I took a tour of a two bedroom last week. The apartment was super cute! Rachael was quite helpful explaining the application and moving in process. I’m excited to apply for a apartment this summer!

Heed my warning, the apartment administration is terrible at keeping their word. My roommate and I have had door panels scratched up by previous pets, windows that wouldn’t open because they were broken, plumbing issues, cleaning issues (the cleaning crew they hire on are bad at cleaning anything, including the hallways and your apartment before you move in), we’ve also had raccoons living above us since we lived on the third floor and they were in the roof that in the end they said they couldn’t fix and couldn’t give a proper reason as to why (probably financial issues). My roommate and I should have seen this coming considering the apartment wasn’t even cleaned when we got there and I am not even an OCD freak. It looked what I would consider a trap house and the previous resident who lived there lived there for 7 years with a cat and painted the whole living room an ugly red, they didn’t paint over it, we had to ourselves. They don’t keep up the maintenance and you could wait days, weeks, months for anything to get done. At the end of our lease I was unknowingly hit with a collections bill they could “vaguely” inform me about while telling my roommate that they sent that out due to a light bulb missing that was never there, a broken window that was already broken and a dirty fridge(?) but then explains to us there’s nothing they can do on their side and that they have “lost” the move in sheet that goes over all the things that were already broken. They will lie to you and try to take your money, just be careful especially now during an epidemic they don’t care about livelihood and falsifies information just to get money from you. I wish you luck but I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

We are very sorry that you've had this experience in our community. We assure you that it was never our intention to deceive you, and we apologize for anything we may have done that made you feel that way. Though we don't feel that a public venue like this is an appropriate place to discuss the details of your account, if you would like to talk more we invite you to contact us privately at your convenience.
Michelle the manager is absolutely fantastic, the maintenance guys are ALWAYS on their game, Craig is awesome! The whole team works great together to always make sure everything is taken care of and take pride in what they do. They truly care about their residents. We're young and only have rented once somewhere else and this will be were we are staying until we buy a house. We have a 2 bd 3 bth townhouse with a garage and its bigger than some houses I've been in. No matter whats needed if they can help they will!

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to review our community! We absolutely love to get feedback from our residents. It is especially gratifying to see that you have had such outstanding experiences with our staff. If you think of anything we could do to make your time here even better, please don’t hesitate to let us know what it is!
The apartments could use some renovating, especially the hallways and stairs. Until just this past year, when you walked into the building half of the carpet was gone and you could see plywood. The big gashes in the walls from moved couches and dressers have never been painted over or filled in and look very trashy and ugly. At one point every parking lot lamp post was out but one. The parking lots are pretty bad with potholes everywhere. My sister popped her tire on one. I've had two different upstairs neighbors and both were very loud. There isn't much grass or an area for kids to play. The laundry room looks very unclean and not taken care of. Besides all that however the apartment is nice. The staff are friendly and they leave fliers about the apartment and upcoming events they plan like a community Pool parties or Christmas parties. The pool is nice, you can rent out the clubhouse for parties, and the buildings outside appearances are nice. I have a really pretty view facing the trees and it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Safe environment, pet friendly, and plenty of parking around my building.
Great location and price. Could use some renovating.
We just moved into our first apart.ent in a few years now finally settled down until we can get our own home. We love our apartment only that it is a little small even tho we are a family of 3 and can't have animals unless we pay a huge fee on top of monthly fees. And then there's not much of a yard for kids play they all play in the parking lot which is not safe since there is no speed bumps or child at play slow signs. Along with not enough parking for resadents when others are visiting. Other then that it's a great place to live.
