Apartments need major upgrade new appliances, take carpet out replace with vinyl flooring splash guard around stove and etc. and also parking is horrible I have to park away from my car need apartment numbers on the parking spaces so it can be fair for everyone.

Good place to leave. Very quiet and peaceful. Just need more parking and more monitoring of the parking lot for stickers. Guest take up most of the parking or one household has more than two parking stickers.

Moving in was great, Robin in the office was such a big help and so sweet and understanding. So far we love living here! The only complaint that I have is that there can only be two parking passes per apartment. Even though we have three cars for our apartment. However it’s not that bad the guest parking is right by my apartment so I’m just being nit picky.

This will be my 3rd year here in 2024. It has been a pleasure all around. The location is accessible to good food, affordable shopping and adult and family friendly entertainment. The community is quiet, well maintained and inviting. The management and staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. Communication with residents is above average. For the economy we live in right now i feel rates are a bit high. Overall i have been pleased living here and would recommend.

I have been living in Woodland Trail since 2020 and it’s been the decision yet. The staff is great and accommodating. The apartments are always cleaned, managed, and up to date. I’ve also been fortunate to have nice neighbors during my stay.

This apartment is a blessing! Digital Thermostat, Extra Spacing, Private bathroom with no window on the bathtub, a garbage disposal, plus discounts to local businesses to easily support them and a trail and a gym where I can do my exercises without wasting gas! Definitely a dream home

I love my apartment I’ve been here for almost 2 years now. Only complaint is my rent lol… it’s too high for a one bedroom. I barely can afford it to be honest.
