Property Ratings at Woodland Estates
We just moved out of our home for the last three years. I’m very sad to be leaving. The staff is so friendly and quick to resolve any issues. If you’re looking for a family friendly residence this is the place. We moved in when I was Pregnant with our first daughter and maintenance especially always made us feel at home and welcomed. By name Marvin, Luis and T were always so great even with my very nosey 3 year old. I very Highly recommend choosing woodland Estates as your next home.
Jayne in the office is super sweet and helpful. The grounds/maintenance crew is very kind. Quiet. They even put in a new vanity for us.
I have lived here for seven years and absolutely love it. They have always addressed any issues we have had, maintenance staff are fabulous, polite, and always efficient. Jayne in the office is wonderful. I've seen negative reviews about Woodland, though I'm not sure why. We have had a good relationship with everyone here so that might make the difference. The only reason we'd consider leaving is for an out of state move.

The property might look fine from first glance but it's a horror living here. The office staff does not care about your issues. The walls are paper thin and if your neighbors smoke, the smell does come through the vents. You will always fight your neighbors for parking spots since their guests always take up the resident parking spots. And remember, don't bother complaining because the office will always say they "can not control what other residents do!"

Our beautiful townhomes are still considered apartment living, but they do provide a private entrance. Some of the concerns you have listed can be fixed, so I encourage you to call the community manager so we can help find a resolution to your problem. The good news is that additional parking spots will be installed in 2021-2022!! I appreciate your feedback and will address your concerns, as we care about our residents and want to make sure they are happy while calling Woodland Estates their home.
