Property Ratings at Woodhill Apartments
I moved into a completely redone 2 bedroom apartment and could not be happier! The apartment is very affordable. I wanted to be in this area because of the school district! I am close to everything I need!
I moved in October and the apartment management at the time was no good all my stuff is now fixed in my apartment the management they have now is awesome
I have had enough bad interactions with management to last a few pages. Things in my apartment do not get fixed or replaced. I have had a hole in my counter since I moved in (2 years ago). Every 3 months they give you a 12 hours notice on pest control coming to spray your place - for this they request you move your furniture and empty your kitchen cabinets/counters (or $75 fee). Still have a broken dishwasher after a year of requests to fix it. Still have a broken back sliding door. Management ignores my requests and the price goes up for them to continue to do nothing. As soon as I can I am leaving here and I suggest nobody take my place.
Roaches and bad management. Repairs take months to be completed if at all. Apartments do not look like the photos at all. Was promised updated doors and cabinets but still haven't gotten those. OH and they aren't able to leave notices(which is in their) lease before maintenance walks into your apartment. Pay more elsewhere to get standard quality.
Was told we could pick up the keys on Friday that time was moved to Monday. On Monday I tried all day to reach them had to call emergency maintenance to get them to call me back and apartment was still not ready. Rented a U-Haul for 3 days and then had to pay for storage spent over $350. Needless to say we did not the apartment.
These apartments are located close to everything you could need. They are reasonably priced, low noise from neighbors, quiet residential neighborhood, monthly pest spray, maintenance team works hard and efficiently. Management is good, from the office staff to the landlord. We do not have to pay for heat or water, so electricity and internet are the only utilities(in our building, I believe it may be different depending on what building you're in). We have lived here for a year and are happy we moved in. We will soon move to a 2 bedroom as we work towards homeownership!
These apartments are located in a nice peaceful residential area. Emergency issues are handled fast and efficiently. I love it here!
The only plus to these apartments was the price for the area (Crescent Springs is a nice environment to live in). That being said, getting management to do anything is almost impossible. We lived in our unit for 5 years and saw someone in office roughly once every 2-3 months so reporting issues in person is hard. It took about 3 years for some moldy spots on the ceiling from a roof leak to be addressed, as well as our lack of a peep hole. Leaving isn't easy either. After giving our notice (again, with no one in person despite it being like 3pm on a weekday), it took about 3 weeks for me to get a list of what they expected to be done when we moved and 2 months of calling to receive our deposit back. The price might be appealing, but it's not worth it.
Roaches everywhere, pest control is useless, mold in all the bathrooms, pipes are outdated and leak. Kim is an absolute horror of a person which is why managers and maintenance don’t last. Takes forever to get something fixed if it gets fixed at all, we are still waiting for the wall around the a/c to be fixed since it has mold and water damage from it leaking. We reported the problem 2 months ago, this place has gotten worse since we moved in 4 years ago to the point where we can’t wait to leave at the first of the year. The halls are always remaking of weed also, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from here or cm management properties.
I have lived at wood hill apartment for the last three year and it is a great place to live and when you need something fixed they will get to it very quickly and it is close to a lot of things it is a quiet neighborhood to live here and a lot of closet space the neighbors are very kind I like living here because people are nice and helpful and you can raise children and we have a great place to live. my mom has been taken to the hospital by ambulance a couple of times and our neighbors ask me how she is doing.
Terrible place to live.My vent in my Bathroom started leaking my second day in the apartment.I have had them here to repair the issue at least 20 plus times, and the problem is still not fixed it still pours water from it. With all the leaking, black mold is another issue here.they refuse to fix these issues.I've contacted board of health;they say they can do nothing because it's a private residence. I also asked upon moving in here. "If these apartments were section 8?" They replied saying,"Nope we're not."which now I've come to find, they are section 8. I've had to miss work so much for various issues with the apartment, that I was fired from my job from having to be here for the issues so much.the apartment Managers are extremely rude every time they have to work on problems. I am planning on moving when my lease is up since they will not let me leave until then.I recommend no one rent from CBManagement. They are complete Slumlords.
