They do pretty good job listening to our concerns and the girls at the office they are really nice thank you, maintenance guys are becoming more efficient that's something that I appreciate.

Some people are noisy and parking for visitors is difficult to find. But overall it’s a good location to live. People mainly keep to themselves.

12/02/2024: I have been living at Woodland Park for only 9 months, I have already been a victim of a $2,300 theft inside the building, whose access is supposed to be controlled. This does not feel like a safe place to live. What is more, the management office was not helpful when I communicated the theft to them. 12/03/2024: I got robbed again today, as someone took two packages of $205.67 between 10:52 am and 1:54 pm.

What can I say? Leaving here is okay I mean it's just a what I want to make it out of it but do I have a good or bad outcome I would say I will never be renting from here again... I wish the management was more of being professional and more of a more of the human being not what to have a Snappy attitude or roll their eyes when being requested certain things to do or even have a proper documentation for approve of doing the inspections or whatever the case may be and make sure everybody think that being requested is the is the rental that you entitled to it will be no complications but unfortunately it's not my case but anyways so yeah hopefully one day it will get better for somebody else's future all I can do is just my experience and happy holidays everybody

It has been good for the past year. Our community is small and so far management has been responsive and supportive. If the city can work along with management to do something about parking on the city, that would be amazing. Not only to keep the street cleaner but to make the neighborhood look better!

I have been living there for almost a month. Really like the unit that I live in, the community is quiet , nice and I like that there's local Mexican market near by in the city of East palo alto and Menlo park , there's Plaza and local stores which I like, I like that EPA is in between redwood city amd Palo Alto to checkout and hangout in downtown . Different scenery plus shoreline in mountain view and Marsh trail that connect all the way to Cooling landing trails and south .

I have called the office numerous times trying to talk to a manager about my rent and I have not received the call as of yet and I've been calling since the first part of October. I'm not sure why I haven't been able to talk to a manager but it's really frustrating and the only reason I haven't went into the office is because I work in South San Francisco and about time I get back there the office is closed.

Neighbors are loud and there are roaches in the apartments. Rents are raised without update to the properties. The washer and dryers are always breaking.

Not what I expected. Trash everywhere, kids yelling, screaming and banging on my door! Bicycles are everywhere along with trash and clothes hanging off the sides of the railings in the court yard.

What can I say?? The place it's the home u make comfortable u need... Well I would say my neighbors are very quiet and no drama.. everything peaceful... Some other weird neighbors are like to get me get out character but I'm not falling for it.... I can't complain to much negative about it cuz there is no way I can get it better.

Overall good. Neighbors tend to be pretty loud and not respect quiet time super well. Commute to job is easy and I feel safe in the community.

I give it a 4 out of 5 Even thought they have availability- their communication and lack of urgency is cause for concern for tenants and their basic needs for living in their units. A lot of space and freshly remodeled but outside is not updated

Property management does not enforce rules concerning noise, loud parties etc and is unresponsive to requests for emergency and routine maintenance, leaving residents to bear large out of pocket costs.

The street I live on is full of beautiful mature trees and very pleasant to walk day or night. Feeling very safe is important being a single women living alone I have no worries. I have a pet companion that his safety is also important and I have no worries.

Since moved in 5 years ago I have maintenance issue that takes months to solve, I have to keep calling . When they do turn up some of them don’t clean up after themselves I have 15% good experiences with this apartment complex 85% bad experiences, I remember being in the cold house with small children.no one turned up with a heater or came to fix my issues even thou I called for it to be solve before the winter season

Very poor management. Never available at the beginning of the month. If charged with damage no itemized bill of work performed given. Poor communication. You can and should do better!

I would not recommend anyone to leave here unless it is close to your job or your child’s school. That is the only option of living in this community. Maintenance is a joke trying to get to speak to a manager or someone in charge is a joke I will not recommend I have so many bad experiences. I’ve lived here.
