prices they are asking though. Certainly not worth it because of the road noise. My opinion.

Overall Woodgrove at Sterlington is a very pleasant community to live in. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is very on point and quick to contact you to schedule fixing issues submitted in the ticket system. The pool, gym, theater, and other clubhouse amenities are well maintained as well as the dog parks and bbq area. A cleaning team also cleans the entrance and hall areas of each building on a weekly basis. There were some areas which needed a bit of improvement such as dog waste, garbage pickup issues, and the clubhouse being reserved without prior notice. However it seems there have been some staffing changes and these issues are now being addressed.
