Woodland Crossing Apartment Homes

Love the community, the apartment, and the amenities. The only things I cannot figure out is how to unprogram my thermostat from the last people who lived in my apartment. I will put in a maintenance request to fix that as I have tried on my own and am unable to figure it out.

The staff here are very professional. When I have a need they are able to work as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. When I walk into the office they are very pleasant and professional.

The community here has exceeded my expectations as everyone is respectful of each other as well as the staff being very communicative with everyone.

So far, my family's experience has been wonderful! The staff in the office have been so helpful with any questions or concerns we have. The apartment buildings are quiet and peaceful.

We have enjoyed our time at woodland crossing. The amenities are nice and the community is quiet. We love the location and proximity to town.

I enjoy the quite community. I suggest having the stairrail cleaned as well as the walkway areas of the apartment buildings. There are lots of spiders in the walkways.

The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome! They respond quickly and are always professional. When you have a maintenance issue, they leave a work order showing they were there, including time and what was completed.

Apartment is very spacious and the staff is super friendly. All the amenities including the gym, pickleball court, laundry room, and dog park are top notch!

I love it the apt I have is nice and homey Ms Sue is perfect manger like fr and the maintenance guys are pretty solid and respond very quickly

Maintenance and front office are always super quick with anything we need. Super helpful and friendly, also accommodating to schedules. We love it!

Quiet little community, nice amenities, dog friendly and close to anything you may want to do whether it's shopping live music downtown and even close to the aquatic center for them hot summer days

I have enjoyed my time living here. It is a great location, close to everything. There have been many efforts made to improve communication with tenants.

Absolutely love living here, the staff is amazing, and the cleanliness of the pool is top notch! Friendly neighbors, great community activities.

Apartments are nice size and layout. Great location. Noise level is not ideal. We enjoy the amenities that have been freshly redone, and the staff is friendly.

Staff has been wonderful whenever I need help with anything. The actual apartment is very nice and well kept. I feel right at home here and I am glad that I chose Woodland Crossing.

A majority of the people that i have interacted with are nice people very polite. It’s a friendly pet community. Everyone is respectful of each others space and from time to time you can get a helping hand from one of the neighbors. So on a scale from 1 to 10 I can give Woodland a 10. It’s one of the best neighborhoods and your close to almost everything

We're been here 6 years. Experience overall is good. Varied somewhat, but on upwards path now. We are pleased. We expect to be here for a while. The location is great.

I love my new apartment at Woodland Crossing. I have told others how great this complex is as well. I had a smooth move in and Marissa has been very helpful.

We just moved in and loving it so far! Everyone we’ve met passing by seems so nice and we cannot wait to meet more of our neighbors! Believe we are going to love it here.

Woodland is a very quiet complex. Other than outdated appliances in the kitchen and bath, it’s very nice. Friendly staff and efficient maintenance team.

It's nice and quiet here. The staff is responsive. The pool is lovely and well maintained. I like the gym, but would love it if the elliptical weren't facing the wall.

We are enjoying the special events each month like the taco night and pumpkin painting. Things look nice with the power washing and tree trimming. We are looking forward to trying out the pickle ball courts.

Looking forward to the next year here, if that tells you anything. As always, I have nothing but good to say about my home and community. Great job by all

My residence experience has been mostly positive. It's a great location. Management is responsive to my needs. Communication with residents is good.

Woodland Crossing has been a wonderful place of residency and I’ve thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Being close to the grocery store, small businesses, historical sites, etc. are only mere minutes away.

Nice and welcoming. Each time I’ve called with an issue they have been polite and helpful. The windows give a warmth that myself and the cats enjoy.

I really like this place. It is very quiet, even though the doggy's bark. That is better than a lot of loud music or people. Lots of activities that Woodland Crossing offers, even if I am not able to make it. I will take the time to try one day.

We love the staff and the location! We enjoy walking around facilities and we’re looking forward to using the pickle ball courts. Great place to rent and the only downside is the price.

Other than some issues with appliances that require maintenance, everything has been wonderful with hosts being very nice. With me being new, I feel very comfortable here!

We started moving in on Thursday, already ran into a couple of our neighbors and their pets. Great experience, as everyone has been warm and welcoming.

There have been ups and downs as there would be with any place, but overall we have had a good experience and our needs have been met! These apartments are in a great location, too.

We really enjoy the location of our apartment and then team that serves is fantastic! It gets a bit loud at times with people above us, but overall a good experience.

Woodland crossing has never let me down. Any problems we’ve had in the past, they helped solve within a couple days! My only problem recently is the amount of spiders and spider webs all around. For the past month we’ve had to dodge giant spider webs with multiple spiders in them several times trying to enter our apartment. I totally understand that it’s because of the time of year but some kind of pest control, exterminating or cleaning would be appreciated! Other than that I love this area, community and apartment!

Since moving in they have hired a completely new crew, Sue is awesome and very helpful, as well as the maintenance team. They are all doing the best they can with the changes and upkeep.

Always love having access to a nice gym and large pool. Only issue is the breezeways get dirty often but I don’t mind taking 10 minutes to do mine every month or so.

Staff is efficient and friendly. You are close to anything you may want or need. Always plenty of parking. Quiet atmosphere. Nice pool! Perfect for our situation at this point.

I like that it is quiet around here. Neighbors are very kind and that it's place is doggy friendly. The community offers swimming exercise room, I have not been but since just got here I have to arrange my schedule to fit those things to do. Great.

Have been very satisfied with our stay here. Our resident neighbors are very quiet, especially at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is nice and always very clean and enjoyable. And the apartment complex is located in close proximity to many stores and restaurants and to the downtown waterfront.

When you go in the office everyone is always so welcoming and personable. Maintenance is also quick to resolve any issues that may come about.

Overall, the exeperience has been good. Maintenance requests have been addressed much more quickly, and the landscaping looks great. Noice has been a bit high though.

This place is in a great location. Management seems to be making continuous improvements. If I could change anything, it would be to update appliances.

A very wonderful place it’s so quiet it’s a nice place to live everyone is so friendly. There’s also a nice relaxing pool, a tennis court and a place to wash your car now what places you know where they have a spot for you to clean and wash your car is awesome

The process start from finish was smooth. The staff are all hands and ready to help with all needs. Any maintenance request was taken care of the same day or next. Very comfortable, wholesome location that’s right next to everything. Very convenient and highly recommended.

These apartments are some of the nicest I’ve ever lived in. They offer fun amenities like a pool, playground and dog park. It touches the aquatic center and is very accommodating to any pets and children that live here. The staff is excellent, especially sue in the front office.

Honestly, they’re very informative and honest about everything dealing with the apartment. Any concerns we’ve had were immediately acknowledged. So far, I’m so glad we chose woodland crossing!

Unfortunately we will be leaving soon for medical reasons, but I really did love it here. It feels like home, and everyone is friendly.. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to live.

The staff at woodland crossing has been very helpful with my moving process from out of state! I made an amazing choice to join this community
