It’s pretty good here. It’s not noisy at all. Very peaceful.. when you call for them to fix things they come then or the next time available .

Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming! Very clean and well kept grounds. Super quiet considering how close we are to town! Enjoy being here!

Great location, lovely apartment layouts, and good amenities. Our across the hall neighbors smell strongly of marijuana and some big dogs nearby aren’t well controlled, but other than those things we enjoy where we are!

Woodland Crossing has been a wonderful place of residency and I’ve thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Being close to the grocery stores, small businesses, historical sites, shopping districts, and many other locations that are only mere minutes away is phenomenal.

We have enjoyed our time at woodland crossing. The staff is friendly and tries to resolve any issues in a timely manner. The location is great being close to town and just a few minutes from down town.

My experience here so far has been really great. The staff is very good and respond in a timely manner. The fitness center works for me because I'm not looking into working out all the time but to maintain myself. The laundry room is nice and easy to utilize. Me and the kids are waiting for summertime so we will be able to enjoy the pool. I think that is what my youngest is mainly looking forward to. We enjoy walking around the complex and love the ponds in the area because my kids get to see some of the birds and turtles that live in the area.

We’ve been here for 2 years and the apartments aren’t bad. The noise from the neighbors is bad. They come home really late bringing random people with them are are yelling in the hallways.

I love where I live! Move in was easy! The apartments are nice and quiet. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the dumpster being overfilled for over 2 weeks

Great living here!!!!!!! Very Professional love the staff and maintenance. Anything you need done they are there to help. My apartment is very homey and I'm very comfy.

I am doing well. I have nothing to complain about. I was not here during the snow storm but my son said everything was okay. It was different for him because he is from California and there is never snow in the city only in the mountains.

Love the community, the apartment, and the amenities. The only things I cannot figure out is how to unprogram my thermostat from the last people who lived in my apartment. I will put in a maintenance request to fix that as I have tried on my own and am unable to figure it out.

The staff here are very professional. When I have a need they are able to work as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. When I walk into the office they are very pleasant and professional.

The community here has exceeded my expectations as everyone is respectful of each other as well as the staff being very communicative with everyone.

So far, my family's experience has been wonderful! The staff in the office have been so helpful with any questions or concerns we have. The apartment buildings are quiet and peaceful.

We have enjoyed our time at woodland crossing. The amenities are nice and the community is quiet. We love the location and proximity to town.

I enjoy the quite community. I suggest having the stairrail cleaned as well as the walkway areas of the apartment buildings. There are lots of spiders in the walkways.

The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome! They respond quickly and are always professional. When you have a maintenance issue, they leave a work order showing they were there, including time and what was completed.

Apartment is very spacious and the staff is super friendly. All the amenities including the gym, pickleball court, laundry room, and dog park are top notch!

I love it the apt I have is nice and homey Ms Sue is perfect manger like fr and the maintenance guys are pretty solid and respond very quickly

Maintenance and front office are always super quick with anything we need. Super helpful and friendly, also accommodating to schedules. We love it!

Quiet little community, nice amenities, dog friendly and close to anything you may want to do whether it's shopping live music downtown and even close to the aquatic center for them hot summer days

I have enjoyed my time living here. It is a great location, close to everything. There have been many efforts made to improve communication with tenants.

Apartments are nice size and layout. Great location. Noise level is not ideal. We enjoy the amenities that have been freshly redone, and the staff is friendly.

Staff has been wonderful whenever I need help with anything. The actual apartment is very nice and well kept. I feel right at home here and I am glad that I chose Woodland Crossing.

A majority of the people that i have interacted with are nice people very polite. It’s a friendly pet community. Everyone is respectful of each others space and from time to time you can get a helping hand from one of the neighbors. So on a scale from 1 to 10 I can give Woodland a 10. It’s one of the best neighborhoods and your close to almost everything

We're been here 6 years. Experience overall is good. Varied somewhat, but on upwards path now. We are pleased. We expect to be here for a while. The location is great.

I love my new apartment at Woodland Crossing. I have told others how great this complex is as well. I had a smooth move in and Marissa has been very helpful.

Woodland is a very quiet complex. Other than outdated appliances in the kitchen and bath, it’s very nice. Friendly staff and efficient maintenance team.

It's nice and quiet here. The staff is responsive. The pool is lovely and well maintained. I like the gym, but would love it if the elliptical weren't facing the wall.

We are enjoying the special events each month like the taco night and pumpkin painting. Things look nice with the power washing and tree trimming. We are looking forward to trying out the pickle ball courts.

Looking forward to the next year here, if that tells you anything. As always, I have nothing but good to say about my home and community. Great job by all

My residence experience has been mostly positive. It's a great location. Management is responsive to my needs. Communication with residents is good.

Nice and welcoming. Each time I’ve called with an issue they have been polite and helpful. The windows give a warmth that myself and the cats enjoy.

I really like this place. It is very quiet, even though the doggy's bark. That is better than a lot of loud music or people. Lots of activities that Woodland Crossing offers, even if I am not able to make it. I will take the time to try one day.

We love the staff and the location! We enjoy walking around facilities and we’re looking forward to using the pickle ball courts. Great place to rent and the only downside is the price.

Other than some issues with appliances that require maintenance, everything has been wonderful with hosts being very nice. With me being new, I feel very comfortable here!

We started moving in on Thursday, already ran into a couple of our neighbors and their pets. Great experience, as everyone has been warm and welcoming.

There have been ups and downs as there would be with any place, but overall we have had a good experience and our needs have been met! These apartments are in a great location, too.

We really enjoy the location of our apartment and then team that serves is fantastic! It gets a bit loud at times with people above us, but overall a good experience.

Woodland crossing has never let me down. Any problems we’ve had in the past, they helped solve within a couple days! My only problem recently is the amount of spiders and spider webs all around. For the past month we’ve had to dodge giant spider webs with multiple spiders in them several times trying to enter our apartment. I totally understand that it’s because of the time of year but some kind of pest control, exterminating or cleaning would be appreciated! Other than that I love this area, community and apartment!

Since moving in they have hired a completely new crew, Sue is awesome and very helpful, as well as the maintenance team. They are all doing the best they can with the changes and upkeep.

Always love having access to a nice gym and large pool. Only issue is the breezeways get dirty often but I don’t mind taking 10 minutes to do mine every month or so.

Staff is efficient and friendly. You are close to anything you may want or need. Always plenty of parking. Quiet atmosphere. Nice pool! Perfect for our situation at this point.

I like that it is quiet around here. Neighbors are very kind and that it's place is doggy friendly. The community offers swimming exercise room, I have not been but since just got here I have to arrange my schedule to fit those things to do. Great.

Have been very satisfied with our stay here. Our resident neighbors are very quiet, especially at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is nice and always very clean and enjoyable. And the apartment complex is located in close proximity to many stores and restaurants and to the downtown waterfront.
