Property Ratings at Woodhollow Apartments
I moved here from out of state and all along the way the management was extremely helpful! Also, very friendly! The apartment is nice and bedrooms are very spacious. I think I am going to be very happy here!
We have lived here for about 3 years now. We have been very comfortable and have enjoyed living in a peaceful apartment community. Management is very friendly and helpful and always willing to be of service.

Thanks for making our day! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying your experience at Woodhollow.
I’ve lived here since 2018. Nice community. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a quick fashion. Management is super friendly.

Thank you for your five-star review. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
This place doesn’t even deserve a one star! I’m dealing with RODENTS currently and I never thought I would have to deal with this issue especially with the amount of money WE PAY!! Don’t move here!!! Parking is ridiculous also. You’ll have to share one parking spot with your spouse if you both have cars.
I am the type of person, who NEVER usually complains, but these apartments are BY FAR the WORST apartments that I have ever lived in. As others have mentioned over a YEAR ago, these apartments are still not clean and are infested with roaches, spiders, and ants. Was told when moving in, that I would have brand new carpet and that was definitely not the case. It smelled like cigarette smoke and had little random blackish brown spots throughout the whole apartment. I am sitting at my computer desk and literally had a roach fall onto me from the CEILING!!!! I feel like I am camping in my own living space with all of the bugs and not to mention how hot this place stays. Do not be deceived by what anyone tells you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Oh, and if something breaks, don't plan on it being fixed in a timely manner because the maintenance team either gets fired or quits once a month, only to be replaced by more people, who quit shortly after. I hate this place. If it weren't for the lease, I would have moved out of here the first chance that I got.
We have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience. Hardest working maintenance crew ever. When our hot water went out, they came the same evening after hours to work on it. Management has also really stepped up and is working to make the complex nicer every day. The office team is very responsive to all of your needs and is on top of their game when it comes to customer service. Nothing but great things to say about living here!
The office manager is rude and disrespectful I had to ask 3 times to get my ac unit fixed within a 2 week period and every time I would go to ask about it instead of saying "how can I help you" I was greeted with "what do you want" along with being told that any damages from the ac unit leaking I would have to pay for even though I had made several requests to have it fix also the complex has had issues with roaches non stop for the last year and only seen the exterminator on the property 3 times 10/10 I would highly recommend to pass on living there
First bad sign was the day I moved in the apartment was not clean... there was cigarette butts, beer caps, and dog food all over the floor! Not only did my dishwasher flood my entire apartment twice within the first 2 weeks of me living there, but none of the doors shut right so there was always cold air from outside coming in raising my electric bill trying to keep the house warm in the winter. Only one of the bathroom doors shut, but they didnt lock properly. Also in the lease it says rent is due the first but you have until the 3rd to pay it. If its not paid on the first they give you an eviction notice to "scare you into paying rent" I moved out and my roommate took over the lease and they failed to remove me stating they dont have to remove me due to it being illegal and I'm now stuck with over $500 in fees from a lease thats 2 years old that I didnt even know I had until I tried to sign a lease with another apartment and it came up on my credit. This place IS AWFUL!!! do not waste your money. I will never return here.

Unfortunately, there was no way to remove you from the lease and as stated per your lease contract all signing parties are responsible for payment. As for giving an eviction notice on the 1st, that never happens. I post all my 3 day notice to vacates on the 4th to any resident that has not paid rent. I am so sorry that your experience with Woodhollow was not what you would have liked it to be. We do care about our residents but there are some things that we cant change such as legal binding contracts. Thank you for your input, as we strive to provide the best customer service possible to our residents.
Apartments are spacious for the asking price of rent!! New Management are wonderful people and very hard working. Ms.Brandy and her staff are always on point with all questions and concerns. I've recommended to friends who also call this place home. Since living here I'm never uncomfortable with expressing my concerns about my apartment. Biggest plus to living here is neighbors are also nice and peaceful.
I have lived here for two years and it just keeps get worse. Management here does not care what problems you have and give you attitude when you ask them to do something. Maintenance is good but there is only one that actually does something. It is an old place that needs help and they don't want to fix it.

in the last year we have increased maintenance staff so that the "one" you are speaking of does not get burnt out. Management does care about every resident here at Woodhollow. I always encourage my residents to come in the office and let us know what is happening as if I am not told I can not fix or address the situation. I am sorry that your experience with Woodhollow was not what you had hoped. We strive for excellence here and we appreciate your input.
Woodhollow apartments is the place I have called home for only 3 months. The maintenance is on spot they will come in and fix any problems that are in need. The Woodhollow Apartment staff are very freindly and understanding in situations. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and very safe. I would recommend this place to any individual or couple that would like to have a nice safe home.
This apt was the worst I ever lived in & new mgmt does not care to fix issues such as roaches and old appliances/cabinets that smell awful. Thay fixed a roof that didn't need fixing before they even tried to address other issues. The parking situation is ridiculous! Good luck finding a parking spot!

I believe this post was published during a time that we were switching pest control companies because the efforts of the previous one did nothing to resolve pest situations and previous management did not have the apartments maintained with monthly pest control. Im glad to say that the issue has been resolved. As for parking, I have also implemented parking permits assigned to all residents and assigned areas where guest are allowed to park. You must have lived in the 2 or 3 building and yes that space was limited. I am sorry that your experience here was not what you wanted. Thank you for your input as we are always striving to provide the best customer service to all of our residents.
I looked at the one and two bedroom at this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments were very small. Too small for me, and the 2 bedroom that I looked at, the bathroom looked like it needed some repairs and the tile looked moldy.
