Well maintained, great location
Primo location in Woodlake neighborhood. Easy commute with no traffic to downtown/midtown and located in low-crime, high end neighborhood that has private security and restaurants and recreation within walking distance.

woodlake apartments 135 Baxter Ave. Sacramento
My friend lived there until he was overrun by bed bugs from the next door apartment. Place needs new management. Manager Shirley responded to his complaints by evicting him. Lots of noise and smoking by manager's on site extended family but rules are only enforced on non family members. Beware. Avoid.
