We recently downsized from a 3 berm. To a 2 bdrm after living here 7 years. We love the 2 bdrm. Floor plan. The staff was amag during this transitiion.. most especially Laci. Manager and Stacey, VP. we are so grateful for their help through this transfer. Very happy we did it.

Apartments need major upgrade new appliances, take carpet out replace with vinyl flooring splash guard around stove and etc. and also parking is horrible I have to park away from my car need apartment numbers on the parking spaces so it can be fair for everyone.

Good place to leave. Very quiet and peaceful. Just need more parking and more monitoring of the parking lot for stickers. Guest take up most of the parking or one household has more than two parking stickers.

Woodland trails is a wonderful, safe little neighborhood with great amenities and pleasant neighbors! Management is very helpful and kind. Maintenance group is awesome at responding to requests. Cant wait until Spring/Summer set in so we can use the pool!

Moving in was great, Robin in the office was such a big help and so sweet and understanding. So far we love living here! The only complaint that I have is that there can only be two parking passes per apartment. Even though we have three cars for our apartment. However it’s not that bad the guest parking is right by my apartment so I’m just being nit picky.
