Property Ratings at Woodland Park
I’m currently having hardships due to being a single mom and was behind in my rent, with a Notice to Move Out on my hands but Cindy took the time and help me apply for the Texas Rent Relief which I didn’t thought it was real, but guess what? I was approved for 3 months worth of rent. I cannot express how grateful I am to have such a caring manager that actually wants to provide a stable roof to all her tenants. Property does have issues since it’s old but believe me the Staff is the best!
I just moved here and needed to get out of my old apartment ASAP. Candice was very helpful in making sure I was able to lease an apartment here. My front porch is HUGE and I even have a second porch which is pretty nifty. I love the hard wood floors and both of my bathrooms have brand new appliances??. Maintenance man also came to fix one of my stove burners within a day. I would recommend this place.
Me and my Family are very excited about the new property management here at Round Rock townhomes for many years had many problems and complaints with previous management and their maintenance men not completing maintenance request in a timely manner, very excited Woodlands Parks management is able to keep they word and leading by example actions always speak louder than words very happy whit Woodland Parks
Just moved in unit has Large rooms and closets , Great location and 2 City Parks for family and children ,Very Pet friendly....Great New Dog Park across the street Very peaceful at night . Thank you Cyndia and Candace you made the process very easy ....
I have been living her for 5+ years and really like the apartments. Our Maintenance staff are great and quick to repair any issues, the office staff are very nice and take great care of us. I would recommend this complex. The location is convenient and well maintained. No plans to move.
Moved in to these apartments because it was a good space for a great price for the area, and all started out well! The management staff were helpful and worked with me as i wasn't able to move in on the day they wanted me too. Several months later after a storm blew trash on my back porch they went to my porch and took pictures of the trash...from my porch. Told me they would charge me a fine it wasn't removed. A whole horde of Dogs poop near my door and they force me to pick it up instead of the dogs owners , and they are now forcing me to to get rid of my patio furniture because it bulky... they didn't pay for it, they should have no say. The apartments are constantly under construction, they faucets in my shower have had a constant drip for months that they "Fixed" but it still drips, and they frequently take long lunches so that the residents can never get in to speak with the management.
My family and I have been living here for about 2 months now and we absolute love it! The two young ladies at the front office are absolutely amazing! They made the process so easy! They will help with any of your needs! The apartments are spacious and very well taken care of! We love our home thank you Cindy and Candace!
When we first saw the property we met Cindy who helped every step of the way!!Cindy and Candace both were very welcoming the entire time and made us feel like it was a priority to get us into the property! The apartments are big and spacious, great for the kids or even pets! The complex in general was very nice and clean and the playground is great for my son!We haven’t had any issue since we’ve moved in and the only time we did maintenance was there first thing in the morning the next day!Everybody there is so nice I’d definitely recommend this apartment complex for you!!
Just moved here from Florida and this is my 1st apartment here. It is incredible due to the amazing staff. Candace is very caring and very attentive to our needs. The property is beautiful and very spacious. The laundry room is very well kept. The maintenance staff are very quick to fixing any issues. 100% satisfaction.
I wasn’t really sure about this property at the beginning but as soon a I walked in I felt the good vibes and those girl at the office are amazing! I was expecting a small apartment but they are huge! I’m in love with my home
Candance was very helpful in getting the apartment we needed. She was patient and informative. Thank you for all your help.
My family and I loved the service we received from the staff. Great place to live and very convenient area. The size of the apartment is perfect! Also the amount of money spent is well worth it. I would definitely recommend these apartments to other family & friends !!
The office staff truly care about the residents and the complex. I came from Lewisville area and didn't have high expectations. I have received more caring and attentive treatment here than any other complex I have lived in, they may not have all the bells and whistles of other complexes but they definitely make up for it with other amenities (good neighbors, decorations in your apartment, welcoming atmosphere, wood floors throughout the entire apartment, and awesome pool) and big hearts. I have been here for two months now and the one issue I had was immediately addressed without question. The size of the apartments and closets are unmatched and especially with the prices, they really can't be beat. They aren't the newest on the outsides but the amenities on the inside really make it a home.
I recently moved to Woodland Park. The office staff were so nice and helpful! They made the process very simple and really made me feel welcomed to my new home! They even went above and beyond and helped decorate my bathroom out of their own pockets. I feel very blessed. The apartments are very affordable and updated and spacious. I recommend checking it out if you’re in the market. Thanks “office staff” from Alex!
I've been living here long enough to tell you that there have been great changes in the last months. New faces at the office! They are so nice and it seems they love what they do for living. Always willing to help and serve you in their best way. Of course I'll renew my lease
Love the new staff at the office. They are so nice and always answer my questions and explain me in detail my balance even if I call them more than one time because I got confused. They treat you with respect and always have a smile on their faces.
The staff is surly and ill tempered. They seem to hate their jobs and they hate the residents even more. The manager would rather have residents pay fines than tailor basic services to their actual needs, and does seem to derive a good deal of enjoyment from blaming residents for things outside their control. Several times in the process, staff threatened me and my roommates with desolving our lease if we ever showed any frustration or displeasure. The hidden fines and fees add up quickly, and never seem to end. Hidden trash collection fees despite not having trash collection, hidden extermination fees, anything to make a quick buck. Parking is crowded, and insufficient for the size of the complex, and parking on the street is illegal. Worst of all is the plumbing. After a few weeks of plumbing issues, our manager told us point blank that the pipes couldn't handle flushing toilet paper. I have NEVER had this issue, anywhere I've ever lived and it is disgusting. Can't wait to upgrade to something classier, like a cardboard box under an overpass.
There is no laundry service or door to door trash pickup. That was cancelled a good 3 years ago. The apartments are okay. The prices are really good and you get an ample amount of space but I could definitely do without some of the people that live nearby. Maintenance is really good about coming in a timely manner should you have an emergency but the apartment office leaves for lunch and doesn't come back for like 2-3 hours! It would be fine if they took a lunch break and had 1 person working the office but nope!
Property Manager at Woodland Park, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry for the inconvenience, around that time we only had one employee working and a part time employee we have two employees now full time who can help you! If at any moment someone is not in the office you can call the office and leave a voicemail with your name, number, and what it is you are calling in regards to. Thank you for choosing Woodland Park as your home. :)
My apartment is huge. And it's nice rooms sizes. The rooms all have there own walk in closets and the apt also has two bathrooms. The reason I love my apt the most is my closet is huge like I love it so much. The thing I dislike least is my kitchen is its so old fashion and a lot of discoloration. But I also have fake wood floors. Lol I still love my apt tho and the neighbors kids love my daughter and her school is only like 5 min away some times I even walk there when I'm trying to be on my so called diet. But yes I love my apt and would love to have help on my rent. I'm starting a program for massage therapy and u can finish in 7 months if I go to the day program but I'm not able because I have to have a job to pay my rent. Well thank for reading my response.
