I just moved in December 6th and my experience has been good thus far. I love my apartment and the location. When I needed maintenance done they came quickly and I received a courtesy call when the job was done.

The apartment itself is very roomy and nice for a renovated apartment. I also appreciate having a carport but there is nothing special that makes this complex stand out. The communication here could definitely be better from maintenance coming to complete requests to complex wide changes/updates. When we moved in June we were told the outdoor pool and the other gym would be open in a few weeks. It is now December and the pool wasn't open all summer and the other gym is still not available for use. Also, getting in touch with the leasing office over the phone/email isn't the best either. It is iffy if/when they will respond. Overall, average place to live. It's not the best but could bd worse.

I wish renters who pay hard earned money to live here would be able to get their maintenance requests and concerns taken more seriously. I spent too many months begging for my dryer and window to be fixed and more money was spent needlessly trying to fix it instead of immediately replacing the dryer as we all knew it needed to be. Shouldn’t take 6 months to fix an issue. 6 months we complained about our windows as well, even longer, and no one cared. More money gets spent trying to put bandaids on these maintenance issues.. majority of the maintenance crew that is currently employed and has been employed for sometime. Have zero knowledge on how to fix things. It is extremely frustrating that we are expected to follow rules and contracts , but we are here begging for solutions to issues.

Maintenance has been more professional and quicker since the change of management in September 2023. Wish they didn't increase rent a lot every time.

Easy application process and great space for the money. They are pet friendly and have good amenities for residents to use including 2 gyms, 2 pools, and a club house.
Apartment smells horrendous like someone smoked in it before us. Not very clean when we moved in and was unfinished with painting. Not up to date
Both toilets stopped working with different issues. Had to go four day using bucket to flush. Work order was not listed as high priority. Car was towed to paint parking lines. No notice given to residents. After calling police and panic it was found in front of another building. Thanks to having on star. No apology given. I was home nobody came and knocked on my door. Carports closed off for painting again No notice. I am handicap and can't use mine it's too far away. So got lucky as my car wasn't towed again.

Loving the community. The accessibility to different stores and locations has been great aswell. Walking around it has the family presence around with kids and people walking their dogs.
Great overall experience. Management cares and the layout of the apartment is great. Ants may be an issue; might have to test out their pest control. Maintenance is prompt, although things could be better.

Community is super nice! Apartment is fine as well too. Maintenance is super responsive as well! My apartment is outdated but not in bad condition. The updated and renovated units are much nicer and worth the price!

Really great space! The only downside is the shared laundry costs $5 per load and the upgrade to in-unit is sky high. Can't complain about their amenities or their flexibility with move-in.

Currently not able to live in the apartment due to bed bugs and now rodents. They have no sense of urgency to help and now I am paying for a hotel. All my things are new, clean, and extremely well taken care of. This is clearly a pest issue with the complex and we are very frustrated with our experience and their lack of responsiveness to help.

I’ve had a disappointing experience living at 4037 Woodland Creek Dr. The management provides poor service, and maintenance issues are either ignored or take far too long to be addressed. Despite several complaints, problems like lingering odors and broken fixtures persist. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for responsive management or a well-maintained living environment.

There's construction everywhere and it took 3 weeks for maintenance to fix my problems. Pool says it's heated but it's actually super cold. There are bugs all the time even though I'm paying for pest control every month.

The amenities are so nice. Had some issues getting ahold of anyone in the office/slow communication. Otherwise love living here. Had trouble finding an apartment that accepts larger dogs that is still nice, and this one meets those wants. Two dog parks, two nicely kept pools. Great community feel to living here.

Almost since moving in I've had issues with my apartment or getting to my apartment. Several of my appliances didn't work and it took multiple calls before they were fixed. In 1 case it resulted in my apartment being flooded after it was "fixed". I'm supposed to have an ADA accommodating apartment, but the bathroom is the only place with any rails for stability and even those are not placed correctly. The bathtub is not suitable either. It's not big enough for a tub chair & I can hardly get in & out because it's too high to step over. Also, my zero entrance back door became unusable from about a month due to the sidewalk being broken from heavy machinery and then totally blocked off without notice, leaving the only entrance one with stairs, which is very difficult for me. I'm paying a lot of money to rent here and right now I don't feel I'm getting what I'm paying for.

Rent is too expensive here for what amenities you get. Things constantly break, and sometimes maintenance takes a while to fix it. The leasing office asks for redundant information, that is already available, which can get really annoying. They need to look on the portal before asking for all this info!

The newest management company is seriously lacking. The outdoor pool has yet to be opened but they bought all this new furniture for it. The leasing office staff rarely answers the phone or returns an email. Extremely disappointed

Close to everything and people are pleasant. We did have a few maintenance things we needed within the first month of being here however it hasn’t made for an awful experience

Not the best experience at all. I never can get through to anyone and when I walk in there they all just be talking to each other laughing while the phones ring. I have to constantly call about my rent payments because they never add them to my account then they always trying to charge me a late fee. It’s roaches in my apartment which I didn’t know this before moving in my bathroom sink is still not working after I made a work order. To be honest the only thing I like is the workout building and the pools but if you work 9to5 you will never experience it cause it’s closed. So yeah that’s my experience

Office is great and maintenance is also great. Literally everything that we had issues with has been solved. Maintenance is always handled within two days of the report and The office personnel is very responsive and very polite.

It was great move in process everyone was so sweet. The application process was super easy as well. I got approved the very next day. I had to change my move in date 3 times and they did it for me without any issues

Very first night I spent the night here my car was broken into and almost stolen, 14 other cars were broken into, we need security cameras or a security guard at night, both renew refuses to provide

Things don’t get fixed in a timely matter and the pool hasn’t been opened outside all year. The garden also was moved and never set up. The gym isn’t open in the evenings also. When will that change?
