Don't bother.

No stars. Management/Owner is non-existent. They know the apartments are infested with bedbugs & cockroaches but won't tell you before you move in. You get to do find out all by yourself when you're eaten alive every night. Good luck trying to find help after that. You will be told "if you don't like it, you can leave " which is the catchphrase so commenly used by the owners.
