The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

It's nice, an old building with lots of spiders, but nice

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the spiders in our older building. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Management sucks on response time and problem solving. Maintenance people are awesome tho.
Goldmark, I think, is a corporation who demands a great deal of its tenants and promised much but follows through with nothing. The personnel who maintain the building and grounds are for the most part non-existent. Locks are vandalized and not repaired. Sidewalks are ice covered. Laundry room a shambles and dirty. Prices of laundry facilities keeps rising. Rent keeps rising. One would expect with rising prices there would be compensatory improvements. Not happening. Goldmark demands high prices but keeps a shoddy, dirty, sometimes in disrepair building. Human excrement in the hallway in front of my door was perhaps the ultimate insult.
Application process was very easy, and the staff is very helpful with knowledge about the building, amenities, community, and very accessible if you need assistance. My unit was very clean at time of move in (which makes moving in a breeze) and the building itself is clean. My experience has been great so far here at Woodland!
Easy application process and very nice management! Great apartment for such a nice price!
I love Woodland! Goldmark has been amazing to rent from! I definitely tell people to go to River north when they are looking for apartments. Nothing but professionalism when working with them!
I used to live in this building on the second floor. The room is very spacious and don't feel very out of dated especially for its building age..this is not the best price point for this kind of old building though. The biggest concern here is theft. My neighbor used to stole my clothes and wore it pass by me. I have at least packages stolen when USPS just dropped in front of my door. I have seen lot of lost item/ theft sign posted on the entrance door. Essentially it's the people environment make this an insecure place. I would not recommend you to live here if safety is your biggest concern.
