Woodland Reserve Apartments

I’m very happy with my decision to move here!! Every resident I’ve met has been very nice and the staff here is great. I very much enjoy the the monthly community events and look forward to many more.

Happy here, prompt response from maintenance when we make a request for a fixing. They are very friendly and helpful. As a senior, it would be nice to have a seniors only building. Of course not the whole complex. Thanks for all you do!

I enjoy the timely response from staff with maintenance issues. I love the weekly cleaning service that comes and maintains hallways and entrances. The new package room has helped cut down with delivery issues. And I enjoy how the office sends out monthly newsletters and has activities in the clubhouse to meet Neighbors.

We have lived here for 7 years. Love the location and size of our apartment. I’m giving 4 stars because the buildings are not secure. Maintenance is quick with repairs. Management is helpful with noisy neighbors.

Love living here I like the amenities and events they hold. Also the Maitinence is really well kept up. Just wish we had a dog park so our dog could run around freely

The staff is great and the maintenance gets everything done asap! I love living here at Woodland Reserve! If they added a park or a game room that would make it perfect!

Everything has been great! We have lived since Mid-November. Everyone in the office and the maintenance team does a great job. They are super friendly and very helpful when I have questions. I will definitely recommend Woodland Reserve to people looking to move!

Been here a week and loving living here so far. Nice and quiet. Cannot wait to use more of the amenities that are available. Love being on first floor. The apartment is nice and spacious and like having a green space off the patio.

The staff at Woodland Reserve are always helpful and responsive to my needs. The keep the buildings and grounds in excellent condition. It is a wonderful place to call home.

I like that the staff encourage community fun activities. I really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors, they are great people. Overall, the people in my building are nice.

I have really enjoyed living here so far! The leasing agents are great and very helpful and the units are great sized and clean. The washer and dryer is a huge plus!

I am very pleased with the efforts to keep public areas like hallways ect clean and inviting even when people coming and going make it difficult. The staff is always kind and helpful and when I have needed assistance they were there as needed.

Living here has gone pretty smooth, if something’s broke it gets fixed fairly quick. They have nice community events on a regular basis. For the price it is to live here it is well worth it

We have had nothing but good things go on for us at Woodland Reserve. We have had some issues with minor things like people not picking up after their dogs and people not getting their trash where it belongs, but the property management handles things within a timely manner and replacement of items in the unit are done quickly.

Staff and maintence team are amazing. They're always promt with replies and showing up when needed. Apartment itself is very nice and well maintained for new residents. Minor issues with neighbors which is not on the apartment complex itself, but does affect the living environment. Included wifi, but can have issues with connectivity during peak usage hours.

Friendly staff, great amenities, and a good location. Aspen gym has great amenities as well with 24/7 access and unlimited tanning for only 20 extra dollars a month.

I've had a great experience living at Woodland Reserve, any problem I've had has been solved fairly easily by the friendly staff. I do wish the parking lot was better.

If you want a great place to live with a great staff and safe area to raise your family, then Woodland Reserve is the place to be. The staff has been amazing to my family and I for the past 6 years since we moved here in 2018. Definitely a place to consider when finding a wonderful home in Ankeny.

Woodland Reserve has a friendly staff, nice neighbors, and the apartments are spacious. I enjoy being close to the edge of town where it's quiet while still living near amenities.

I've lived in a couple other apartment complexes and not a one was as great as this one! The front office people are fantastic! The maintenance staff are so great! They fix any problems that might be going on faster then any other place I've lived! I totally tell people that they should live here if their lookin for a place!!!

nice environment to live and peaceful pet friendly . coffee available at all time which is good and also having a theme for each and every month is good

I love Woodland Reserve. The pool was great and my family loved using it all summer. We love all the activities they put on for us residents and family all summer. It’s become home and I plan on staying for a long time. Thanks to the staff for making our stay great. Todd C..

I'm enjoying my time here! It's SO quiet! Much more quiet than I expected which is a very pleasant surprise, considering there seems to be so many residents! Very respectful people! Public areas are really clean, maintenance on the ball with any queries I've had, and everyone in the office have been more than helpful! Thank you to all!

Nice place. Quiet with friendly neighbors. Spacious with plenty of storage. While a few glitches came up after move in all were quickly resolved.

It's going good I helped one of my best friends move thier stuff to a Garage.. and the apartment place is still a great spot for the best sunrise in the morning.

Quiet yet friendly atmosphere. Fun events always happening and welcoming everyone. Big on the communication about events/closings of the office. Great environment and great area!

Process of signing of lease was very simple. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful great Neighbors. Everyone is so friendly it's convenient to everywhere I need to be a place seems to be well maintained

Nice quite area. Quick turn around on service orders. Constant events for all ages. Clean grounds. Amenities always clean and easy to access.

I enjoy the amenities. The maintenance department is great! I just wish there was a better way to communicate with the staff other than coming into the office. I work the same hours as the office, its hard to make it there when they are still open.

I love it here. The free membership to aspen has got to be the best thing. I also love the layout of my apartment. It definitely feels like home

A quiet community so far. I haven't checked out the amenities that are offered. Close to places in Ankeny. Would like to check out the Aspen gym so I can be fit for the job I do.

So far the apartment has been great, the internet is super fast and the employees in the office have been great help. I was also surprised with how quiet the apartments are, I am rarely able to hear anything outside of mine which is a big change from my last place.

The apartments are built well and you can't hear your neighbors, which is a plus for me. I enjoy spending every morning outside on my balcony having my coffee, because it is so peaceful.

This is a great place to live! It is wonderful little community. Pleasant neighbors, very kind and helpful staff, incredibly efficient maintenance crew, and overall just a great place to call home.

Really quiet around building 110, not very many kids play in this area. There is no dog bag dispenser here though. Garages are not very long due to the concrete blocks so if you have a long vehicle this will become annoying. Overall well maintained and clean complex.

Well just moved in and so far so good friendly neighbors and the staff was great with getting moved in. The community is very clean and well put together and everything is seems very organized.

I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience living here at Woodland since moving back at the end of May! The community has been so friendly and it’s just such a nice set of apartments. I feel so much at peace knowing that I’m safe here!

Been here 6 months now and still loving it. I love that it is away from the traffic and chaos. Maintenance is always immediately there when needed and the front staff is nice and helpful.

We enjoy living here, the perks are great. It’s quiet for the most part, it’s kept clean outside majority of the time , & maintenance is awesome when/if we need them!
