Woodlands landings has been by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. Their management is always on top of everything as well as their maintenance guys. Anytime I have a problem, it literally gets fixed within less of an hour. They just updated q our apartment with brand new granite countertops. It’s worth the pay! I highly recommend this place.

Woodland landings are the best apartments ever . The community is so nice and we feel so happy here . The office stay are very helpful and always help in every way they can , the apartments are very spacious and nice looking and really make us feel at home , I would not want to be anywhere els !

Shameful have cars towed on weekends when no where else to park

The residents that paid and reserved that spot. have the right to call and have a car removed. You were aware that the space was a reserved spot when you parked and was subject to being towed. Now under new management and these owners are just squeezing every penny possible out of the tenants, yet not making improvements that matter. The gate has been broken over a month, yet they are re-striping the parking lot so that they can charge us for reserved parking spots. Also, most of the apartments do not look like the model. The kitchen is dark. There is carpet, not hardwood. The lighting throughout the apartment is dark and hard to read by. They got rid of the large lawn crew that finished in 3 hours and replaced it with a cheaper, very small crew that literally takes the entire day to finish. They charge about an extra $100 every month in addition to your rent and water, for random fees. Do yourself a favor and move elsewhere.

Yes, I agree the lighting in the apartments are very dark, since you did not list you name, or apartment number i cannot know if you moved in the new or previous management company. The leasing managers (Lily & Brittney) are absolutely outstanding. They gave very detailed information on everything I was nervous, curious or unsure about which left me with a complete sense of comfort and peace. Both managers live in these very apartments so they offered a lot of knowledge and personal experience. In speaking with both Lily & Brittney via phone, email and in person, I was beyond grateful for their friendliness and big hearts for making me feel cared for and well taken cared of. Thank you both so very much!
LOVE living at Landmark of Magnolia. The staff is completely awesome. My apartment is really big and the grounds are always quiet and clean. I highly recommend this complex.
Rude and unprofessional staff, paying for a gated complex with broken gates, when someone moves out they do a quick clean and move the next people in. Apartments in general suck but don’t come over pay here just to get a crappy apartment.
My experience living here so far has been great! I moved here during a difficult time in my life and the office staff really helped to make my move as easy as possible. I didn't exactly have the best experience at my last apartment complex so I wanted to make a point to share my experience with Landmark. The complex has a neighborhood type feel and everyone I have met so far has been friendly. I was hesitant to downsize to a one bedroom but the size of the apartment has made it a lot easier then I had anticipated. Overall things are going great and I am happy with my decision to move here.
I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been quick to complete maintenance requests for me. The apartments are larger than I have seen elsewhere. The price point is fair for what you receive. I would recommend these apartments for anyone looking for more space for the money. Moving is pretty easy thanks to the wide doors and hallways.
I have not lived in an apartment since my 20's. I moved from NC to Texas in December and rented my apartment at The Landmark of Magnolia the end of April 2015. I have a 2BR/2BA very spacious and open concept that I love. The managers have addressed my check off list and are there quickly to fix any problems that arise, like my ice maker for example. It's a great place to live and nearby any type place you would seek such as food, doctors, shopping,grocery, etc.
As only few apartment complexes this comany worries for the size more than everything; there are no small apartment in this complex, so you can have a decent live. The placement of the apartments is perfect, right in the edge of the woodlands, but away from the crowded city. Is good to mention that the gym has everything, so I don't need to pay extra. Near to my job and near to The Woodlands. it is just perfect for me!
We moved in July 2013 and have not had any problems with management or maintenance. Everyone has been accommodating. We've had our air conditioning go out twice and they came to fix it the next day. Earlier in the year, they had contests to win discounted rent (scavenger hunt, BINGO, dance contests). They also have events every so often that the residents can enjoy (Pizza by the pool, holiday events, movie night). I have no complaints about the complex and have also gotten to know my neighbors pretty well. Most people that live here are pretty friendly. There are a few CONS to the apartment complex small gym no play area for kids no business/computer station We accepted the lack of amenities because of the decently priced rent. Overall we have enjoyed living here and have recently signed our 3rd lease agreement.
I am new to Texas and to apartment living so I was very nervous about this new adventure. The staff at Landmark of Magnolia explained everything so well, also informed me they don't have a very strict stick to the rules in every case policy, more lenient and relaxed so you don't have to live on the edge worried about breaking a rule by error. They also have worked on my check in list professionally and although apartment living is no where close to a single resident living they are trying hard to make it comfortable for everyone. We are located in the middle of anything you could possibly need for service or purchase, very convenient yet close to the country scene. Tammy D. Magnolia TX
These apartments were built way too fast and have horrible craftsmanship. I was the first to rent my unit and when I moved in I had a whole list of things that were broken or not looking right. Not even one thing came to be looked at in the year I have been there. The countertop is close to falling off, all my outlets are crooked, cracks in my 1 piece trailer trash looking bathtub, and mortor that the contruction crew just dumped onto my balcony and left it there. Now comes the neighbors. I am in a second floor unit and the person above me has been so over the top obnoxious that I have made courtessy officer calls at 2,3, even 4 O'clock in the morning because it sounds like hes throwing bowling balls on the floor. I still have not been told whether he had been asked to quiet down, because aparently he does not care and neither does the management company. All the appliances are horrible, my oven/ stove combo always has to be set 25 degrees higher than what is recommended , and these are suppose to be "new". So from my personal experience as a renter at Landmark of Magnolia, I would not waste your money on these overpriced pieces of junk. You've been forwarned!
