Woodlakes has great management and they are wonderful with communication. The application process is clear and straight to the point and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed. Annette is not going to put you in an apartment that she wouldn’t stay in her self so when I moved in it looked new and renovated. Definitely worth it considering the affordable price!

The Lady In the Office is Very Sweet But she has Given me the Run around On Today! I went there at 10 am the Maintenance guy said she would not be back til 10:30. I went back at 3:30 because I had something else to do and the Door Was Locked again. The Same Maintenance Mad Called and told her to tell me To Come Back Monday. I was there to Do the Application Process.

Don’t apply these apartments in the inside very old they have bugs in plumbing problems the lady in the office very nice but these apartments is most definitely a no the bathroom is very old fashion I hate it all I promise it be roaches all in the laundromat don’t let these good reviews fool you that’s all I’m say I been here for months I’m most definitely running soon.

First, let me talk about Ms. Annette, the property manager I her love she very nice I never met someone like her I didn’t have any faith in moving anymore because I couldn’t find anything that was nice in with good reviews but I ran across these apartments in the reviews in they were very nice the moment I called these apartments Ms.Annette was so nice she didn’t give me a hard time or anything she seem like a mother too me I say this because I’m only 19 she had very much faith in me .my moving process was going bad now it going good because of her if you looking. For a nice apartment I recommend these if you never ran across anyone that was so nice to you then now it time I love you Ms.Annette in I thank you for having faith in me ....

The move-in and being a resident here has been nothing less than AWESOME!! Ms. Annette is a very well rounded property manager. She makes Woodlake feel home she is very detailed and always I mean always put the tenants needs 1st. No pest issue, no maintenance issue so far Woodlake have been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! If Ms.Annette has not done your lease I promise you will regret it!!

First, let me talk about Ms. Annette, the property manager, she was amazing during the whole process. It’s like she really cares about you and her tenants. She made the whole journey smooth and easy. You can tell she cares about the property. Second, my apartment is beautiful. The price is perfect and a great area for people who are about their business in life. Lastly, I couldn’t have ask for a better place to live then Woodlake apartments.

First I have to thank God because without him none of this would’ve happened. I thank my parents and grandparents because we’ve came along way! I’ve been in my home for a week and three days a very big thanks to Ms. Annette this lady is a MVP she on top of everything and she makes sure everything is done properly up to her liking straight down to the residence liking! She will NOT I repeat will NOT put you in just anything she won’t live in so trust and believe her when she’s tells you that! She’s the Best. So come on down and get into your new home it’s safe, quiet, comfortable and very affordable and you won’t be let down! Thanks Ms. Annette ??

I have been staying at the apartments since 1/31/20 which was my move on date Ms. Annette was off because she was sick. She still came in and did what she had to do so that I could move my things in. I’m loving my new place it is very peaceful and quite. Ms. Annette is very nice and respectful. So glad I made the right choice.

I would to thank Mrs. Annette she is on when it comes to pleasing her people. I am blessed beyond measures with the help of her. I love my apartment and I highly recommend the Woodlake apartments.

Moved down south from Pennsylvania almost a year ago, and I've lived at Woodlake since moving to Memphis in August. The very comfortable apartments plus the welcoming people around have made the move to Woodlake one of the best decisions I've made. The fitness center is great, the scenery is well-kept, and the responses to maintenance requests are timely. This is a very quiet and clean apartment I highly recommend!

I've been here a little over 6 months and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with my choice of residency! I love the office staff especially Ms.Annette. She's always polite and precise on making sure her residents are comfortable. I have little to no maintenance issues but when I do, my issues are resolved immediately. There is a lot of older, hard-working people in the community so the apartments are always clean and quiet. I love the pool and fitness area and the laundry facility as well. If anybody is looking to move somewhere comfortable and quiet then I would definitely recommend these apartments! I may never leave lol

In a short time my stay here has been really pleasant. I am pleased with maintenance, fitness facility, safety and overall great office running these apartments.

I've been in Woodlake Apartments since November of 2016. Since I've resided here the neighbors are nice and respectful. The maintenance is on point Ms. Annette is on top of everything and all requests are attended to the day of. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. It's very quiet also and not to mention the new gym equipment we've received. I'd give these apartments a 9 out of 10. I would definitely renew my lease.
