Quirky, artistic, and never boring, Fremont is one of Seattle's most-loved neighborhoods. Residents call it the "Center of the Known Universe" and if you are looking for apartments in Fremont, it may quickly become the center of your universe. This colorful, trendy, bohemian neighborhood is about four miles north of Downtown Seattle.

Great place to live
Totally disagree with the other review - these are great apartments in a perfect location near to the park. The landlords are friendly, have never changed the lease outside of annual renewals, and maintenance is always done promptly. Three happy years living here!

Horrible experience! Don’t rent here!
I had the worst renting experience renting here. The landlords would change the lease agreements at will. When you would try to talk to them they would become very argumentative. The building is old, the other tenants are rude. I couldn’t wait to be out of here! There are other properties in the area that are well maintained and have reasonable landlords. This is managed by a couple that has no clue what they are doing running an apartment building. You are better off going anywhere else!
