Love the grounds-ponds and the way the property is taken care of. My apartment is spacious, near a pond with a lovely view. People are friendly and the community is great for walking around. Maintenance takes care of things quickly and the office staff are always frioendly and welcoming.

I like that we are getting a confirmation but could you include the details of the order. that's the way it use to be. then you could keep up with your own repairs. Maintenance is great. Security cameras have been installed which gives me a great deal of comfort and it is extremely quiet here. In the 40 years of apartment living Woodland Meadows is by far my best best apartment experience.

I have lived at Woodland Meadows for 4 1/2 years. For the most part, I am very happy. The maintenance people could not be better. They are quick, efficient and friendly. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We have two ponds that I enjoy as well. My only two complaints are that the rent increases every year and that they do not have buildings dedicated to smoking and non-smoking. As a person with allergies, I wish they would make this distinction.

Thank you so much for being such a long resident 4 1/2 years that is so great. We do have rent increases, but the positive aspect is we are committed to continuing the improvements on the property. Woodland Meadows is really peaceful and quiet. There’s great amenities such as a pool, locker rooms with showers, a small gym, and a tennis court. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Woodland Meadows is an excellent place to live. I enjoy the amenities and the beautification on the green space. The summer water features and ponds. The exercise gym and resort style pool. The best part is the maintenance staff and front office staff they're a joy to work with.

I love where I live. Woodland meadows is a great place to raise a family. The schools are great and provide bus services for children to school and back home. There is a sense of community I have met great neighbors through the years who are like family now! I’m glad I found this place to live!

Nice environment, but you need to be aware of what you are signing for. Website images do not align with apartment plans. Also be advised that there are missing appliances in some apartments vs others. It’s a great spot to get started, but just know what you are getting into before signing the lease.

Woodland Meadows is an absolutely beautiful place to live, with it's beautiful ponds with its water fountains, or sparkling swimming pool.the landscape is immaculate, it also has a newly remodeled fitness center and tenants lounge complete with a enormous flat screen tv with central air and a counter and a complete view of the swimming pool, or how a game of tennis. These homes has central air and heat, brand new appliances and carpet. It's a right place to live?? Sincerely Mr Hogan
