No parking, homeless people steal your things off your balcony I live on 2nd floor , they sleep on the stairs etc the management does not care they just want they money . Things in the apartment is cheaply bought
Have to park pass 3 different apartment complex to find parking so I can avoid getting a ticket or getting my card towed. The decal are pointless, over half the cars in the parking lot don’t have decals
management here a joke there’s no way that each an every day there’s no parking they’d never want to help all they want to do is ask for money for something new everyday, homeles people walking through the complex kids throwing balls and at cars! And the worst part of it all it’s we wake up to either our cars towed or a ticket as if we aren’t residents I worked up this morning a Miami Dade police gave me ticket in my car at least over 20 cars has one and we all have decals and the ones that do not just park in our. Parking spots and management of course is going to do nothing I call to speak to corporate and corporate just as rude they really don’t care the lady has an attitude like she’s tired of us calling and complaining but if they fixed the problem it wouldn’t be an issue
This place is a joke cars park wherever due to not enough parking. Manger dont give a crap about the place. Homeless people come over to sleep and ect. People leave trash near the trashcan because they to lazy to put it in the trash can.
This place allows the homeless to wonder around on the property, break into peoples cars/homes. Also allows the homeless to dumpster dive and leave the property trashy. There is not enough parking to home ratio. The vehicles that don't find parking at night get towed, no matter if you are a resident or not. There is always police in the complex. This apartment complex is not safe. I do not recommend!
Like me, you may be thinking this place is too good to be true. You would be correct. The apartments are spacious, affordable, and new. Something that is rare in Miami. What you don't see is how bad the management is. I live in a 3 bedroom and upon moving in with my friends, we were promised 3 parking spaces. After we moved in we found out that the parking lot was "under construction" so we had to park along the street. First off, there is no construction. Secondly, they said they would give us parking decals so we would not get towed. This is not true. We lived here for 6 weeks before we got parking decals and when we finally got them we were told we only get 2 parking spots. However there is never any parking when we get home from work so we still get towed, even with the parking decals. We have not had a full night's sleep since we have moved in, partly because we are up all night trying to make sure our cars didn't get towed, and partly because we have a neighbor who performs witchcraft early in the morning. Me and the neighbors have complained about the screaming coming from that apartment but management says they cannot interfere with the tenant's religion. Asking for a little noise control at 3am and a place to park seems like very reasonable requests but management is not up to the task. I am 2 months into my lease and already looking for a new place to live.
I am handicapable and need handicap parking, but because there is not enough parking for even half of the residents, people are always illegally parking in the handicap spots. I complained to management about this and they said I should use the parking that is 3 streets away! Then one day when I FINALLY got to use the handicap spot, I came out to a tow truck about to take my car away. I asked why they were about to tow this car since I have a handicap license plate. They said because my tire was on the line. They refuse to tow people illegally parked in the spot but when someone who actually needs that space uses it, they try to tow me! It's bad enough that most of us have no where to park at our own home but management calls the tow trucks on us too! It's no secret that they are making money off of the towing company. Many of us have complained to management about a mountain of issues but they have always been rude and unhelpful. This is the worst place I have ever lived.
