Comfortable and mostly quiet community. Management puts on fun events and friendly contests for neighbors . Maintenance team always gets things done quick and efficiently. Woodhaven is a great place to live.
Love the amenities and community!!! My Favorite area is the pool and the pups are in love with the dog area. Since we moved there hasn’t been any issues with our apartment!

So far so good. Everyone has been really nice and the amenities are good. I had a few maintenance issues but they seemed to be taken care of promptly.

Very quiet community. The maintenance team is always visibly working on site with repairs. The landscapers are present on a weekly basis keeping our curb appeal so very well maintained. The office staff are always so very friendly and extremely helpful.
I have barely moved in but we are. Just so happy to be here. We have a great view with ducks on the pond right out our back door. A short walk to the pool. The grounds are beautiful and well tended. It seems so calm and lovely. We are looking forward to our first community mixer tomorrow. It's great to be home at Woodhaven.
Washer hops around like crazy because of an internal imbalance. Dryer is backed up because the vent screen cannot be removed outside for cleaning, which is a fire hazard. Corrugated dryer tube is not to code and needs to be replaced with straight tube. Outlets not to code - grounding plugs should be on top for strain relief. Community recycle bins at compactor are overflowing. Compactor overloaded and not closing. Excellent front desk support and move in experience otherwise.

So far I enjoy the community, it’s quiet and calm. The amenities are nice and I like that there is a private community play ground for my daughter to enjoy.

Pretty good experience so far. Light issue with bugs but we have sprayed and it’s helped. There a cool little community events like the food truck recently.

Like the apartment complex, love seeing the rocket launches from the back yard. The only thing I hate about these apartments is that maintenance sucks. They don’t really try to fix anything, they always find a shortcut to say it’s fixed when in reality they make it worse or give a dumb reason. These apartment complex could be better if maintenance stepped up there game or get new maintenance with experience.

It’s extremely quiet which I love. People are friendly. Very clean and beautiful place to live. Pool area and grill are always clean. Great gym area. Stores very close by, walking distance. Any time I call for maintenance there there right away. Pest control always on point. I have no complaints from Woodhaven Apartments

It’s okay for a starter place. However, because the apartments are older there are bugs that the complex is unable to fully control. Bring your own bug spray, it seems to work better than pest control (who does not frequent or follow up the apartments).

Management has been great! Just other residents have made it a little frustrating to live here. No one picks up after their dogs and it constantly smells like weed.

Pretty good apartments and they do little events every few weeks that are free and fun. The apartment is not a bad price either for the size and maintenance is typically pretty quick to fix anything.

Very peaceful, nice unit/a bit older but well maintained Maintenance staff is awesome, leasing staff was easy to work with. Lots of shade, I don’t have small children but the playground gets lots of use. Bark park is great for the pups.

Need more space after living here for quite sometime it’s been nice. Staff is amazing and so is the maintenance. Not enough space at all and the neighbors are extremely noisy. The property is nice but outside of the property it’s run down.

The convenience of location is great. The added events monthly are interesting options to look forward to. The options to pay/submit rent are atrocious. You have to pay 45 to use a card, no in person available to accept payment, use a complete third party of checking account.

It’s been a very relaxing and quiet community. We love it. Having the pool and grill in the summer times makes it like living in paradise. It’s such a peaceful environment and perfect place for families.

It's nice living here quiet and feel safe we have lived here three and a half years a lot of new neighbors have come and gone but it's still a quiet safe area I have good neighbors

Quiet neighborhood, apartment was dirty at the move in date, administration willing to help. The facility have a playground that my kid enjoy so much, that is a plus
Decent community. Decent amenities. Overall Decent apartments. Multiple close gas stations for those who drive. Great for beginner families.

This is an amazing place to live and growing your kiddos, you have a lot stores near you and schools around are wonderful like Kennedy and Rockledge high. We highly recommend our condo for friends
