Property Ratings at Woodland Springs
I moved in on March 1st, 2018 and love Derrick in maintenance and Patricia at the front office! This is my family's first apartment, so when we were first moving in I was very nervous. Everything was made very easy, any time we have a problem they are right there to help. Our AC was very loud and it was replaced asap. I had a problem with the faucet on the bathtub being stripped and the water wouldn't stop running. Derrick rushed there immediately even though it was around 9pm and was there in 2 minutes after call. When you first hear that maintenance will have a key to your apartment, you question it, however Derrick is VERY trustworthy and very friendly. We are so happy we found this place! We are in a 2 bedroom, but honestly we could have gotten away with a one bedroom for the first year because my daughter is still a infant but to avoid having to move in a year we went with a two bedroom. SO MUCH SPACE! I have 6 closets and 3 are walk in. Very spacious. The park is very convenient. Our balcony is our favorite relax place, rain or shine. Love it here and plan on being here for a very long time!

I loved my apartment when i was here due to some medical problems i had to move but i would recommend woodland springs to anyone looking for a quiet place to live. The apartments are very spacious i had a lot of closet space in my old apartment. I really miss this place i would give anything to move back. Staff was great maintenance was always on point never had to wait too long for anything to be repaired. Overall just a nice quiet place away from everything to live.

Thank you for taking the time to rate and review your experience living at Woodland Springs Apartments! We really appreciate and value your feedback! We are so glad to hear that you were happy living here but sad you had to leave. We hope all is going well for you and wish you the best of luck with your new home. Thanks again for the nice review!
I wanted to give this apartment complex/ management company the benefit of the doubt despite the terrible reviews. Needless to say the reviews were spot on. If you do plan on moving here make sure you are able to view the exact apartment you will be moving into because this will have a lot to do with whether you will be dealing with the noise of route 130 despite other things. The model apartment was very misleading to the one we received. Our apartment was not move-in ready despite the fact that we had given a deposit a month prior to move-in to hold the apartment. Things such as the front door and the exhaust fans (which the NJ housing inspector mandated be fixed before move-in) were not up to code. Maintenance had been in our unit over ten times with in the first month we lived there to fix several issues that should have been handle prior to move-in. Our apartment had a serious water bug infestation. They were inside as well as outside of the apartment. An exterminator had come to the unit several times to spray but to no avail the bug problem persisted. Every issue that we had with the apartment was brought to managements attention and they had excuses for almost all of the issues. The neighbors were loud and disgusting; leaving dirty shoes, garbage bags, and debris in the shared hallway of our units. The street traffic from route 130 was extremely loud because of the amount of truck traffic, especially in the morning. Overall do your research because there are several other affordable apartment complexes in neighboring towns for the same price or a little more. I absolutely regret giving this company my business and I will never recommend anyone to live here.
Woodland Springs was the first apartment that I have ever rented from and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience! From the office staff down to the maintenance I have been very pleased. I have lived here for 6 years and do not plan on moving anytime soon. The area is also developing new stores in the area which was one of my complains but not any more! I also love the fact that they are pet friendly. I don't know what I will do without my fur baby.
I would recommend this place to anyone considering moving to this area. I think it's located in a nicer section of Burlington away from the congestion and "riff raff". I like it here because it's easy access to all major highways & bridges to PA (ideal for my work) but it's also close to 2 Super Wawas! and other shopping! It's a decent price compared to other places in the area I looked into. There are no "bells & whistles" like a pool or gym or clubhouse, but I never used the amenities at any of my previous apartments so I'd rather not pay for all that jazz. The office manager is really very sweet & seems like she really cares about the place and the people. The maintenance staff is also very nice & have been quick to address things for me. I wasn't that pleased with maintenance when I first moved in, but I noticed a major improvement when new guy started - they actually fixing problems instead of putting band aids on them, it's actually really nice! Anyway, I just thought i'd share.
I was very excited to view this apartment. I wanted to live here first and foremost due to the location to my new corporate job. It was the first choice, and first apartment I viewed. I did a dry run before my appointment and liked how it seemed quiet and nestled away from traffic. Very modest but honest in appearance overall and relatively quiet. I ignored the reviews about pests and problems in general and went to see for myself. I was expecting to see the apartment I would live in and be taken seriously since I took the time to apply online in full disclosure. I was shown a demo apartment instead. Was ok until I inspected the tub and saw huge bugs dead. I don't know what kind they were since I'm not used to living with pests and come from a clean environment. I was then given a paper application and told I needed specific documents that I would have to get replaced before I could even apply, even though I could show proof using alternate documentation. The office staff was courteous and straightforward so there was no issue there- but the management was unwilling to allow exception for my case. So, forcing me to apply all over again after already giving them my personal information online... Where is my information being stored?! I didn't have time for the hassle- especially when I had 3 other apartments who would accept any if not all the documents I had to prove my identity. For a few $$$ more, I went ahead and dropped my money on a bigger, cleaner apartment with a quiet, spacious polished surrounding (think like townhouse/condo). Where, I applied online (paid to apply at that) and because of my good credit had my security slashed to almost half. And I was allowed to pay my deposit up front with my debit card instead of trying to find a money order service (which I have only used maybe 2-3x in my entire life) I was hoping to save the money by moving here, but after that experience I'm willing to shell out the extra $$$ to make sure I don't have any surprises I could have avoided. Summary: If your options are limited, do what you gotta do. But if you have the money to spend I would suggest taking your business where elsewhere. I don't take kindly to throwing my money at people who do not appreciate my business. You are still the customer; and if any landlord/management treats you like anything but that when you are in the initial phase of prospecting, take waning. I cannot speak on the actual interior of a non-demo unit and wanted to post this review for those who are considering moving here.

Thank you for your feedback. We at Corsa Management understand how this situation must have been frustrating for you and we apologize for your inconvenience. We do strive to provide exceptional service to every applicant and resident, and we have not done that in your case. Please note that if there are not any vacant apartments that are ready and available to show, the one bedroom model apartment is shown to prospective residents, and it is upsetting to us that you found it to be in the condition you mentioned. Woodland Springs Apartments is very careful about who is accepted, and we do have strict requirements on the types of documents required from every applicant -- as you can understand, we are occasionally given documents that are fake or forged. We do not make exceptions to this policy, as we would be in violation of Fair Housing laws if we do. All online applications are processed through our corporate office, and it is possible that yours did not make it to the Woodland Springs office quickly enough or got lost in the shuffle. We are sorry that this happened and are upgrading our online application process to make this work better. The online information is stored in our secure server in our corporate office (not on the Internet), and all rental applications are required by the NJ Division of Civil Rights to be kept for 3 years and then shredded or deleted. Your feedback provides us with the opportunity to improve. We appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience, and hope you will give us another chance in the future. I moved in to Woodland Springs in the spring of 2012 and have been really happy with my decision. The location is so convenient since my husband works in Bucks County and I work near the air force base. My favorite part of the apartment is probably the closet space although I love the big balcony. I spent many weekends laying out on my lounge chair reading (when the weather was warmer). My husband has been transferred and we will be moving soon but I wanted to put my recommendation on here for Woodland Springs. The girl in the office has been so helpful and the maintenance, although I did not need to call them much, was always so nice. They even had a barbeque right after we moved in last year and served us burgers and hot dogs. I would recommend Woodland Springs for anyone looking in this area.
