Living here has always been a great experience. The great landscaping provides a cozy and homey atmosphere. The manager Kelley is also very nice and always communicates with me very well answering all the questions I have. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new home.

The leasing team is perfect in this community, especially Sara. She's so nice and will answer every question I have, they even help build my own in-unit laundry! The apartment is brand new the date I moved in with a good fragrance. Parking lots are sufficient so no worries if guests come visit.

This is a great place to live if you’re looking for somewhere to move in quickly. I was able to apply online, get approved, and move in all in the same day. I was able to view my apartment before moving in. So far have had a great experience. Sara was my leasing agent and she was very pleasant to work with. I had the maintenance team come in and make some repairs for me when I moved in, very small stuff and they were very helpful.

I’ve loved these apartments since the day I walked into the building to see what offers they have for me to move in! Every staff perosn I’ve met has been so nice. Work orders are easy to do and they got back to me within the same hour and fixed the issue very quickly!

I'm so thankful to the maintenance team who have been so helpful to me! I couldn't reach my lights to put in new bulbs and they came over right away and took care of it for me. I know they are busy with other things but they're always happy to help! And the office staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

I just moved my daughter into these apartments about a month ago and feel very comfortable with her living here. It’s a quiet and clean community with affordable and reasonable pricing for one bedroom apartments. We really liked that she could get an apartment without in unit laundry for now, and choose to have washer/dryer installed later down the road after she starts making more money after school. The whole leasing team was super helpful and patient with us (I had a lot of questions and worries as a mom). I can’t thank Sara and Aaron enough for easing my worries about her moving into her first apartment alone.

I toured with Aaron awhile ago and he was very upfront and honest. I didn't lease there at first but Luckily they can text me because I don't check my email AT ALL. But Sara and Amanda texted me recently and I think I may lease here. They're real convincing lol

I called looking for availability and tons of questions. I believe I spoke with Amber or Amanda. She was super helpful and knew the answers to all of my questions without a beat. I'm not moving until after the holidays so won't know what the availability is for a while, but I am seriously considering this complex. I won't be in town to tour for a few months but can't wait to see what will hopefully be my next home!

Honestly, I wish I could say this was a no brainer, but the decision was really difficult. The only reason I decided to live at Woodland Trails was because the energy in the office was insanely better than any other complex. My other options had the same prices, similar floor plans, and plenty of space in the rooms. But a HUGE shout out to Aaron, Sara, Amanda, and Kelley. The whole time I was on tour, from when I walked in, to when I left, I felt welcomed and actually had a fun time. I was supposed to leave a review when Aaron asked me after the tour but I forgot to. SO, now that I moved in and I've been here for about a month, they deserve these 5 stars.

The apartments are great for the price. I have a remodeled one bedroom and it's super modern. Very close to eating places, grocery, and highways. The landscaping here is great and Kellie has been so very helpful.

Although I have not yet been there long enough, I do like the location and staff. The location is within 10-20 minutes of stores and Lake Heffner. Rental rate is also very pleasing.

This place has it all! At least for me. I cancelled my gym membership because their gym is open 24-hours. I have really enjoyed the dog park and getting to know my neighbors. Everyone seems really nice. Aaron, Sarah, and Kelly have been so very helpful in the office. The apartment is great! It has plank flooring, so it is super easy to clean. I love the view from my home.

I am very impressed how Maintance staff always come to fix my things so well and fast. Also the staff at the office very kind , efficient and professional. I love to live here.

I have lived here for a few years and will say that the staff has done a really good job with making this place a great place to live. They give out gift cards for resident events pretty often, and they are always able to resolve any maintenance issues I have. I also like that Im so close to everything I need. The library is right down the street so that has been great for my kids. I don’t usually leave reviews but they earned it

I’ve rented for years and woodland trails has been the best place I’ve lived, I’m actually going to be sad to move. The staff is so great with any issues you have and maintenance is super quick and they care about doing a good job. I’ve worked with both Aaron and Sara to renew my lease each year and they make the process so easy!

Hey there! I recently had the pleasure of living at Woodland Trails, and let me tell you, it's a fantastic place! The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool that's perfect for those hot summer days. The fitness center is well-equipped and great for staying active. As for the management, they were amazing, especially Magen! They were always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience at Woodland Trails was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I used to live here in 2021 and I had to move out due to covid but I loved my apt and the staff was great. I came back and to my surprise Flo was still here. She helped me when I first lived there. It's nice to see her her customer service is the reason I moved in in 2021.

I have lived here for 5 years. I am very comfortable with the living situation and staff and maintenance crew are amazing, FDA I love this part of town. I definitely would recommend woodland trails

I love it here! Every time I go to the office for one of the many resident events the vibe is great. Kelley the manager is always fun to be around. Flo is who I worked with when I first moved in. She has always been very helpful. When I moved in I had a card that let me know who got my apartment ready. Kevin did mine. Great job Kevin! The place is amazing. I've been here a while now and have only had a couple of small service requests. They were both done the same day as when I turned them in. Shout out to George and Troy. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Kelley the manager and Troy the maintenance supervisor can help with any issue that arises. We had a move in emergency and they went above and beyond to help navigate our way to a solution.

Great service and communication . I recently moved out and Flo answered all my questions and helped me understand what I would be billed so I don’t receive a bill. I was able to close my account when I turned in keys.
