The location is beautiful and I am very happy living at Woodlake. The outdoor maintenance isn't wonderful...when I moved in the balcony and area outside my front door were very dirty and filled with debris, and the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a couple of years. (I live upstairs and am unable to clean them myself). Otherwise, I have been very happy living here so far. And Cameron in the office has been wonderful!

We had conversation with the manager, Samantha and it’s was in long weekend. She said that they drop the price because of holiday and if we submit the application before the holiday, we would get excatly price she told us. And she wrote down the price for sure. When we start the application, we found the price on web was different and we had nowhere to ask because of the long weekend. I sent her a email about the price and all other question before I submit the application, of course, she didn’t reply immediately! After the application got approved, she said sorry the price is the price on web everything is done online. You can’t got the discount!! And we cannot get $330 for application back!!! The other guy call himself as manager Ignored the truth and just covered for her. Shame on you! Liars!

With prices constantly rising everywhere it's hard to recommend to friends since they'd be priced out and can't afford it. But with the bad traffic along that road outside Woodlake that leads to the other complexes, this is a good location.

More free parking. Too many covered parking spaces not being used that could be utilized by residents. Security is also a concern, my car has been broken into twice and with another attempt made on my actual apartment at 3:00 am. Black mold growing in the windows as well as the ceilings is also a frequent issue.

It's a bit pricey for the class of tenants/neighbors. I constantly had to put up with barking dogs from neighbors. (I did have one neighbor tell me that my dog would bark occasionally when I wasn't there but I had corrected it and followed up with the neighbor she said she never heard from my dog again)
