Woodhollow Apartments

Would not recommend for no longer than maybe 2 years max. The office staff is unpleasant with horrible attitudes . The management company always find a way to increase the price of rent and amenities some kind of way . Issues are never properly fixed , just maintained until the next issue happens. The fees associated with this property are horrible . They can not keep staff . This place is not the best but suitable for what you need to do . The area is nice the things around the property is nice but the property itself is poor .

1. For each later additional applicant $80, they will ask for additional administration fee that will cost $250. 2. They won't clear the problem completely. As I have detailed more than 50 problems. 3. Windows were made of single pane so, we suffered complete winter. The maintenance crew suggested to take care ourselves by adding insulation sheets, and increase more heater temperatures which costs you more bill and low humidity. This results in purchasing one more equipment. 4. Not tenant friendly 5. People in the community may steal you mails as now a days most of the mails are dropping off at mail box areas.

I searched for months to find an apartment that was within our budget, didn’t put us in a bad neighborhood, nor sacrifice on quality of living. Woodhollow apartments exceeded my expectations.… The ladies in the office were the best. Sydne, Brittney and Nicole were friendly and very helpful.

Woodhollow apartments are very affordable and comfortable.. last 2 years never faced any problems.. leasing office very supportive and helpful.

I live here at Woodhollow apartments and have always felt like a priority. Recently I had a maintenance issue and spoke with sydne. She helped me to resolve this in a timely manner. Thank you!

I went in for a tour today and was greeted by Brittney. She was friendly and welcoming. I went on a tour with Sydne and was very pleased with how everything went. She was super nice and answered all my questions! I definitely will be applying soon

Very rude staff , lot of hidden charges , poor maintenance . Read carefully all the documents before you sign the lease .

Was impressed by the look of the apartment featured on this website. Was instead led to a dingy, musty hallway and an apartment to match. No hardwood floors, nice appliances, or backsplash. He told me they had renovated ones but the only thing different was the cabinets. So I’m confused. Will not consider living here.

Very poor maintenance, arrogant staff, lots of hidden charges, apartments are very old and you will see lots of rats and cockroaches. I never recommend this apartment to any one. Staff is very rude and they don't care about tenants problems all they need is money. They keep change their rules to person to person.

The staff are terrible. I have brought clerical errors to their attention several times but they refused to fix them until it really hurt me financially. Additionally they will not fix things I was promised would be fixed upon move in. The grounds are unkempt. Their exterior light fixtures have broken but they will not clean up the glass.

I found this place looking for an apartment for work. The first I can say is that what i was shown is nothing what I actually got. The apartment was built in the 70s and most units show that. The floor is made from wood that creaks so bad that if you have anyone above you it’ll keep you up all night. The other thing is the apartment I was in stunk of curry. I had to clean it thoroughly just so I could breathe normally. Don’t count on the administration to help you with anything as they just didn’t care. I’d advise looking for some where else to live:

Management is rude and insensitive public needs even in times of disaster.. they only care about money. Structure is inhabitable with roach and rodent issues.

I like living in Woodhollow Apartments.....they keep the property up...and if you have a maintenance issue, they send someone right over to fix it.
